Honestly I trusted them too much, I got carried away by the reviews, and I almost guaranteed that my review would be 5 stars, and I would have loved to give them those 5 stars but I don't know how they won them and they won nothing by lying and deluding other people into coming to this place. I had an accident last month, my insurance sent me to them, but they gave me a truck with a broken left turn signal light, automatic ignition to work, even after the crash now it doesn't work, they ran my truck and put extra miles on it they made various trips on it, a scratch on the left side above the tire didn't work They solved it, they returned my truck with a strange noise as if it was dragging something under it, and on top of that, and to top it off, they delivered it to me with the check engine on.And from all of the above they say that they have nothing to do with it, not to mention that they used up part of the gasoline, if the tank is almost full, they give it to me with the tank a little less than half full.I'm sorry, but to give them 5 stars you really need excellent and exceptional work. I will try to get the insurance company to explain to me what else I can do to keep it in optimal conditions, just as it was before the accident. Insurance sent me here after a pot hole caused severe damage to my car. They made my car feel new again and had my car done a couple days earlier then expect. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed they had someone detail my car inside and out. I highly recommend and I rarely if ever leave reviews. You didn't want to be involved in an Auto Accident in the first place! But now here you are! Dealing with the Insurance Company; selecting a choice in Auto repair shops. Car Rental, etc. My insurance suggested Auto Repair shops based on Customers reviews! I thought about Pink Flamingos, a beautiful Bird! Well maybe they can beautify my car! Well! they did! My car repairs came out looking new! I would use them again! They also have an agreement with Enterprise rental and the two worked together to give me Excellent service!

I don t know where to begin, I have progressive insurance and I couldn t be any more happier with the service I received from this business. I took my car in two weeks ago and the gentlemen in the office explained to me the whole process and steps that my car would go through. I got my car a week later looking like how I had bought it from the dealership years ago.. the staff was professional and very sweet and called me to update me on my car everyday. My insurance actually advised me to go there because they were a DRP with them and I couldn t be any happier with my decision! Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle!

Flamingo Collision Center did a phenomenal job with the repairs on my car! This accident was my first experience and they walked me through it every step of the way. Very friendly staff. Everyone willing to answer any and all of my questions! They kept me updated throughout the repair process and they even finished the repairs sooner than promised! My car looks and feels better than it did before the accident! Thank you flamingo collision!! I will definitely refer everyone I know!!

this is the 3rd time i have gone back to flamingo collision shop. They have been trustworthy, professional, and have gone above and beyond detailing and washing my cars to make sure i was happy and for being a repeated customer. they have always given me my cars back by the expected date or sooner. HANDS DOWN WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WANT HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE FIXING YOUR VEHICLES.Jennifer

I went to another collision shop to get an estimate and there prices were just too high so I stopped into flamingo collision to get a second estimate and they were very honest with me and gave me a better price. My car was taken care of and repaired exactly as promised. I would recommend flamingo collision center to anyone that is looking for repairs. Excellent service and great communication.

These guys at Flamingo Collision Center were a big help in restoring my truck. The damage to the right side was, to me, was worse than I thought. I didn't notice the frame damage until they showed me how it was bent and causing my truck to ride out of line. I dd feel it steering differently after the accident. They worked with my insurance company and made it a much smoother repair for me. My truck looks great again. Thanks Mark!

My son s car was backed into in a parking lot and since we bought him the car, we decided where it should be taken for repair. My best friend had some auto body work done recently and she raved about Flamingo Collision Center as being the best auto body shop in Las Vegas so of course, that s where we went! Boy was she right! You can t even tell the car was even damaged! They matched the paint color perfectly! And, they gave it a Lifetime Warrantee! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I got into car accident my front boomper and hood were distorted. When I got my car back I could not believe it was the same car. My car look brand new! They also did full detail on my car with no charge. Can not thank them enough. Great service and friendly staff!!

My insurance brought my car to this location . I didn t want to repair my car here. But unfortunately they had already started working on it. They never called me once ever. Once I pick up the vehicle they didn t do a walk around with me forgot to give me my invoice which is a receipt and didn t tell me about my warranty basically throwing me out the door . Stay away from this sketchy place .

The guys at flamingo colliosion helped me out with a loaner while my car was getting repaired. The car came back as brand new. Could not thank them enough. Ask for Vick if you end up there.

Horrible customer service due to not letting people know what they're doing before taking pictures of your vin and mileage inside the car and being too close in people's personal space

Hace poco me v� involucrada en un accidente, y mi coche s�lo necesitaba reparaci�n del choque, sin embargo cuando fui por �l note que me lo dejaron mal de la m�quina, son unos ratas, las aseguranzas mandan a algunos veh�culos a ese lugar sin saber que s�lo est�n estafando tanto al cliente como a las mismas aseguranzas.Es un lugar p�simo, porque tu coche entra con un problema y sale con cuatro, tengan cuidado, porque estafan a lo p3nd3j0 y se deslindan del da�o que le hacen al autom�vil. Es molesto lidiar con gente sin �tica y sin respeto por tu coche NO SE MERECEN NI UNA ESTRELLA. Es un asco ese taller, s�lo les importa el dinero.

It is a good place, the paint and bodywork work is very good, the attention and treatment of their staff is very professional and careful in everything when it comes to explaining the processes, they give you the guarantee of their paint and bodywork work. life . I recommend them 100% reliable and safe.Es un buen lugar , el trabajo en pintura y carrocer�a es muy bueno , su atenci�n y trato de su personal es muy profesional y cuidadosos en cada cosas ala hora de explicar los procesos , te dan la garant�a de sus trabajo en pintura y carrocer�a de por vida . despu�s del accidente la aseguradora me indic� de este lugar,y gracias a Verenise que fue la persona que me atendi� desde el principio y por la atenci�n que me presto de todos los detalles que surgi� despu�s de terminar el trabajo fue de lo m�s profesional y del trabajo de pintura y carrocer�a fue como si nada hubiera pasado ami camioneta del todo completamente satisfecholo recomiendo ampliamentemi trato directamente fue con Verenise gracias!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

With care, these breed well. Pure attitude, bad customer service. I have more to say but my opinion is that they don't fix their prices in this placeCon cuidado raza estos son bien tranza. Pura actitud, mal servicio al cliente. Tengo mas quw dicer pero mi opinion que no arreglan su caros en este lugar

These guys are rats. Raza do not come in this location. Take your expensive somewhere else. I know I say from experience!!!!Estos compas son ratas. Raza no venga en esta locaci�n. lleva su caro otro lugar. Se lp digo por experiencia!!!!
