This was my FIRST experience with Frank's and let me explain.. I will NEVER take my car ANYWHERE else! These guys are amazing.., pricey... but simply amazing! They thoroughly check everything from fender to fender-every nut & bolt. These boys are particular and passionate. I brought in my 06 Mercedes, E500, and they took care of my baby with NO issues at all! I was picked up from my job and brought to the shop to pick up my car when all was finished. My car was completely clean from front to back and well taken care of. She idles quite, shifts smoothly, and doesn't hesitate at all! These guys know foreign cars and I am forever thankful Here is to Frank, Manny, Oscar, Mat & the service tech crew ! You guys are rock stars! Thank you all again so much! I will recommend, ANYDAY!!

Frank s European Auto has taken extremely great care of my BMW E92 M3. After numerous jobs, their work has been nothing short of perfect. It is without question the only shop in Las Vegas that I trust. I highly recommend this shop for any scale of job.

Customer service from Frank's was great and their ability to do a quality inspection is stellar! The only issue that i have so far is that after I got my car home I noticed upon inspecting the work broken/unconnected brackets. Hopefully we can have issue rectified.

As much as I disliked paying for an unexpected and unforeseen service to my car (I had a 10 yr old Mini with 153+K miles), my car was is the best hands at Frank s . I went in for an oil change and discovered my thermostat was going bad which is about right since my car is on the older side and this was also discovered after running tests while it s still cool here in Vegas. Had this not been discovered, it would ve cost me more to fix the damage to the engine (time and money). Because my car issue was unforeseen, Matt set up a rental car for me. They shuttled me home since the service took 5+ hours before the discovery. We discussed running tests and because it was going to cut into my schedule, Enterprise came and picked me up so I could get a rental car so my schedule was uninterrupted until I was able to pick up my rental car on Monday.Matt and the other staff members are phenomenal the second time around, just as they were the first time almost a year ago. I will be back because they do great work, they back their services up with a warranty and they have outstanding customer service and support my Mini Cooper s go to spot is Frank s European Service!! They re reliable and trustworthy.

I just relocated from Colorado, and finding a good European mechanic is never easy. Super glad to have found Franks, couldn t ask for much more here! Super friendly staff (shoutout to Manny), communicative, and the work was completed very quickly. All of the parts come with a nice warranty too, I would definitely recommend them to take care of your euro:)

Franks European auto, really is second to none. From the first call to picking up your car. I haven t experienced this type of care and professionalism. This is the third time in 2 years had to bring my 2008 Smart car to Franks European Service. Everyone knows how tough it can be, finding a car shop you can trust. Frank's European Service are my guys! I trust them! I like them. Great communication. Solution focused. And a wonderful and helpful staff.

This place is nothing more than a Clip Joint that tries to promote products that are not necessary or things that can wait until a later time until they become an issue. I had a car there and then brought it to European Motor Cars in Spring Mountain the bill was actually more than 50% less and they were honest with me so what was needed and what was not be very careful.Thank you for replying but unfortunately these are genuine concerns so please do not try and dismiss them as not occurring. Just what a typical clip Droid does tries to dismiss and deflect instead of take responsibility for their actions

I purchased a cabin air filter that I was able to remove at my house but I couldn't get the new one in. I called Frank's and they said to come down to the shop and they would take a look at it. When I got there the shop foreman came out to the parking lot and popped it right in. They weren't going to charge me anything but of course I took care of him. Frank's is the best.

If you are looking for a professional shop to handle your vehicle, this is your place. Customer service is 5 stars and incredible. Talia is who helps me each time and she is knowledgeable about her cars, and I have never left this shop with something still wrong with my cars. My favorite part about Frank s is the fact they take pictures and document everything and send that information for you to review with the pictures before they go through with any work. A lot of shops tell you something s wrong with no proof and that is not the case at Franks. After working with them for a bit, they also worked on my Chrysler town and country, even though they are a European shop. Sometimes prices can be a bit high, but what do you expect with European cars, you will be paying less than the dealership, and you get your moneys worth here. Thank you Frank s European!

I m so happy with my service experience at Frank s European Service, I m a repeat customer and I have always experienced a level of service that is truly 5 Star . My vehicle repairs have always been performed both thoroughly and expeditiously . They stand behind their work with a generous 3 year warranty on Parts and Labor , and that s not something you can find anywhere else, not even at the dealership !

I took my BMW to be serviced at Frank s and the customer service was phenomenal. The work they did on my car was great! My BMW needed some TLC and I started that with an oil change and inspection. I didn t feel pressured into making any decisions that I wasn t comfortable with. Great repair shop!

The quality of the work, and service is second to none. The service technicians are well trained and I've only ever had minor complaints with their work. The customer service representatives are equally phenomenal.As is common with prestige service centers, there is the prestige pricing associated with servicing high-end European cars and my sincere desire is that there would be a way to mitigate some of the costs, in particular parts. I just had front brake pads replaced on my 2012 ML350 and the pads alone were over $200.I'm sure inflation in this country, and the decrease in value of our currency likely has an impact as well, plus it's important to pay your people well, and you can tell that the employees at Frank's European are happy.That said, I own two Mercedes cars which are older, and they have become very expensive to maintain with the increase in shop rates, and the increase in the price of parts; but they are wonderful to drive, are solid, and quiet and I can't bring myself to dump them and get a less expensive American, Japanese, other sourced car.Regrettably, if prices keep climbing I will not only be unable to by the new car of my choice, but will unfortunately, some point in the future, lower my expectations and use price as my primary consideration.Alas! When that day comes, I will no longer be able to afford the wonderful service provided by Franks European.Service: Brake service & repair

I have owned many vehicles in the past and have dealt with many repair shops including dealer repairs. Frank s has proven to me to be far and above those shops (especially dealerships) in value, workmanship, and customer service! I won t take my Atlas anywhere else! Thank you Frank s!

Referred here by a friend like most people.... Came in with an older Mercedes 90s model. Informed Matthew my service advisor it was leaking fuel and had loss of power up hill with the AC on... the shop foreman said to diagnose (poorly running engine) would be about 825$ this meant checking all the vacuum lines from engine bay to interior trim door panels etc and ~$200 for the dye and leak detection recommended due to fuel leak....I asked if the issue was found sooner or easier would the charge be less? I informed all the vacuum lines were good and everything inside works ..The foreman assured if he did not have to check all the lines in the door panels etc then it would be less mon-ey...This was not the case!!! Pablo my technician found the power issue to be related to the fuel leak... from the technician notes they did not conduct any further vacuum testing past the engine bay due to the fuel leak needing to be resolved before further testing..they took off the leak detection ($200) charged me the full $825 for vacuum and boost testing now $887 later no repairs conducted no vacuum lines checked within the interior of the car....i believe they charged incorrectly with overlapping diagnostic ser-vices and charged me the larger because they could CONSUMER BEWARE!! The recommended services totaled ~$8000 none have a labor price and part price next to them which made me feel like they just didn't want to bother with my vehicle and were over inflating prices. The services they offered to perform for FREE also were not like the complimentary vacuum wash etc. As I left Matthew said I was welcome to bring the vehicle back at any time to have them wash it etc...I said not to worry. I felt like a second rate customer after this experience.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Frank's is the best shop in town. Never go to the dealership again! I was quoted 1500 by the dealership and paid 400 at Frank's. Terrific professional staff. Early am drop off, they texted the quote to me including pictures. No pressure recommendations. AND dog biscuits in the waiting room!!!?

Would give zero if I could. Held my car for a week just for an inspection of my tired rod. Told me they would do it Monday after the holiday. Didn t get results until Thursday. I needed a new tire rod, they tried to sell me the whole steering rack and tell me my internal steering rack may fail due to the steering rod damage. I don t want to know what my car might do I want my tire rod fixed. With them the $3-400 fix turns into $4000. They refused to fix my tire rod. They played my stereo in my car while they inspected my tire rod and ran my battery down. My key fob worked perfectly when I left the car in their possession. Now my lock button doesn t work. Highly unprofessional. Avoid, avoid, avoid oh and they tried to charge me for 2 alignments upfront instead of fixing the problem then aligning the steering. Just dishonest practices over there!

Been using Franks for several years now. In fact, on my second BMW, and still going there for maintenance and repair work. This last visit was a little more involved. I dropped off car as scheduled, they did their work, and promptly had my car keys back in hand. Unfortunately, I was in a small accident just a couple days later...Let me just say, the front of house team, Manny, Matt, Talia, and Travis, are all exemplary customer service professionals. They did their best at helping me when I was in a jam, and went the extra mile.I also got to meet Pat, one of the main dudes in the back. He told me he has been at Franks for 16yrs. That level of commitment is almost unheard of these days. This in itself, shows amazing passion for his job that conveys to great customer care and satisfaction.I fully endorse, and will continue to utilize Franks for my car needs.Thanks so much guys....yay, I'm back on the road....zoooom.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I want to commend Frank's, yet again, specifically Mat, Talia, Oscar and the service department. They are all professional, courteous and detail oriented. They got me in and my vehicle serviced - plus washed the - with no issues. Mat forwarded pictures of the service at each step and recommended service that was critical. Franks has kept all of our vehicles in top shape. We won t go anywhere else for vehicle service.

I ve used them before, but this time, I was not nearly as pleased. I had to leave my car in their lot overnight on a Sunday. From my drop off, to their intake, someone pried the key lock cover off the driver side door. They are in no way responsible for that, but there was no mention of it missing in the report. They took photos, with it missing, but never asked if that was intentional, or not. I spent over 11,000 dollars to repair the car, and they left me with only a 15 mile charge on my battery. That was able to get me home, but after them having it for 17 days, with a charging cable in it, I feel like at least leaving it half charged. Finally, the part they ordered ended up being over $400 more, which was frustrating, because it wasn t mentioned after their initial estimate when they ordered it. I also reached out to talk to them about this, but they did not return my 2 calls.Service: Electrical repair

Since then, I joined a virtual group that meets twice a week, with Frank being our coach. Frank is an exceptional leader, mentor & business owner. If you are considering having your vehicle serviced here & think you need a little convincing. Pick up the phone, give them a call. The first signal of comfort will be how pleasant & helpful the front counter staff is. This is a family owner establishment that cares about its clients & long term credibility.
