The front desk girls were well organized and I had no issues scheduling any appointments. I mainly spoke with Brenda and she was excellent in assisting me. Chris was absolutely amazing in communicating everything going on with my vehicle both before and during the process, and ensuring that everything was finished in a timely matter. In fact, I was able to pick up my car a day early! I am very thankful for the help and the service received here.The only slight negative I d say is that the price did end up being a couple hundred higher than the quote due to some stuff found after disassembling the vehicle. I don t blame Gerber though, nor did I mind it anyway since insurance was covering my payment. Overall a great experience!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Gerber did an exceptional job on my 2016 Subaru Outback, managing the insurance claim process seamlessly and providing regular updates on the progress. Despite significant damage to the hood and fenders, totaling over $4k, the car now looks as good as new. Not only was the repair completed ahead of schedule, but the car was also returned to me spotless, inside and out. I highly recommend their services if your insurance works through them.

Update:The shop called back and communicated more after the review. I wish it didn t take that but I did. After that, the shop took ownership of the situation and made it right. I am glad how the vehicle came out and the work good. Worst communication from a reputable business. Initial estimate was way too low to entice the insurance company to approve repairs. Once they commenced, it kept going up. They had to order a broken part at the end of the repair to extend the repair.They knew the part was broken from the beginning and they decided to order it at the end.They have extended the initial repair from 2 weeks to now over a month. They never call to say they need more time. I have to be the one to call to get status updates. I wish they knew how to to do better estimates.Not reliable at all.

Do not take your new car here..they left gruby hand prints all over our headliner and overspray on our sun roof.not to mention the panelas not put back into place..roof rack fell off and on and on...avoid this place !update.they fixed all issues

I requested a 24 hour notice for car pickup. I was only offered 2 texts a week for Updates. I was texted in the morning the estimated time of finished repair was 5 days away. then I received a phone call a couple of hours later saying my car was ready in one hour. Second issue my bumper panel has popped up. I tried to get worst case scenario information on customer care if my vehicle was to be kept. What sort of customer service would I be eligible for in order to put my mind at ease. Only the manager can decide this on individual discussions. No set customer care policies are made you have to take it up with management. So far disappointed with convenience of being dealing with gerber. Update. The gm did call and kindly listened. He stated his desire to help reduce the stress and wanted to reassure me that he will take care of our repairs in way that will put my concerns at ease. Thank you for addressing my concerns in a professional and positive way. Good customer service!!

I appreciate this company being so informative and being very understanding of my needs. The repairs are taking a little bit longer than expected, but it is getting done the right way and not being rushed. The GM John was super nice and went out of his way to make me feel heard and comfortable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the future.Service: Body & Trim

They are on the insurance's network. I went in, girl at front desk didnt want to hear anything but told me to make an appointment for estimate in 2 weeks. Two weeks later they tell me I only need estimate given to me by the insurance (i had it to begin with), so she gives me another appointment to drop off my van two weeks after that. Now its been a month, I take it in for the drop off only to be told they cannot repair it and refer me to another company. Could have told me that in the first place.

Highly recommend this shop. I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger for repairs to the front end from an accident. They kept me updated during the 2 weeks they had the car. When I picked up the car I noticed a few minor issues, they made me an appointment to bring it back in a couple of days. When I brought it back, they were very accommodating giving me a rental car considering that is my only vehicle. They even bluffed out a section of my hood that wasn't covered by my insurance as a courtesy. I got the car back in 1 day and it looked great. Stephanie and general manager John is absolutely professional and cares about my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the overall experience. They went above and beyond. I'm in the automobile repair industry and understand what customer service is. Thank you

I have had my car here twice . They are the best !!! They guarantee their work for life. That is important to me. A few weeks ago I was having a problem replacing my headlight. I had had my car there two or three years ago for them to repair somebody had backed into my car and they replaced the headlight and repaired the bumper. My light went out and I couldn't get the cover off to replace the light bulb. I took my car there and they got it off for me they had a hard time also. But they got it off and I got my bulb replaced. I would recommend them to anyone they have excellent customer service.

They did an excellent job in repairing the vehicle. It looks great! But they did not communicate. They did not email me. They did not keep me updated as far as the progress of the car. So I wasn't real happy with that. But the car looks great. I just got it washed and waxed today and it looks fabulous.

I was in an accident around a month ago. I got hit from behind, which caused damage to the back undercarriage of my vehicle, caused the rear-facing camera to go out of position, and my radio stopped working right. I took it to the Cheyenne location off the recommendation of my insurance. After setting up an initial appointment, I was turned away when I arrived because there weren't any inspectors/estimators available. I set up another appointment and made sure to call an hour before to see if there were any inspectors this time, and they said I was good to go. I get down there to have them inspect my vehicle, and the guy inspecting my vehicle, John Kraas, argues with me about the extent of damages on my vehicle, telling me that the camera is fine(I guess being able to see the license plate and most of the rear bumper is acceptable to him) and that a rear-end collision couldn't somehow short the radio either. What I don't understand, is that the accident wasn't even my fault, and yet here at Gerber Collision & Glass, I'm being treated like I caused the accident, and they don't seem to want to repair my vehicle even though it's the number one service you offer. John Kraas claimed to have 30 years of experience but had no problem passing the buck and telling me to take it to the dealer. I didn't realize the money was coming from his pockets, because that was the feeling I was definitely getting from him.

I took my car there because Geico "recommended" it. Gerber's technicians claimed there was no sign for a "collision" on my car (both wheels were slanted) so I took it to another authorized service center whose technician pinpointed the evidence of a collision within 5 seconds. The guys I dealt with at Gerber were condescending, not sure if that's just what they hand out to women or their general attitude. I don't know if they are getting a sweetheart deal by Geico but my experience with them was utterly bizarre.

Very professional, kept me informed on repairs and they did good job on repairs and paint. Guarantee for as long as I owned the car. Insurance Co recommended them. They did collision repair for me. They also does glass repairs! I highly appreciate the service. And highly recommend their business!

I am in customer service so I am a hard sell. From Val at Gerber to Deon at Geico, to the Enterprise Representative; this has been the most pleasant experience. Professional, friendly, fast service. My car looks brand new and it is 12 years old. I will definitely be recommending this business. Thank you.

Chris W was in charge of fixing my truck after a bad rear end accident on the freeway . He had it fixed in no time made sure I was always aware on what was going on when parts were arriving etc and I had a issue with the new headlight being foggy and my tail light not working but he quickly ordered new parts to fix any problem I was having and I was in and out in no time . Brought my brand new truck in to the fix scratches and dents I put in the rear driver side door. I got estimates from 4 shops in Centennial Hills, and Gerber was the lowest. I elected to pay out of pocket and not to submit an insurance claim and they had an extra $100 coupon for that. My truck turned out beautiful... like it never happened! I was a little nervous because the only other review on this site was bad, but I found good ones on other sites. Everything turned out great and I saved at least $200 over the others. They also have a lifetime warranty like all reputable body shops. Go see Brenda, she is great.

I would give them 5 stars but, ICalled their call center to see if appointment was required and was told no, they take walk in's. When I got to the office I was told nobody was available till the next day early in the morning which wasn't good for me. The next available time was after the weekend. Frustrating but John Krass came to the rescue and said he could do it after finishing up with his present customer in about 15 minutes. He really stepped up and was fast, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed options and gave me a couple of ways to go. Thanks John for going above and beyond and showing me that old school customer service that's lacking in today's world. Thanks again for finding a solution to the problem.

Bad job. Caused more damage to interior of car where they shouldn't have been working. Stole back seat clips. Left hood crooked, struts non-functional. Broke one of my windshield fluid sprayers. Changed the color of one of my lights. Won't honor warranty, or even return my calls. This place is a Geico certified shop, and even my adjuster won't return my calls. Time to alert the authorities.

This is only the second time I have placed a review on Google but knowing that more people complain than praise I wanted to share the great experience I had.My son was recently side-swiped in his first car that he saved up and paid cash for (2001 Lexus). He was sent to Gerber by the insurance company for the repairs to his qtr panel and front bumper. John Magno was really great. He took the time to explain the work that had to be done and helped my son feel comfortable with the repairs. Gerber was quick at getting the work done and the front of his car looks brand new.The fast, friendly, and excellent service provided by John and the shop brought me back to see him for my own repair.I would definitely return again and recommend John to anyone. Thanks for the great job

I called and scheduled for glass repair, they cane the next day! ( which happened to be a Saturday) They were on time, professional and the price was accurate! I am very pleased! I hope I don t have to use them again! But if this happens again I will! Beat the competitors price by $200!!!!

They do a job. If Geico is paying, you're probably fine. I used the other location a few years ago and liked it. I wanted to get an estimate for something that wasn't going to be covered, and I was surprised at the prices. The guy was straight with me and told it probably wasn't worth it.
