I had a terrible experience at this location. My car was here 3 weeks and they didn t work on it at all. There was so much miscommunication in between their workers and with my insurance. Customer service was so unhelpful and rude. It is my belief they took advantage of my insurance claim to charge a 3 week storage fee, all the while not doing a single thing to actually repair my car. I have never left a bad review but my experience here was so bad i genuinely would not recommend anyone get work done at this shop.

I went to this place to fix my car because it was involved in an accident that left a lot of damage. It was an amazing experience in every metric. The employees were very friendly and I had the opportunity to meet the owner. He was very honest, accommodating, and professional. I also went a second time with another vehicle, and the experience was the same. I m very happy and I feel lucky that I found this shop. I highly recommend them. This is a 5 star shop, no doubt.

I would give them zero stars if possible. My car was dropped off a week ago. Shortly after picking it up yesterday, a sensor turned on an upon further expecting it in daylight there was bubbles and chips in my paint. Parts were loose and misaligned. I brought it back this morning and pointed out the issues to more than one employee. I received a called that my car was ready for pick up. When I picked it up it was exactly the same. Their quality of work is terrible as is their customer service. Personally had to call the State Farm as this is one of their preferred shops to address what needed to be fixed. Stay away.*UPDATE*I dropped off my Yukon for the third time to have their work corrected. Called to follow up the following week on a Wednesday. I was informed the headlight would be in later that day and the rest was done. They informed me the car would be ready Thursday, at latest Friday. I heard nothing from them so I called last Friday after 2pm. They backtracked and said the paint was not done but the car should be done Wednesday at the latest. I explained it was unprofessional of them to not give an update especially if the car would not be ready on the date they previously stated. Followed up again yesterday. The receptionist stated the car was being washed and waiting to pass calibration. She stated she would update me either way. To no surprise she did not call back and I still do not have my car back. I ve given them plenty of opportunities to make this right to no avail. State Farm has stated this incident is being investigated.Left my vehicle a total of four times before I picked it up and took it to another shop. The insurance appraiser came out and determined Fix Auto was liable. The other shop had to fix all the issues Fix Auto refused time and time again to fix- flaws in paint, dents, cracks still in the bumper and misalignment. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that takes pride in their work.

(1)Unfortunately they rarely provided updates on status of my vehicle. I had to call every few days for updates on the repairs.(2)They never kept on schedule, stated certain things would be accomplished but when I checked, it was not done.(3) The painting process is totally unacceptable, you could clearly see and feel where they attempted to touch up the paint.(4) They told me the car was ready for pick-up, when I arrived there were mechanical fault that were not cleared. I had to leave the car for them to clear the faults.(5) In the reassembly process parts were not replaced properly which will require them to reassemble to secure properly.(6) Not sure why USAA would have them on their approved list of repair facilities??

I came to Fix Auto after a deer hit my truck and bent the wheel well. It was robbing against the tire every time I turned. They helped me quickly and were so kind and professional! The car looked like new when they finished! I recommend them to anyone needing auto body work!!!

They said my car was going to be ready on a Monday, and no it was ready almost 2 weeks after that (1st lie).They said for sure the insurance will provide a rental car (2nd lie)I called to check on my car and they said it was at a different place where they do the alignment and I have a tracker in my car and the car was at their place (3rd lie)I confronted the manager who is a very awful person who excused him self and didn t honor his word. Very disappointed of this place

I was glad to find a place that could take my car in asap. They were very friendly over the phone and answered my questions promptly. Kept me updated on the status of my car. I m happy to have my car back and looking like new. It was bit far from where I live but highly recommend this place.

If I could give you guys no stars I would . You guys held my sons car for over a month , took it apart and then towed it to his property dismantled and pieces missing and the insurance wants to charge us for storage fees when you knew you couldn t fix it it would be a waste of time . It was real tacky how you handled this and unprofessional as hell !!!

Great place!!! Very friendly people. I thought my car was damaged when I hit a median. I opened an insurance claim and I was referred to Fix Auto. The issue turned out to be a simple fix. They told me to close my claim and that there was no major damage. VERY HONEST!!!! I ll be back for service in the future.

Fix auto USA did a really great job on my car , it looks like it was never involved in a accident they took the job very seriously and I would recommend everyone to take their cars to them , I also would like to take tall the staff for the great work and customer service they have provided to me thank you fix auto USA.

Overall, the service was good, the staff was very friendly and understanding. The only real "problem" I had was the wait time. Car was taken in for repairs in July due to an accident, and it wasn't finished until the end of November. I understand that parts may be on back order and everything, I work in a retail setting, so I get how things may take a while to get in. (Not your fault, FixAuto). Stealerships are a pain to deal with, I get it, lol. All in all, the car turned out great, looked, and felt like new. Steering wheel wasn't aligned upon receiving the vehicle (again, not FixAutos' fault) but the stealerships. Vince, without hesitation, took the vehicle in and made it a priority to get it finished. On top of that, they put in a full tank of gas! Couldn't be happier with the finished product. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired. Special thanks to Shelby! You've been most helpful! :)

Take your vehicle someplace else. This establishment is a joke. My car was missing trim pieces after completion, and they broke my key fob and refused to replace. Unacceptable. Service manager Vince is awful.

My front bumper was completely ripped off from a small accident as I was going from California to Utah passing through Las Vegas. Brought my car to Fix Auto and Vince was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist our family. Within 20 minutes my bumper was installed and I was on the road again safely to Utah. horrible nobody could give me straight answer on when parts would be in but when insurance call they can give them a answer told me it was ready and it was but had more damage that wasn t there when it had arrived to the shop and incomplete work that wasn t doubled check wouldn t recommend going there for any work

Never coming here again. I took my car here to get repairs, back in June and my car is still not done yet. They give me text message notifications of when my car will be done and then the day before my car is suppose to be done, the date gets pushed a week later. This has been going on for the last month and a half. Everytime I call for updates, I get a new excuse on why my car is still not done such as "we're waiting on parts" or "the paint job didn't come out right we have to repaint it again," and today their scanner isn't working to release my car. I don't want excuses, I want results and I'm still waiting.

Took nine days to get my appraisal sent to my insurance. In fairness I missed my scheduled appointment. I don't think that warrants being pit on the back burner until I cal 3 days in a row to see where it is at. The manager once she was aware did resolve it quickly.

47 days in the shop. Terrible body damage work. Door is out of alignment, the undercarriage is hanging and rubbing, the hood is not line up.No one will call me back. I had to take my car here at the beginning of November for repairs. I was told my car would be ready on 11/29. They called me the day before thanksgiving telling me my car was ready. I informed them that I was out of town for the holiday and that I under the impression from the texts that were being sent to me BY THEM that my car would be done by 11/29. I then went up there on 11/30 to get my car back. I called them at 11am that day and told them I would be there between 12 and 1 to get my car. They informed me they would have it ready. When I got there, a guy came up to me and said "oh you're here for the Gray Fiesta?" I said "no, the red one" The gentleman then asked me if someone had called me and told me my car was ready, I informed him that they had been calling me since the day before Thanksgiving to get my car. The guy then said that he would be right back. He then came back and said "they are not ready for you to pick up, itll be an hour wait." I ended up waiting over 2 hours for my car. They kept informing me that they had to "clean" my car. After waiting that long they finally had my car ready, The outside was good, no complaints about that. My complaint is the fact that they had my car for almost a month and there is a white stain on my back seat, there is black trim hanging from my door and my Ford Cap for my tire was in my cup holder, not placed back on my tire. I dont even want to take it back up there for them to fix it because I just dont trust them. Thank god I didnt have to pay them any of my money and insurance paid for everything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
