I have been a loyal customer of the service repair department at Mercedes of Las Vegas for nearly a decade now. Their precision workon my Mercedes, coupled with theirexceptional customer service, integrity, and loyalty towards their customers, always inspire me. Recently, when I had acomplicated issue with my car, service writer, Josh S. and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care ofexceptionally well. Their dedication and outstanding service have only strengthened my Loyalty to Mercedes of Las Vegas.

It's totally horrible place, I am begging everyone check your receipt and ask questions before purchasing anything from them, don't be a victim, learn from my experience. They don't care customer satisfaction or future businesses. When you honestly told them that the part salesperson didn t tell me returned policies, they said that is your responsibility to read them, with that statement made me felt like I am retarded and not good enough to own a Mercedes. Even though all returned items are untouched and less than 7 days. They incredibly worry about 25% restocking fee over customer relation.

Thank you to the service department for installing my fuel pump and spark plugs. My car is running great. I brought my car in yesterday. They figured out and fixed the issues, and I had my car back this afternoon. I would also like to thank my service advisor Danielle. She is always nice and very thorough with giving me pricing and updates on my car. I appreciate the awesome service!

Serviced both of our Mercedes - one for regular maintenance and one for window tinting. The process was super efficent and our service rep, Danielle, was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Bought a 2017 GLS450 and had some issue with it, brought it to service, after 2 days I got it back in the exact same condition, when asked what did you fix? No one could answer! They asked me to schedule for a loaner car to drop of the car so they can fix it, had the car for 10 days in the shop and finally got it same.but I was charged for the service that never had fixed my problem and fund is that it was noted, test drive performed and everything working, but it was a LIE.

Fletcher Jones canceled my appointment at the last minute. I explained to them that I had driven 5 hours specifically to get my car serviced by them, and they didn't seem to care or offer any alternative solutions. Extremely unprofessional - I would definitely avoid this business.

I am 64 years old and have been buying cars and using service departments for a long time. I must say the Service Manager here a Fletcher Jones Mercedes went far beyond in satisfying my expectations. In short Mercedes shipped a car with a factory defect and Curtis (the service manager) and Nick an advisor met with me and quickly resolved the issue and made it right. Curtis is an example for top notch management. AMAZING !!!!!

My car started to overheat when getting into Vegas and I plead with Emily to squeeze us in for an appointment so we could make it back to LA on time. She was able to get me an early morning appointment on a jam packed day for them and provided us with shuttle service to and from our hotel. The shuttle drivers were also exceptional and super nice gentlemen. They repaired my car quickly and Dave Miller, our service coordinator was great and communicative. Josh Sutton always takes good care of our car (and me) when I have a scheduled service or when I come in between its regular service appointments if I have questions or need to get my tire pressure adjusted. It gives me peace of mind, knowing that everything has been thoroughly checked. The van driver (Mark) who takes me home and then picks me up after the service is complete is very courteous and always remembers me - no small feat when you consider the months between service appointments and how many customers he transports each day. I always feel like a valued customer when I have service performed at Fletcher Jones.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my car serviced at the Fletcher Jones on Sahara, in Las Vegas, and my experience with my Service Advisor, Jolene Jimerson, and the two shuttle drivers who drove me were all excellent. Jolene was prompt and courteous. She arranged everything so well that I was able to drop off and pick up my car with a minimum of disruption to my day which is very important to me because I see patients in my psychotherapy practice, in back to back sessions. She listened to me, she noted what I needed, and she made it happen.Both shuttle bus drivers were courteous, and were able to get me to and from the dealership and my home, both within an hour.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Posting here as this was a service center mishap and everyone needs to be made aware.THIS DEALERSHIP ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY. Service technician either did not torque driveshaft bolts or reused one-time use ONLY bolts. 3 of 6 bolts were loose and the driveshaft coupling was shooting grease. Luckily caught by my local mechanic during routine maintenance. Him and Fletcher Jones service manager both agreed if that driveshaft came loose injury to my family, crash, or death could have occured. Please check their work. FJ service manager did not even believe me, thought I was over reacting, but he quickly changed his tone when his master tech took a look. This location is has outstanding service! Dave Miller is our guy for 2 of our vehicles. We always enjoy his smile and warm welcoming to get a service done! Too bad we didn t see him the last few times but we stillContinued to have stellar service. The loan dept, Kyra, is so sweet and attentive! She always remembers me and is just a gem. Love this location!

I Have owned MB for 25 years and Jason Cote is by far the best Service Advisor I have worked with. He takes issues seriously and always finds the solutions. My GL is so important to me and absolutely my favorite MB I have had. Service rep LaRoyne was excellent along with young lady that assisted with loaner car. Thus the 4 stars. Mechanics were backed up and couldn't service my car until the following day (scheduled maintenance service) and when picking up they did not wash my car as requested, although valet indicated they had after giving him a tip. I had an appointment but when getting there the line was so backed up it took at least 15 min just to check in with service rep. Usually your service is 5 stars so perhaps just an off day and I realize that happens but wanted to share my actual experience yesterday.

I arrived at the dealership at 6AM, even though I knew they didn't open until 7AM. To my surprise my service rep was already there and in his office . He explained that he couldn't have the car worked on until 7 but would prepare the necessary paperwork so it could go right into a service bay at 7. He also verified that I did have a tire warranty and I would only be responsible for the deductible . Excellent customer service by everyone involved.Service: Tires

My service advisor Ryan Cross is the best. He has been taking care to insure my vehicles are always in tip top condition for many years. I am always kept informed of the costs of repairs and status while in their possession. And best of all when he call to let me know it's ready, it is. All clean and ready to go. Advisor Dave Miller and the rest of the service team at Fletcher Jones are incredibly caring and honest. We had an ongoing issue that was initially looked into during the vehicle warranty period. The team was working on resolving over the course of a few months. Finally they found the ultimate fix and made it happen even though we had extended out of our warranty period. I highly recommend keeping your Mercedes-Benz serviced at Fletcher Jones Las Vegas. They do everything they can to resolve any issues fairly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Exceptional Service! I had to take my car in for unexpected service and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. LaRoyne was my service advisor and he gets 5+ stars for exceptional customer service! My second experience: When I scheduled my service, I was ask what type of vehicle would suite me. Wow so excited! Well arrived and put into something of a less value than mine. I was told the vehicle that was offered is not available!!!!

Great service department. Jason Cote who is the best service advisor I've had the pleasure to deal with in all my years. Very easy experience from beginning to end. If there is anything you need in the service department call the dealership and ask for Jason. He is extremely knowledgeable.One thing to note is the shuttle felt kind of like a Hyundai dealership van I'm ok with it as it's no big deal to me, but most Mercedes owners might have an issue.

My service advisor John is truly an asset to your company. I have had prior bad experiences with another service advisor and was about to give up there but once i was transferred to John and gave it another attempt i was impressed. He is helpful, knowledgeable, quick with reponse time and is willing to please. A++++ service experiences with him!

Josh in service is amazing, have not worked with a better service manager then him. He was a pro though and though. He kept me updated multiple times so I wasn't sitting wondering whats going on. I m from Washington state. On the way to Vegas we noticed an issue with our car; but it didn t stop us on the side of the road. I called Fletcher Jones and got LaRoyne a service consultant. They had me in the very next morning and out the door by the afternoon. Knew what they were doing and were extremely professional and went above and beyond on the customer service side. I ve never had this positive an experience at a dealer keep it up Fletcher Jones.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I had a engine light appear on my dash. Called Fletcher Jones Imports and talked to Alex. She had an opening the next day for me. Being that it was a 3 hour drive to the dealership, I was elated. When I arrived, the service personnel Dave Miller, immediately took care of my problem. In no time I was taken care of and on my way back home. Can't say enough about the way they treated me. I have an older SL500 (2006) that I really love. I take it to Fletcher Jones to get the best and most reliable service on my car. I really like how they handle their service business. They are very communicative and they gave me a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Very friendly and personable staff. I will continue to take my car to their service department.

Danielle,Was exceptional I came in 1 day late of my service date. She took my car and got me a loaner with out missing a beat. Also the lady at the small coffee shop is the nicest person. Thank you for training such professionals and great integrity.

Cost is insane. Premium is infinitely worse than others, but the results are 100% better than either of my two other mechanic options, as it should be.Overall excellent service and experience.Big thanks to Jason Cote and Dave Miller.
