WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!! THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!! SHE IS EMBARRASSING!!! She was supposed to personally extend the rental car because my car WAS NOT REPAIRED as they claimed it was. The next day during a meeting at work Enterprise called me asking where the vehicle is. How do you call that professional, customer oriented or any integrity. Today heidi called AND hung up on me when I asked to speak with the manager. 2-22-2024 came to get the car and there are still BIG issues. Area prepped for pain and never painted, areas where glue is coming out from the area they sealed on the seal rather than repairing, along with other issues. Can someone call me. Picked up the vehicle tonight and it is not in satisfactory conditions 2/26/24!!! I'd appreciate soneone other than that shop that can correct their errors. YET AGAIN GETTING THE RUN AROUND!!!!! DOOR HAS airflow and needs ANOTHER adjustment. As Colleen stated that is "regular" when you have an issue with a door. So here I sit YET again trying to get it fixed!!!!

They are so awesome. They got my car in fast for appraisal and the repair. And my car was ready in 6 days. which was a week faster than they quoted. They kept communication up via text message. My car looks amazing. The Enterprise kiosk was convenient. The first day, the receptionist was so sweet to offer me some hash browns (I was starving LOL). Take your vehicle there, they treat you like family.

Seriously disappointed and would not recommend . I have GEICO insurance and they had me go there , they supposedly guarantee the work done and after just 3 months my front bumper was starting to come off they tried saying it was from me hitting parking bumps but I am very careful. I have had my car 3 yrs and my front end never came loose like that . It was so bad my inner fenders both fell off and they wouldn't fix it and I had another body shop look at it and they said it was that they didn't properly fasten it, not a parking bump . Very disappointed

I am writing this review to express my utter dismay and frustration with the abysmal service provided by Gerber Body Shop. My car was in their care for what should have been a routine repair of driver fender and door damage, but what ensued can only be described as a series of nightmarish experiences.Incomplete Repair Work:The primary reason for entrusting my vehicle to Gerber was to address damage to the driver fender and door. Upon picking up my car, it was immediately apparent that the door wasn't completely fixed. The door handle appeared to have been broken by their staff, and the hinges were still damaged from the original incident.Pressure Tactics and Impatience:When I refused to accept the incomplete and shoddy job, the service advisor displayed an unacceptable level of impatience. It seemed evident that the rush to mark the job as completed before the end of the month took precedence over ensuring the repair was done to the required standard. I felt pressured and cornered into taking my car, despite it being far from satisfactory.False Job Completion and Communication Failures:Despite my refusal to accept the faulty repair, Gerber marked the job as complete. After days of battling with Geico, and finally obtaining approval for further repairs, Gerber astonishingly claimed I had picked up my car. It became clear that their communication was not only inadequate but also misleading and untruthful.Subpar Repair Quality:When I finally received my car nearly a month later, the quality of the work was shockingly poor. Glaring panel gaps at the repair site, incomplete painting on the fender, and a dubious alignment job that left my car pulling hard in one direction. I reluctantly took the car, losing faith in Gerber's ability to perform any work competently, and I'll now be paying out of pocket for proper repairs at a trustworthy shop.Lack of Communication and Documentation:Throughout this ordeal, communication from Gerber was practically nonexistent. Claims of voicemails left regarding updates were untrue, and I received no paperwork or had to sign anything after the supposed 'repairs.' This lack of transparency is inexcusable and only adds to the frustration.Shoddy Work and Poor Customer Service:At first, I considered giving Gerber the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a management issue. However, it has become abundantly clear that delivering subpar work and providing poor customer service is ingrained in their mission. There is a stark difference between mistakes, poor workmanship, and outright fraud Gerber seems to embody all three. In conclusion, my experience with Gerber Body Shop has been a harrowing journey of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a body shop that values integrity and professionalism.

Repaired our car after being backed into. The car looks fantastic. So happy for all Gerber's people and the lady at Enterprise rental did to help us.

It took about a month but my car finally was fixed. They had to wait 3 weeks for a door. They didn't replace weather stripping. Left adhesive on my doors. There are still scratches from the accident they didn't fix. There are steering issues, braking issues, and my car pulls to the left. It feels like their focus was on cosmetic issues and not any mechanical ones. They quoted at $2k and ended up charging $6k. Everything they worked on is under warranty and sure I could take it back for them to fix but if thy couldn't do it right the first time, I'm not sure I trust them to do it right the second time.Wishing I had taken it pretty much anywhere else.

Just took my car here for a break in. Window broke, ignition tampered with etc. The staff were very professional, and had an answer for every question. Was refered here by USAA...very good shop!

I have GEICO insurance and I chose to use this repair shop because it was the closest to my house (boulder hwy), BIG MISTAKE. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. These guys are absolutely the mascot of boulder hwy business.I came in August 6 needing a completely new hood, fender, headlamp and radiator. Post estimate, I was told parts were going to take a bit to get here, fine. I leave my vehicle in their care for weeks before I even check on it. When September began, I started looking at the text notifications they send, it was JUST getting the final parts put on, supposedly. After another week, I thought to call and get a vocal update from either a manager or mechanic. I could absolutely not get a hold of Nicole benavidez (manager or whatever), nor the GM, nor anybody in a leadership role at this business I'm about to spend 1k at. I'm forced to show up to the actual location, where I'm told Nicole is busy and the GM is out. A thousand dollars?? I'm waiting for you ma'am..I wait 20 minutes, I see Nicole walk by the front desk muttering complaints left and right, in front of customers. Here's the breaking point:I'm on my 20th minute and I see Nicole pop out of a door to the back, the secretary is once again asking her to help me because I've been waiting for a while and I just need an update on my vehicle, that's been here over a month. Nicole proceeds to speak to her secretary in a charged and disrespectful tone, completely ignoring me standing in front of her and looking directly at her. She tells her secretary, "I don't know what to tell you, he's going to have to wait longer". I got her name, her boss name and I left.At this point Gerber, finish the vehicle on your time, that's what your going to do anyway. The lack of professionalism, meaningful communication, and concern for customers is unacceptable. Colleen Shank, the GM who was absent today, you and your team need to do better. There's no apology that'll suffice. I'll be in my grave before I spend another dollar here. Our vehicles are too expensive and crucial to us, for businesses we trust to work on them to display such negligence. 0 starsUPDATE*** I still had to wait two weeks until my car was ready, so 6.5 weeks total. The GM saw my original post and reached out to me, her apology was insincere and didn't include any money, so I hung up on her. The service still cost me 1k so I don't really consider that an appropriate apology. When I FINALLY got my car back, I noticed the engine was considerably sluggish. I frankly expected that because of how long it sat, so I went and got an oil change. After that I tried replacing my EVAP canister, it helped but it's still a bit sluggish. After getting all that done, my battery died... kind of getting fishyI replace the battery but my car is still running fatigued, although I had no engine issues before I brought it in. I actually got a tune up a month before Gerber got their hands on it, and it was running great. My guess is, these guys saw my review and decided to retaliate by sabotaging my vehicle!!Now, I'm having GEICO investigate these suckers and I'm in the process of having Hyundai's seasoned foreman verify the situation.Ladies and gentlemen, please keep your vehicles far away from Gerber! They absolutely exemplify everything you fear when making big financial decisions. Save yourself from the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I have had to spend since walking in those doors.

July 27th, 2018After reading the reviews from this shop, and it being one of the preferred state farm auto body shops, i felt confident bringing my car here.On the day of pickup however, I was extremely disappointed with the work they had done on my car. I brought the car in on a Teusday morning and got notification saying my was ready on Friday afternoon. Here's what I got to say about this shop; The overall work done on my car is sloppy and seems very much rushed.Pros: The notification system they have in place is pretty cool.Cons:(1) foremost, someone helped themselves to the atenna of my car.(2) the bumper they supposedly replaced and painted has paint imperfections on the corners.(3) the rear passeneger door and rear side quarter panel were not even worked on despite having told them about it.(4) the rear bumper and side quarter panel are a joke. This seems like a child put to car back together. None of the pieces aligned properly.(5) the rear bumper and the trunk have a HUGE visible gap in between.I was told by Thomas to bring the car back to the shop again on Monday morning to get the issues resolved. Ill update my review after the second time around.

Had high hopes for this shop when they had exceeded my expectations in it being a speedy repair and communicating, but completely lacked in quality and presentation of the repairs. Had to forfeit my vehicle to the shop two more times leading to extended time without it.

Our 2020 Honda HRV was in the shop for a small repair to the rear bumper. The day we were scheduled to pick it up we realized the windshield was cracked and that occurred while in the shop. The production manager Kevin Chenette emailed me saying they took full responsibility which after months and months they gave us the run around about how difficult it's been to get the windshield. Months later of dealing with this nonsense Nicole Benavidez became our contact person and she was also worthless. It's been a terrible experience. Go somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer should with respect especially when they damage your property and don't take responsibility.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used this location before and had great service. This time I brought my car in for repair. I was first promised a date of 7/20 then it was changed to 7/29 and then I called at 2:00pm on 7/22. I was transferred to Jose who told me the car was being washed and buffed. After that it would go to quality control and would be ready. He said he would call me at 3:00 7/22 to let me know if it would be ready. I received no call from Jose. I called at 3:40 to check on the car. Jose told me it would be ready at 4:30 7/22. I get in my car to go to the shop and then Jose calls me and says the car wont be ready until Monday 7/25 because the tech that does the calibration was not there. I told Jose he could have told me that the first time I called and he said "yes I should have". This is very unprofessional for a business. I want to say thank you to General Manager Colleen R for reaching out to me soon after I put up my review. She and I had a conversation about the issue and I am satisfied with the resolution. Now that is great customer service. Thank you.Service: Body & Trim

Super bad service from the receptionists, with a very bad attitude, you supposedly make an appointment, but it's of no use, they take a long time to do their job.

A driver backed into me while I was parked. The driver's Hartford Insurance recommended Gerber to repair my car. I have no opinion of Gerber other than they have been efficient so far. This review is about the inconsiderate & unjustifiably poor service by Enterprise, which was supposed to supply me with a loaner after I dropped off my car at Gerber. The Hartford policy offered me a loaner through Enterprise who had a desk just a few feet away from the Gerber desk where I was to do the paper work to have my car repaired. Convenient, right?I made an appointment with Gerber 2 months before I had to drop off my car. Enterprise had at least a month's notice about when I would pick up my loaner at their desk 20 ft. away from the Gerber desk.On the day I dropped off my car at Gerber (9AM) I was told Enterprise would call me shortly. I could see a couple ahead of me at the Enterprise desk talking to the lone attendant. Several others checked in at the Gerber desk and also hung around waiting for Enterprise. When the couple at the Enterprise desk left about an hour later (10AM), I approached the Gerber attendant & explained I had another appointment in 1/2 an hr. (10:30AM) and I needed to pick up my loaner. The attendant told me no car could be ready for at least 1/2 hr. Both the attendant & I spoke civilly in consideration of each other, but I spoke with some urgency because I had another appointment which I made a long time before, figuring 1-1/2 hrs. after my drop-off time would be very judicious. There was absolutely no reason to suspect that I would have to wait 1 hr. & 45 minutes to pick up my loaner from a desk that was 20 feet away from the Gerber desk. I wouldn't even expect that wait time at a busy air terminal. After waiting a total of 1-3/4 hrs. I finally got my car. While I was waiting for my loaner, several people arrived after me and received cars before me. Needless to say, I did NOT feel I was treated like a valued customer -- reason enough for me to never do business with Enterprise again. I'm not renewing my membership.

The person up front was very nice. They were going to make me wait a week to bring in my car but when I explained my insurance wouldn't cover my rental until I dropped off my car, she let me drop my car off sooner. Five stars for customer service. The rental car process was convenient being next door with Enterprise.I'd say if another person was at fault in the accident, bring your car here to be repaired so your estimate for repairs will be higher. If you're trying to have your car totaled, bring it here.If you're trying to save your car, perhaps search for a smaller collision shop.

Gerber is a preferred vendor of my insurance Geico. Gerber did a very good job in estimating, fixing, replacing, and repairing the door and back quarter of my car. They worked quickly and updated me frequently on the job. They worked with my insurance carrier to deal with the financial aspects and told me the best advice on completing the transaction and getting back on the road. KUDOS to Nicole and staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was in the shop for 3 weeks before they told me they don't have the parts and they are on back order, that was last year July 7th and they gave me my car back. I didn't hear from them until I called to verify if they even remembered that I'm still a customer. Apparently my writer quit and that is the excuse to not bother with any information passed to me. I finally get a call that they have all the parts they need and I turn my car in again May of this year and just like last time, they wait until 3 weeks to tell me they don't have all the parts and i have to wait again. Here I am with no car, my rental time is up, and they keep pushing the date when my car will be ready. That is the service I am given after being patient for a year. Worst experience ever, and will never use them again after I finally recieved my car, which I still haven't.*update*I appreciate the call I received from the general manager, there was an understanding that being patient and being strung along are vastly different and I'm glad to know that grievances are handled. A simple call can go a long way, especially when I feel I have been heard.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I recently had to have my car repaired by this Gerber location through my Geico automotive insurance and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Not only was the quality of their repair work fantastic, but their customer service was above & beyond anything I ve experienced as a customer. The entire staff from Michelle & Efrain at the front desk to Erika & James all went above and beyond to not only take care of me as a client but also to ensure that my car was properly taken care of. Their communication was constant & timely & the quality of their work was excellent. Overall, they helped make an unfortunate automotive experience a great one just by their great service. I would highly recommend this Gerber location due to their professionalism & excellent customer service.

Worst decision we ever made listening to our farmers agent, who recommended, and almost insisted we go to Gerber collision because they guarantee their work (LIE).Gerber sent the car to the Nissan dealership 3 separate times, because they said they didn t know what was wrong with it. After Nissan diagnosed the vehicle, (every time) they (Gerber) then decided they knew what was wrong with it, and would have it sent back to Gerber for them to fix . You would think, they would have had the master mechanic look at it before sending it to Nissan 3 times NOPE, after 3 months of this going on, they all of a sudden have a master mechanic who knows more than Nissan. They told us we shouldn t trust Nissan, (even tho THEY sent it there 3 TIMES!) that they were just trying to sell us a transmission. Gerber put a junk yard transmission in it and it still runs horrible. Farmers is horrible, and so is Gerber and their guarantee and warranty is a lie. Neither one of them back it.This is my reply to their response:Not ONE person has reached out to us from Gerber. Just another lie.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here after a minor accident for repairs to the back end. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a text message service that send automated updates regarding your car's progress. They also have a rental company in the building which is convenient. The work that was done on the car is great. You can't even tell anything happened. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it would have been nice to get the car back washed and vacuumed. Otherwise, overall good job and I would recommend them.

Edit: Got my car and the work is amazing it looks great. They even washed a detailed the interior which is a great bonus. I would recommend this shop for further repairs if needed.Recommended by USAA my insurance company and where my car is being repaired...I dropped it off Monday and they called me on Tuesday with an update and will call again on Thursday...this show they care about their customers...I'll update once repairs are finished with the quality of work. So far 5 stars just for the customer service.

The paint on my car had bubbles, I can t believe their quality assurance (if they have one) didn t catch it. I had to miss another day of work to take my car back in. Yes it was fine the second time but why wasn t it done right the first time? The front desk staff was very nice but this didn t take away from the inconvenience experienced.
