Overall an amazing experience at this dealership. With buying multiple cars and having all kinds of good and bad s this dealership rates in my top 3! I was helped by Nie Nie who from the start was amazing and very understanding that I wanted no hassles. We were able to work out a deal with both my trade in and new purchase. From finance to warranty department, I had a smooth transition and was in and out in 2 hours! Highly recommend

Completely unresponsive finance department. I have called OVER AND OVER again since I sold my car to cancel my warranty. Not a single answer after leaving countless voicemails. I had to cancel it through Ford themselves as this dealer has completely lost their touch with customer service. They still do not answer when I am now trying to see if I have a refund Really disappointed in what Friendly Ford has become. Also, back in 2021, I was sold a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Mustang convertible. I was lied to by the salesman that my car was not a rental car, and that it was a Ford company car . Come to find out that not only was my car a freaking Hertz rental in Florida, my Mustang was clearly in multiple unreported accidents as my front end had overspray from a previous paint job, and the amount of holes drilled for dent repairs, and also the filler on my driver s side quarter panel. My salesman told me it was a clean history car with overspray from their touch up guy. However, the auction results that pull up for the car CLEARLY SHOWS THE OVERSPRAY PRIOR TO THEIR PURCHASE. Absolutely disgusting to sell a car like this to consumers. I have ended up selling my Mustang for a new Ford from an out-of-state dealer as Friendly Ford has given me major trust issues with buying a used vehicle let alone a GOLD CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. Also, thank you for hiding the fact it was a Carvana rental trade from Hertz. After years of looking for a Shelby GT350 in avalanche gray, Fernando from Friendly Ford went out of his way to find me one and made sure I was the first person to know as soon as it came in.Thanks to Fernando and the incredible team there I was able to finally own one. Thank you so much you guys. P.S. the receptionist there with the short black hair is very unprofessional and rude. So do not discouraged by her because everyone else on the Friendly Ford team is great.

Thank you Sal Lugo, I appreciate your help on purchasing my first brand new F-150 STX.Left the dealership with only one key and no owners manual, I only wish I could have the time to read the fine print on these contracts, but it s all part of me doing my homework for next time. Other than that,the process was not easy but it was worth it!This will be my forever truck!

Horrible for buying a car via internet!We sent an inquiry on a Bronco which was listed on their website. Never heard any response, sent text, no response again. So we call, everything was going good! We corresponded with the team for two days, than we made a deal. They said the Bronco was ours. We got trade in value for our Jeep and made an appointment to come buy our car the following day because we live 3 hours away and it was closing time. Right when I was making our deposit someone started getting interested in our Bronco! Management said, since these customers are here on the lot, they get priority to purchase the vehicle.I feel management should of explained our circumstances and told the customer we were 1st in line to purchase the Bronco. Nevertheless they bought the Bronco we were so interested in buying!So the next morning we headed to another Dealership in Phoenix with an appointment to test drive, they saved the Bronco we were interested in with no questions asked! We loved it and bought our new Bronco!!I feel bad for our salesman at Friendly Ford who put effort in for us to buy our Bronco and management did him wrong!!Friendly Ford not so Friendly

Overall the experience was not bad. Service was quick, they were pretty busy the day we dropped the vehicle off. We had a third party warranty for oil changes which they accepted. The only thing that was not disclosed was that they are not "in service" with this warranty company so the oil change is capped off at a certain amount. Ended up having to pay for about half of the oil change when it probably would of out be a lot less to do myself if would have known upfront. Next time make sure that you disclose this because this was the first one I had to pay for out of pocket.

Great and professional experience. I came in thinking I would just appraise my vehicle, but walked out very happy with a new Ford Bronco. Daryl, Ramon, and Aram (in finance) were all professional, hard working, welcoming and thrilled to earn my business. I went to check out a new Raptor R. The salesman was nice until I told him that there is no way that I would pay $50k over MSRP. He tried to justify the price by citing to Covid supply issues, which I told him are long gone. Then he was super rude and told me to basically kick rocks and walked away. Seriously, why would I ever want to buy a vehicle from a dealership that is trying to take advantage of their customers? The manufacturers have been clear that they do not want their dealerships selling over MSRP. I am going to report them to Ford. I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership that does that. If they rip you off when you buy the car just imagine what they will do when it comes time for service and whatnot.

The whole process from scheduling an appointment to test drive several models to working with finance ended with me driving a new vehicle. Everything was super smooth, no (I m saying ZERO) pressure, and efficient. Everything went great and took only two hours. Amazing experience and went above and beyond to get me the exact car and deal we were looking for. There was only one I would have bought so the process was incredible and easy from start to finish. The vehicle was PDI'd very reasonably timed for having just arrived from somewhere else. Finance was easy as well and got what I needed for the Maverick! Thank you everyone at Friendly Ford and especially Bobby for the exact one I wanted!

Typical, unprofessional bait and switch tactics from this dealership on 4/14/24. They listed a Ford Bronco Sport for sale at a price of $25,988. I test drove the vehicle and sat down with Max Woolven to negotiate.I offered the full price, $25,988, but declined to pay the $699 doc fee (an unreasonably high doc fee) and the $1700 extended warranty. I then offered to pay $200 for the doc fee as a show of good faith. Max offered $1000 for my very used trade in, resulting in an out the door cost of $27,345.Max consulted with his supervisor, Jose Talavera, who reciprocated with an offer of $28,500 (out the door). I was confused as to why they weren t happy with me offering to pay the full advertised price. Jose said someone had already agreed to buy the vehicle later in the day for $28,500 but they were willing to sell it to me first.After I refused, Jose later said the advertised price was wrong and they would be changing the price online. They used bait and switch tactics and lied multiple times.Max, you seem like a good person. I caution you not to align yourself with people who do business like this. It might not be illegal yet, but it s immoral. It will be illegal in June, 2024. I ll be filing complaints with the FTC and the NV State AG, so they have another data point on which dealerships and salespersons to monitor.Car buyers, quit paying ridiculous doc fees and quit caving to dealers who use bait and switch tactics.

About a month ago my son brought his car to Friendly Ford. He was told it needed a new transmission. But they had to order parts. About week later he contacted Service rep to check status. He was told no information on arrival of parts. He asked the rep he then wanted the car returned. He had arranged for local shop to fix it.and it was less expensive.Please have car ready. Not 10 minutes later the rep said the parts are here and they would have the car on the lift that day. Should be ready in 2-3 days. Well this had to be a lie. When he checked back 5 days later , he was told that there were two cars in front of him??. He did get the car back but it took another 11-12 days. Guess the customer rep didn t want his commission rolling off the lot!! Seemed like the car was held captive.

Have brought my cars here a number of times with good experience. This one was horrible. My 18 year old son brought out 2018 Fusion into service because a horrible smell in the cabin. The service advisor Crystal, talked my son into running every diagnostic known to man which cost $380 for a diagnostic for what turned out to a regular 12 volt battery replacement. Now there is a engine coolant light on which was not on when we dropped it off. Sketchy service department, Stay away.

Came in looking to trade our last gas car for a Mach-E. Got the price advertised with the promo as well. Very little haggling required. Angel Leyva helped me out and if you need someone a good sales person I can't recommend him enough. Shout out to finance as well can't remember who I signed with but they were super friendly! Wife and I couldn't be happier with our Mach-E!!

This company is and has been nothing but disappointing since day one. The service department seems to have a lot of issues with communication between themselves and their customers. It is very common to be told different things by different people in that department. Very unprofessional and ( friendly )is a terrible name for this dealership. My.sister had bought. a car from them that needed a complete brake job less then a month after purchase, has multiple problems with being told different things by different people. She was told the car needed rotors in the front but they did the back rotors. She was there two weeks later, on the next visit told the back needed to be done (what, they were just done) oh we mean the front well that's funny two weeks ago when you did the back you said the front were good. It has been an absolute headache. I wont even go into the constant price changes. Very disappointed and sad what companies in the world are becoming. All and only about the money.

The employees of this organization truly live up to its name! As silly or cliche as it may sound, their all around environment and service was genuinely FRIENDLY from the salesperson who met us at the door to the salesperson that helped us with our purchase to the finance person that rounded off the experience! I hope I can get a more knowledgeable team. The only good thing was picking up and dropping off. Other than that, everyone seems confused. I think the interest was charging me the maintenance fee under my plan; otherwise, after maintenance, no information was provided either. Yes, I was handed a 2-page letter that says we did tire rotation. Thank you for being generous and doing it. I wish I could have done it from outside the gas station for less than what I had paid for my maintenance plan, of course. There was no ownership; the customer was just abandoned. If I asked, I need my battery and driver window side to be looked at. The answer is to give us 1 week to diagnose the problem. and then will tell how long to fix it. Don't feel like coming back to FORD "friendly" (unfriendly) team near future and will not recommend in my circle unless my colleagues also became fool with the sales man.
