Thank you to Jose in the Service Department for taking great care of my '22 Mustang (Selene). I appreciate your patience and how kind you were. I highly recommend Jose as a Service Advisor and hope to see him in a Supervisor or Management position, because he definitely deserves it for turning my negative experience into a positive experience. I'll be a repeat customer at the Service Department. I'm very pleased with how my car turned out and I now have the confidence to go around and take pictures of Selene and post them.

LOVE my car. Proud to say I m a ford owner. However, a very conflicted experience overall to say the least. Experience started off great! Very friendly sales rep,(I believe name was Jacob)communicative and cool dude. I then got passed onto several reps due to appointments coming in asking for him. I finally ended with Igor. Nice guy! Sat and worked a deal on my car for two days trying to reach a certain number. Understandably we couldn t make my number exactly. We finalized a number and went to financing however. Once in financing I was told your interest rate came back higher than we thought and your payment went up 45$ a month. I still took the deal because I love the car and really wanted it and worked very hard with the reps to get it! I was asked to leave a 5 star review on sales as courtesy to let them know they did a great job. I couldn t leave 5 because of the bad experience with communication towards the end(I left 4). I received a call from Igor(sales rep) later that day. Very concerned he expressed that I didn t commit to my word which was never promised or written. He then expressed that I m not a man of my word and hung the phone up on me. VERY unprofessional from a sales rep and to me, shows that some reps do not have your best interest when buying a car. Really discouraging from a customers perspective.Everyone else at Gaudin is really friendly and made me feel comfortable and eager to buy. Including the sales manager Frank. Really cool guy!The lack of communication towards the end, surprise jump in payment and the follow up phone call from my rep is what really set this review back.

I have bought several vehicles & had service done in the past years from Gaudin Ford & each time it has been a great experience! Terry Mills is a very kind & professional salesman, he is great to work with as he cares very much about his customers & does everything he can to get you the best deal & help the process be very smooth & easy. All of Guadin Ford s staff is always so kind & helpful. The service department has always helped with any maintenance things I ve needed & the service techs & managers are great in communicating, knowledgeable & also care about taking care of their customers. I believe all of the great customer service at Gaudin Ford is a great testament to Wesley, the GM who is leading & managing this dealership very well. If I ve ever had a concern, Wesley has always been available to listen & assist in resolving any concerns I may have had. I highly recommend Gaudin Ford for any of your buying or service needs. I went to this dealership not expecting much, though my mom had high hopes. It has been more than a year ago since I drove away with a brand new 2022 Ford Bronco, with poor credit and only two months into my current work place. They gave me a chance and it has been well worth it. Thank you. With this vehicle, I'm currently fixing my credit... slowly but surely :)

Jacob was a great salesman he was able to get me a new 2023 ford Escape at an unbelievable interest rate no money down and a warranty for only $85 more than I was already paying. So cool !! Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional. He is young but more mature than most 40 year olds I know. I highly recommend Jacob at Gaudin Ford. The new Ford Escape is really nice and my wife loves it!!

My overall experience of the Ford dealership was poor. I found the general mood of the employees to be low and not enthusiastic or friendly. The representative that I worked with did a poor job of explaining what work had or had not been done, and was unwilling to have a discussion about price matching. we do a lot of business with other car dealerships specifically Subaru, where their customer service shines, and when we work with another dealership that is but shadow of that it is very evident. We will not return to the Ford dealership and do business with you ever again. I will tell everyone that I know how poor our experience was. The customerservice is in great need of revamping.

Quick and easy. Garen greeted me as soon as Ipulled up not wasting any time, he was very professional getting my 2023 Ford Raptor in as out as quickly as possible. Great customer service. Five stars.

I had service provided due to my check engine light coming on. They picked up my truck in the morning using the valet service. They determined the problem and returned the truck in about 24 hours. Since I was at work the valet service even returned my vehicle to me at my job so it saved me from Ubering home. I would highly recommend. Everything went well and the communication was perfect.

My 22 F250 had a recall. I was able to get a (pickup/drop off) appointment the following week. There was great communication before, during, and after the work was done. They picked up my truck and dropped it off (at my house) the same day. That s a nice perk.Would have loved it more if the truck was washed like my Wife s car gets after a service. Otherwise was easy. Will use them for all my Ford Truck services that I don't do myself.

The service team at Gaudin Ford is top notch. My Bronco needed an oil change and maintenance. Jose took care of me - he was friendly and professional. He kept me informed during the process. I will definitely return!

I love getting my Explorer serviced at Gaudin. They don t take appointments but I ve never had to wait terribly long even being standby. And even if it does take a bit, I m able to use their wifi & get work done in a clean, safe environment. I always reach out to Carlos in their service dept when I m going to be coming in. He takes great care of me & my vehicle. He s the best!

Gaudin Ford sets the bar high with customer service. The whole service dept starting from Mr Soto the Service Manager, to the porters picking up and delivering the vehicles showcases a well designed customer service experience. The Service Writers are very knowledgeable and expressed sincere concern with the issue I was having. The technician diagnosed my problem and came back within the hour with a solution to resolve my issue. My vehicle drives better and I have no worries that my vehicle is good hands at Gaudin Ford. Thank you Mr Soto and the whole Gaudin Ford Service Dept with all my family car needs.

I had a great experience, getting my water pump replaced for my Ford Explorer. My service advisor Jose Bonillas took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and worked tirelessly With my extended car warranty company to get me the maximum reimbursement for the repair. He made sure other systems on my car were functioning properly and had the repairs done in a timely manner. His professionalism will have me coming back to Gaudin Ford for future service.

Came in for tinting to be done and to have the surface care done. I had asked for the complimentary shuttle to take me home. I had to wait 1.5 hours for the shuttle to take me only about 5 miles. I was never offered water during this time. I received a call from Milo's stating that my car was ready. I came in at about 5:45pm to pick it up. When talking to the person at the service counter that all they could see was done was the tint. That I then go to my car and see small scuffs in the passenger upholstery and a warm bottle of water which to me does not make sense to leave a bottle of water in the vehicle.

I just moved to LV and so this was my first experience at my local Ford dealership. Mike A. was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the best of a stressful day due to car issues. He was professional, clear-worded and prompt with reaching back out. I will be using him every time I need to bring my Ford in, and recommend anyone else to do the same!

They called me back yesterday evening. No waiting when I arrived this am. M.Acosta was pleasant and helpful. Ryan, my driver was a doll. He's the person that told me a delivery of my truck was available. And it only took a total of 3 hours from start to finish. I would recommend Gaudin Ford to everyone.

Had a good experience with the service department getting my 100,000 mile service done on my F-150. All the employees are very friendly and get you in and out efficiently. However my only complaint would be how much I got quoted on a repair. I got a much better price elsewhere but for routine service I will definitely return.

Upon arrival, to check my vehicle in for service on that day greeted with a friendly smile. Explained everything with regards to the service. Let me know that upcoming service, but we re not necessary at this particular moment. Gave me a fair price for the services they performed

I dropped my car at 7am for a basics works service. I was advised at around midday that I had 2 slow punctures and my wipers needed replacing also. I authorized this and asked when car would be ready, was told 2-3pm. Called at 2.45 and was told tyres were only thing remaining. Advised I would be there in 20 min. Arrived at 3pm and was told 10-15 mins for tires. 30 mins later checked and was told My service agent had left for day, but they would check. Told car was all finished just waiting for paperwork, checked twice more to be advised it was being checked on. At 4.15pm finally got my car! Crazy, over 9 hrs for a basic service, then made to wait almost 90 mins for paperwork! Gaudin needs to improve.UPDATE.Got in my car the next day and numerous warning lights are on - no collision warning, no AWD, no Trac etc. Return to Gaudin to what I can only say is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Was told I would need to leave the car overnight as there was no way that anyone was available to check it at this time (2pm and they open until 6pm), explained I was leaving town early next day and just needed someone to take a look, as this was not an issue prior to the previous days service. Again, told nothing they could do and even questioned if it had anything to do with what they had done previously. After a very heated conversation the service tech said he would see what he could do, he returned 15 mins later and said there was nothing. At this point I asked to see a manager and he claimed that was who he had spoken with. I explained that I wanted to speak to a manager. He then left again, to return and say they would look at my car. I asked how long it would take as I would leave and return, he told me to wait. Over 1 hour I waited, then enquired again how long to be told "Oh yeah, I need to speak to you", then be told to wait in the lounge again. 30 mins later he comes to the lounge to tell me that my car was fixed, and the problem was an upgrade that had not downloaded fully the previous day (day it was serviced) and to state that this was not their fault, but they would not charge me as a courtesy. 2 hrs. to check a download and re download? Really? Again, I will not be returning. I have owned Ford for 30 years and will replace my current vehicle soon and it will not be with Gaudin Ford. Please Gaudin do not respond again with a general number asking me to call. I did and was on hold for 10 minutes as your receptionist had no idea who to transfer me to!

I ve lived in Las Vegas for 7 yrs and have owned 3 new cars, so I know a little about auto places. When I tell you Gaudin Ford is your best bet for service believe me. Customer service is excellent, techs know what they re doing and I have been dealing with Luis and he is extremely professional and I will never go anywhere else to get my car done. I bought my car from them too. Looking for a service center go there.

I had an experience with another dealership that I hadn't heard of before. So I made an appointment with Gaudin. They were able to get me in and take care of my issue. Very curtious service staff that went over everything with me. Told me how long it was going to take and came and got me after it was finished. Highly recommend this dealership for all of your service needs.

Carlos my service advisor is professional, welcoming, very attentive to detail and demonstrates how much he cares about his customers. I ve worked with him several times. He is very honest and will do his best to make the service a great experience. He is a great asset to the Ford team.

Probably the worst service experience in my 54 years of driving. This was for a safety recall repair. When I made my appointment, I was assured the service department had the needed part. About 5 hours after I left my van for service and the courtesy shuttle already brought me home, I received a call that they did not have the part there and it was back ordered. When I asked to have the courtesy shuttle pick me up to take me back to the dealership, I was told we don t do that. Seriously??

I had never been to Gaudin Ford before. Found a vehicle I was interested in and met with a sales representative. He was able to guide me through the whole process effectively and without any hiccups. Finalizing the deal went smoothly with finance. All in all very nice people and a very nice operation.

Fantastic experience with their service department. I needed some recall service done quickly and they were able to get me in within a day and had the work done 2 days later. Best estimate I got from Friendly Ford up north was over a month away and it would take at least a week. Gaudin even offered a courtesy car while they did the work and washed my truck before returning it! Definitely recommend.
