Like nothing happened! Thank you fix auto for the quick fix on my Hyundai Venue. Turned in the car on October 23rd and I picked it up today November 6th looking brand new. They also gave me a lifetime warranty just in case anything happens. Thank you again

January 12, 2024We have taken our vehicles to ABC auto in the past. Yesterday morning, the door was opened and rolled ever so slightly into the nearby tree. Consequently, the door did not shut correctly. Marshall looked at it in the morning and the car was ready by afternoon. Vehicles require expertise and fair pricing to the consumer. We were more than pleased with their service previously and just recently. Would highly recommend this business if needed. Safe driving to the community.

Fix Auto Las Vegas was referred to me by my car insurance I was in a hit and run accident and damaged the whole right side of my car. I took my car to them and they fixed everything and a good timely manner. The representatives they were very nice and professional and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. So if your car has been damaged in any way, reach out to them they will fix you up good

I was very impressed about the quality and service. I received a Fix Auto the team was extremely honest with the estimate. They told me when the car was going to be ready and it was fixing much better than I thought it was going to be shown room quality, thank you fix auto. Five stars really should be 10.

The experience was fantastic except 1 miner detail . They trashed my truck and left dust all over the inside of my car in the back . Other than that great , fast and very nice car looks brand new . Definitely recommend!!!

I was welcomed with smiles and immediate information was relayed to me about the process and the time it would take . I was notified by text every step of the process and that s a perk in my eyes .They are extremely efficient and my car never looked better and they gave the interior a complete shampoo . Overall I highly recommend Fix Auto on Spring Mtn and will tell everyone I know .thank you for the exceptional work .

Honestly best shop! Original I was referred to crash king from my auto insurance. The man there was horrible he told me he would have my car on his lot for atleast 2 weeks before he even touched my vicheal. Needless to say I called my insurance and they than referred me to fix auto and boy oh boy the night and day difference. They not only kept communication with me throughout the process, but had my car during Christmas and news years and STILL had my car finished in two weeks!! And it's looks like it's never been touch. If your in vegas and need body work for sure fix auto is the shop to go to.

Karina was very friendly & they texted me twice a week to let me know the progress of the repairs. They were only 1 day off fro. The estimate. Definitely recommend.

Phenomenal experience! Came in to have my car repaired after an accident, and they got my car fixed within a week! Upon receiving my car back, they did a wonderful job of giving it back as if it were brand new! The exterior wash they gave was superb! And the interior was just as carefully cleaned. Don't do it! Don't go there.. They can't measure the frame.. when I took it back because of all the noise and air coming inside. The guy drove it around the block so slow and said nothing was wrong.. they held my car 40 days.. don't do it.. check your car..

Absolutely phenomenal Auto shop. We couldn t be more pleased with the work done on our vehicle. Also the customer service between everyone and the owner was amazing. They without any hesitation made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving and if there was any error they were willing to do whatever it took to make it right and return my vehicle in perfection. I will tell anyone I know about this auto body shop. Great work team at fix auto. You guys are truly the best. I pray for an abundance of work to come your way! Keep those doors open. Wes and his team were friendly, professional and communicative about your vehicle from start to finish. It was so effortless and hassle free.My car got rear ended and he immediately set me up with an estimate, by end of day gave the final estimate, coordinated with the insurance, set appointment for car to be repaired, called when car had to be extended, let us know when we could pick up car, assessed workmanship and it was great and they even have a lifetime warranty for their service.WOW!Thank you for providing excellent service, professionalism and care for your customers.

I am so happy with the service provided by Fix Auto! Someone side swiped my driver s side doors while my car was parked. The folks at Fix Auto took the time to repair the dents, buff the scrapes and repaint. Jenn in the front office was so kind and helpful. I really can t say enough good things about my experience. Loved the staff. They were great. Also appreciated the consistent updates via txt. There are only 2 things I d like to point out: Although their photos show I came in with no front license plate I must disagree. Unfortunately, my photos didn t capture my front plate either. However, I recall inspecting my car after my accident and I certainly would ve noticed it as I took pics of front headlight damage. My husband doesn t recall a missing plate prior to drop off for repair either. So I guess that remains a mystery. Second, my trunk no longer auto opens freely. It must be lifted by hand bcos it is out of alignment now. This is something my husband says he mentioned to Fix It Auto before work commenced. I didn t notice until a few days after getting the car back when I used the trunk again for the first time. Other than those 2 things I was happy with the process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Originally was told 5 to 7 days, then was told it would be business days, ended up being eight days total. Then, when I went to pick it up, there were still body clips, broken/missing, which they did replace.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The lady in the office was incredibly rude. I just left and found another repair facility that was helpful, friendly and helped me get a rental car which the lady here told me they didn't do. It said in the email I got from allstate that the repair facility will help you get a rental car. Apparently this place doesn't do that. Hopefully Allstate will take this place off their list. There are much better places to go.

From start to finish of the repair of my vehicle, I was kept informed of the progress and when it would be completed. Extremely professional and friendly company. I am extremely pleased with my car - it looks brand new! I highly recommend Fix Auto. While the communication from the office was great, the work should have been better. There is still a dent on my trunk, the gummy stuff was left on the light cover which was replaced, and the worst part was they did not check for tire damage. I'm positive no one test drove my car once they finished working on it.I drove it home from Fix Auto and my car was shaking so bad I had to get off the highway. Took it to a tire place and they informed me the rear tire (I was rear ended) had a huge bubble in the side. I paid for it to be replaced at the tire shop the day after picking my car up from Fix Auto.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Negative experience. Poor customer service. I took my vehicle in and they took pictures for an estimate. The next day I received a call requesting that I set an appointment for repairs. The next day when I arrived at the shop they did not know I had an appointment. I set up a rental car with my insurance to pick me up. Person at your shop became agitated and told me that your company uses the Arville Enterprise. He could have told me this on Monday so I could make sure I was placed at the Arville location. He made a phone call to Arville. He told me no one was coming to pick me up. After that he offered me no assistance. I had to call my insurance company who gave me 2 Enterprise rental car agencies phone numbers to find a rental car. At that point I decided to take my car and cancel the contract for service. Your company did not care that I was stranded with no way to get home. Utter lack of consideration for customers.

A car accident is never a good experience. This can be made worse if you have an unfair insurance company who gladly take your monthly yet refuse to pay when "Mayhem happens. . . FIX AUTO. FIXED IT!. Plain and simple honest assessment and quick turnaround. Yep I know hard to believe there is a repair shop that is fair and honest.

Everything that was in my vehicle was taken. Trunk completely empty. Clothes gone. Never trust them. Even of you sign, you don't think they'll take the rosary from your car!!

Great customer service group inside the office. These Ladies & Guys know the business . I was taken care of even tho my car had minimal damage & the Ladies advised me how to move precisely giving my situation. I recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body work.
