Very pleased with the work @ Fix Auto LasVegas Central. The staff was always helpful, courteous and professional. The vehicle looked brand new inside and out when returned. This is the second time we have used this business and it will be our go to if we ever need any auto body work done in the future.

I have taken my vehicle to American collision Center in several occasions and they have always executed the job properly. They repaired my vehicle twice for two separate incidents and if i had any issues they would fix it right away. It has been a pleasure working with them throughout this time. I have been very happy with the result every time and I know i can always come back if I need any future repairs. I feel lucky to have met Juan and his team and they have been always very helpful! They always kept me informed and up to date when parts were coming in and things ran pretty smoothly. my car was hit from the front and rear ended as well and the results make it seem like nothing ever happened! Great! Fully recommend this business.

Best repair shop!! Had my window and steering wheel vandalized and they fixed it with in a week. A gentleman from the shop even went out of his way to jump start my car a mile away from the shop. He didn t have to but he did. Thank you to whoever he was because I didn t even get his name.

What a pleasant surprise, an auto repair shop that's honest and efficient. Owner Horatio, who worked at Gerber before, found that there was actually no damage on my car door, polished it at no cost and it is perfect and gleaming. Needless to say, the combination of knowledge and expertise added to honesty is a rare find nowadays. So avoid all the mediocre and dishonest mechanics and take your vehicle to Fix Auto and Horatio at 1910 Western Ave. You'll be glad you did! 5 stars earned!!!

Wow holy. I can t believe the magic. I needed to return my Tesla lease and both sides of the car were absolutely wrecked from people hitting it in the parking lot. Paint scraped off on one side (huge scratch 2 feet long). The door had a massive dent and scratch. I m mindblown at how they fixed it. Paint matches. All issues gone. Tesla quoted me 3k for repairs. These guys $1200. I hope I never have to use you again. But if I ever have car issues like this again I will definitely use you. WOWService: Painting

0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR CAR WILL BE THERE FOREVER. WORST BODY SHOP. VERY UPSET. had a wedding coming up my car needed work i needed it done by end of the month so, i took my car there a couple weeks ago for repairs the manger told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks (perfect for the wedding) two weeks later come they told me the parts are on back order and kept telling me that everytime i ask for updates , i did my own research and called the dealer and the parts were in stock seems like they didn t have enough money to pay for the parts or something?? i ended up getting my car fixed at another fix auto on SARAH and they had it done within a week. very unprofessional.

Very Disappointed with their service . I honestly would NOT recommend this place to NO one.They took 3 months to get my car fixed 3 months unbelievable gave me excuse after excuse spoke too the manager and he continued to give me excuses by the second month they ended up loaning me a vehicle from their shop. Vehicle was not in great condition before I took it I let Mike one of their workers know that the tires were not in good shape. He brushed me off and said I would not have a problem with the car 2nd day the car gets a flat tire it was 11pm when I realized it was flat had to find a tire shop and had to pay $140 for the tire. I had the tire shop give me back the flat tire and the receipt hoping fix auto would be continuous enough to pay me back my money. When they FINALLY gave me my car I provided them with the receipt and gave them their flat tire to show them that the tire was in bad shape and explain to them that the guys from the tire shop said the other tires were just as bad as the one they changed. Danny (manager) told me he would speak too the owner to get my money back for the tire. Its been 3 weeks I have not heard from them. At this point they can keep it. It was mentally draining to get my vehicle fixed with fix auto. Do NOT recommend them AT ALL. I had an absolutely fantastic experience taking my Subaru in for repairs here! They worked really hard to get my claims sorted with State Farm and the repairs were top notch! Customer service was also excellent and they were super communicative during the lockdown period.

I just picked up my truck from this shop yesterday and I must say I am beyond satisfied with the incredible service and professionalism exhibited by Michelle and the team at American Collision Center. I brought my beloved vehicle here after being rear-ended in an accident. Michelle did a thorough inspection, identified the necessary repairs, contacted my insurance company and had me in a rental that same day. My truck is now perfect and I could not be happier with their work. I am a personal injury attorney, so I have referred several of my car accident clients to Michelle. Never once have I had a client complain to me about the service they received from her or the work done on their vehicles. Hence why I trusted her and her staff with my personal vehicle when I found myself in need of repairs after an accident. Do not take your vehicle anywhere else. These folks are truly the best. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable leaving my car for them to repair. Every time I called the receptionist was very helpful and my car was done in a timely manner! I will definitely recommend this shop and will come back for any future repairs!

I would totally recommend this place. The Job they did in my car was very professional and they did it super fast. I didn't have to be without my car for weeks. Their prices are very competitive. customer service is on point. I'm very pleased over all. Thank you so much American Collision Center.

i was in a terrible accident about a year ago and our car was sitting outside for 8 months until it was gifted to me for my birthday, i took it to american collision center and now my car is back up and running ! the employees were really friendly and spoke spanish ! highly recommend!

I called multiple collision repair places before I found this one. They were the best price and the only ones willing to work with me no matter what the damage was. Jose was the nicest guy, and he didn't take advantage of my situation even though he could have. Thank you so much!!!

Ameican collision is not of Trust. I noticed parts from my car were switchedThey had a car identical like mine and put my parts on the other wrecked car and put painted parts from that wrecked car on mine. Making there job look good by stealing from someone who brings business to them. MY vehicleHad a damaged door. The rest of my car was spectacular. I have an investigation going on indeed my other car parts were painted without my consent. This is definitely not a place to trust Squash this buisness!! Take it else we re
