My classic 1983 300D is getting older and many parts are wearing out. G&G does a very good job fixing and replacing parts that need to fixed right away and holding off on other parts that can wait until my next paycheck. With German engineering, I feel at ease bringing my car to G&G who knows how to work with my classic German car.Thank you Zach for helping me get my rear differential seals and axle boots replaced and taking good care of my rear axle and my classic Mercedes in general.

Took my MB in for Service B. Was charged half the price I would ve paid at the dealership. Not only did they save me money, but they were quick and efficient with their service. They even provided a car wash! Roberto assisted me and kept me updated on the service progress. He even called me a couple days later to check in. I utilized their complimentary shuttle and the driver was courteous and professional. I will definitely come back here and refer to my friends and family.

A Filipino co- worker recommended G & G Autohaus to us per good quality of services they do. It started with a very warm customer service. Had a terrible experience with this place. I didn't appreciate their dishonesty. My Sprinter van was brought in Tuesday night and they told me that they could start on it Wednesday morning. I clled them Wednesday afternoon and found out they haven't look at the Sprinter yet but they told me that they would get it done Thursday. I called them Thursday afternoon and they said they are working on it and should finished it up Friday. I went in Friday around 4PM and came to find out they haven't start on my Sprinter. I had a tow company towed my Sprinter van out of there. If they were just being honest my family could've taking a rental car back home to AZ and come back for the Sprinter van when they finished. But instead we wasted 3 days in Vegas waiting for them. I would not recommend this place.

I had a great experience at G and G Autohaus. I had called in the past to get estimates for jobs, yet had services done elsewhere. I promised myself whatever service I needed next time I would definitely come to G and G Autohaus. This morning I spoke with Art over the phone. He remembered me from previous calls and was able to order parts ahead of time, set the appointment that I requested, and get the work completed in the timeframe I requested. They are very professional and do a great job at customer service!!! I ll be back next time :-)

My Sl 550 experience: First of all I am a serious Mercedes Benz enthusiast, love sporty cars, but having a great independent repair Shop is essential! I found GG Autohaus through a relative reference who also owns a Benz, and this shop is amazing. Professional, clean, Courteous and the pricing is beyond right!Compared to actual dealerships, I highly recommend GG Autohaus, as I shopped about 5 shops in town, asked other Mercedes owners about their experiences elsewhere, and found out I made the right choice.Listen, don t mess around when it Comes to quality care and wisdom about the car you drive, Tryst me on this one:Benz Enthusiast for life

I ve been coming here for a while now and have loved the service they provide and the pricing as well. This is the only place I trust to work on my car and to tell me what is wrong and what isn t and how long I can go without fixing an issue. Roberto Torres worked on my car recently and it s thanks to staff like him and Art that makes this place special. They will follow up with you after a while to ask you how the car is running and if there s a problem to bring it back to the shop so they can take care of it! I m glad I found a shop that s trustworthy, efficient, and client based. The free car wash is always a plus !

My 2005 MB SL500 has "ABC visit workshop drive carefully" red warning on the dashboard. Since it was not safe to drive, I knew ABC (active body control) its not cheap to fix. My car was been kept in the garage for 2 years. On June 2023, I asked Art from G & G Autohaus what they can do to get my car back in running, he told me to bring it to the shop so that they'll look at it.The next day Art called me that they can repair and fix my car and gave me the estimates. ABC suspensions are very expensive and time consuming to repair for reliability. Replaced valve body, replaced rear ABC valve block and perform flush, calibrate vehicle ride height, performed service B, replaced spark plugs,replaced leaking washer fluid reservoir, replaced system battery in trunk, and other minor repairs.Accomplished all requested service. They did a great job and contacted me every step of the way with any recommendations and any additional work that needed to be done prior to working on it. Also, they washed the car after service! Now my SL500 back to life, running like new!

Unexpectedly fast service (compared with other repair shops). Made appointment online and dropped off with no problems. Diagnosed check engine light (with text message update, which was nice). Repair authorizations were also sent via text message and $3k of repairs were done and completed the next morning!!! All staff interactions especially Roberto, were pleasant and courteous. Will be returning for my next service or repair.

This place is a must-have for Mercedes owners. All they do is work on mercedes, and they are very good at it. I have had work done twice here. Last time was a $124 oil and filter change, which I find to be extremely competitive with any other shop in town, and light years better than what the dealership would do to you. They actually wash your car for you when they are finished working on it, and they call you back a few days later to see how it's going. Truly a different level of service from what you get with most shops.

G&G always does an excellent job with my vehicle. I have been coming here since 2014 and they are always honest and upfront with everything Art is straight forward and reliable. Nora always greets me with a smile. If you own a Mercedes, this is the only place to take it.

Never any issues. Upfront and fair pricing. They offer a shuttle service. I m not sure how far they ll take you but I ve never been told no . Very friendly and pretty quick turn around time. They always ask how their service was and check in on you and your car. Keeping in touch keeps me coming back with my business. Love them.

A friend referred me to G&G when I needed to service my Sprinter van. Zac my service advisor was great to work with outlining my options for the issues I was experiencing. The whole team from the staff at the front desk to Gustavo the shuttle driver were friendly and welcoming. I d highly recommend them if you re looking for a Certified Mercedes mechanic without dealership pricing or having to deal with pushy sales people.

Had a bad experience with this place! Didn't even hook my battery back up , so my car kept breaking down on me! After 1600 , seriously! 1st I get quoted one price than a few days later another price, and than you couldn't even hook my battery back up! Worst experience ever .... NOT to mention the check engine light is still on and they quoted me another 4k to fix, but that's why I brought it there to begin with! If I would of known it would cost 6k to fix EVERYTHING i would of never even paid the 1,600! My main complaint is NOT even connecting my battery after I just gave you 1,600! When I called about my issue they seriously said they would charge me another 160.00 to diagnose it again.

I ve used G&G Autohaus for a few years to service my European SmartCar. The staff is always polite and efficient in making an appointment. The mechanics/technicians are all knowledgeable about my vehicle. The rates are reasonable. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Zach, Roberto and all the employees!

They were AMAZING with taking my car in right away when I had it stuck at gas station. Art called me directly and let me know exactly what diagnostic they did and gave me all the information I needed. Said if I had anymore questions, to not hesitate to call back. They are all very friendly and helpful here! Unfortunately my engine was seized, but I def will be using them in the future if I purchase another Mercedes!! 5 STARS+++++

Great shop, great experience and great work. The customer service was excellent. I accidentally left my phone and Nora and Roberto not only set it aside for me but charged it. What can I say...it's my new home for all my Benz repairs. They do quality work without the customer having to wait all day. They even washed my car.

A fellow Mercedes enthusiast and I did a lot of research to come to the conclusion we are in very good hands with Art at G&G Autohaus in Las Vegas. They do at least as good service than dealerships and at a much more reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Technician Roberto Torres via text reminded me of my synthetic oil change due date and scheduled my maintenance. The oil change on my 2014 CLA-250 Mercedes-Benz was a fair and better price than eleswear. I have trusted G&G Autohauss for 8 yrs from a friend's refferal. They have maintained 2 of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles over the years successfully.I appreciate my questions and concerns being answered politely from experts, a fair price, honest maintenance recommendations. And that I am in a safe environment from start to finish.

Much thanks to G & G Autohaus for servicing my 2018 Mercedes Metris Cargo Van twice in the last 2 weeks. First was for a service A last week. 2nd was for a transmission service this week. Roberto took care of me both times, had me in and out sooner than I expected and my van is as good as new. For years I had my van serviced at the Mercedes Benz dealership. But more recently, every time I called to make an appointment, they never had time to see me. I'd sometimes have to wait 2 weeks for a service or repair - that's not acceptable. That is not the case at G & G. Whatever the issue - big or small - they're happy to assist, diagnose and repair and the cost is certainly less than what the dealership charges. Terrific staff and techs, eager to please, simply the best Mercedes Benz repair shop in town.

I have had all my oil changes and repairs on my 2005 mercedes done by the great technicians and mechanics since we moved to Vegas in 2017. Nora and Art oversee their day to day repairs, and they are very well organized and professional. The entire G&G team are well trained, friendly, and all do an honest day s work. G&G is a 5 Star business.

I went to Fletcher Jones s for the same work that G&G did and the price was estimated at 6000 and G&G charged half the price and in my opinion did a better job as always.

Kevin and team are legitimately the best in the country. I have had countless issues with local shops in NC. So I decided to ship my car across the country and have G & G take it over. It was perfect. The estimating platform that they use to quote out work is super user friendly and gives you real-time upfront pricing. No surprises.Additionally, they go through a super detailed inspection that catches anything that is concerning or an absolute must fix. They caught a transmission leak I had and a valve cover gasket leak that made it's way onto the headers. So I had that repaired last minute and they had it ready to go well before my promised date.I had a pretty complicated maintenance item to get done and they did it flawlessly. They rebuilt the front axle and completed extensive service on my steering components, bushings and etc. The SUV hasn't ever felt this good and tight.They were even able to fix an issues that I have been chasing for years. My differential locking system had stopped working and I've thrown thousands of dollars into troubleshooting or replacing parts here and there. One afternoon with the SUV, they were able to diagnose the problem and had a solution presented before the end of the week. Now it works on command and has never been an issue since.They absolutely stand by their work too and the communication was great. If there was a delay or a part order issue, they notified me immediately and gave me the estimated time. I am so happy I listened to my fellow G Wagon owners and gave G & G a go. Very thankful for their expertise and fair pricing. They were THOUSANDS less than what the dealer quoted me and used all OEM parts as well.Thanks to the team for their incredible work and if I ever need serious or complicated maintenance or repairs, then I know exactly where I'll send my vehicle...to G&G Autohaus.
