Very shady. I ve had good service at other Firestone locations but not this one. Went in for basic alignment and was told I d be better off dropping my truck off because the guy doing alignments isn t very good. Then told me before even trying they d probably only be able to adjust the toe because I drive on dirt roads-never was a problem before. Came back an hour later and my canter and camber adjustments were the exact same as before, like they didn t even try. Then tried to charge me full price and get me to buy other parts I didn t need. Went to another Firestone location and they aligned it no problem, no hassle, and didn t mention any of the unnecessary parts. I ll personally be avoiding the Deer Springs location.

These guys are awesome here. I bought 4 new tires 9 months ago, and I started having a hopping issue with my right rear. I took it in, and they got my car in right away, and found one tire in the rear had a separation so they warrantied 2 new tires for the rear, at 100% coverage. No cost at all. Very happy with this visit. Thank you again Thomas, you were a true blessing today!!! Much appreciated!!UPDATE NEW VISIT: March 12th,2024. Walked in, Thomas the manager was here, and got my car in right away for a oil change. They found a nail in the front right tire sidewall, and got an out of stock tire ordered immediately to change it. ALWAYS a great service here!!!

Took my car in for a flat tire, asked if they could fix it. Was told they could but didn't have anyone to come grab the tire and put the spare on. I sat there and saw two people standing around doing nothing. Thank goodness I knew how to take off my own tire. So I gave it to them to fix and told them I'd be back after work. (Mind you, this whole time I was in my work clothes). Came to get the tire after work to be informed they again had no one available to put my tire back on, this while again I see people just standing there. So once again, I start doing it myself. Finally a worker walked over and asked if I would like him to do it, I got pretty snappy (which it wasn't his fault, I was just tired and frustrated). He told me just to allow him to do it. It took all of 5min in total to take off my spare and replace it with my tire. Never going there again.

Thomas and Cam are great! They are trustworthy and very helpful. I never have an issue and they never over sell me on service or product. They provide me with options after asking me what I want, they explain the options and provide me info to make the best decision for the car and my wallet

Great service here! We had a tire losing pressure quickly and they took care of it in a very kind and professional way. Absolutely love that they are open on a Sunday, very convenient with our work schedule.Cameron was great and did not charge us anything to repair the valve stem and didn't try to upcharge on anything. It did take a bit longer than expected but I think that was understandable as there were not many people on staff since it was Sunday.Overall, highly recommend!

Shop opens at 7am. Stopped by to get my air checked in my tires. Said it takes 30 to 45 minutes for the compressor to fill. Wow guess the employees get paid an hour to do nothing. Gotta wait for the compressor. Must be nice.

I had two upper control arms replaced and my car aligned. Thank god I checked their work. The mechanic could not be bothered to properly install my BRAKE LINES. As putting the bolts in that held it to my control arms was clearly just to much for him. So he zip tied both of my front brake lines to my sway bar links. Also didn t install the ABS sensor wires into there respective holders. So with the amount of off-road driving I do in my Land Rover they would have most definitely chafed into the brake lines. They also have killed my battery all 3 times they have done an alignment which I wasn t going to mention until I saw this pathetic excuse for work. If you value your safety I would suggest going somewhere else. The only reason I take my car to a shop is because there are certain things I can t do in my garage like alignments. see pictures below. Update: also after starting out on my vacation found that my left sway bar link was also not tightened properly and clunking as I went over bumps. Had to pay another 50 bucks to have a mechanic in St. George fix it.

They are very rude here. My wife called to get an estimate for some work on her car. Granted it was later in the day (about 3pm) on a Saturday and I understand they were probably busy. They told my wife they would call her back and never did. I called the next day (Sunday morning) thinking it may be because she was female, and the person who answered the phone was annoyed that I brought up that they never called back. I asked to just get past that and get me an estimate and he continued to be rude. I told him never mind and hung up. I have a policy on not giving my money to rude people. Wont be dealing with Firestone in the future especially when all I wanted was an estimate so I can give them business.

I came in for an oil change a couple days ago . Got home and checked my oil and it was black . It was never changed. Went back up there the next day and the guy gave me a bad excuse and said it was changed and so was the filter when it clearly wasn t . Did my own oil change with my pops and you can literally see how black my oil was . I definitely will be getting a refund smh.

Went here for a full synthetic oil change. Thomas offered $9.99 inspection as additional service which I accepted.I dropped off my truck about7:45am. It took until 4:30pm for them to complete the service. I did not have an appointment, but that seems like it took a long time. Too long. Then came the $9.99. They said there were a few services they recommended that all seemed reasonable. One thing they did NOT mention was that my check engine light was on. No mention at all.Makes me wonder how much I can trust their diagnostic evaluation if they didn t even see a warning light on the dash. For the record, I was able to find the issue and reset the warning with my OBD reader.Service: Oil change

Several months ago we purchased the lifetime balance and rotation. This time the guy wants to charge me for the other tire. The fifth one cause we rotate our jeep tires each rotation. Then now we should be on their books. Not sure if they didn't finish the job or what but steering is not lined up with the wheel, it's off. Been to busy to look at. But I don't hit curves and it was adjusted fine before. What gives?

So, a couple weeks ago, my son got off work around 11pm. On his way home struck something in the road and it ripped open the sidewall. Fast forward to the morning, it was Sunday, nobody seemed to have his tire size. Finally found one and everyone was too booked to mount just one tire, EXCEPT Firestone!! They got it all handled in time for my Boy to make it back to work on time for swing shift!! Thanks Firestone on Deer springs Rd!!!

Came in with an appt. Thomas said we have no guarantees on time. What the purpose of an appt if it first come first serve. Hour wait for them to start work. Hour later work is finished. Finished tag hung in the window for 30 additional minutes while Thomas helped 3 other walk-ins and numerous phone calls until he finally noticed me standing there. Firestone will never see another dollar from me.Service: Oil change

I will NEVER do business with this place again. Dropped my vehicle off and was told and reassured that it would be done before close of business only to go pick my car up and they were closed. No one called to say anything. Should have learned my lesson the 1st time going here a year or so ago. Same thing, I had to call moments before they closed to be told that they didn t get to my car yet. They had it until the evening of the next day. It is an inconvenience to keep someones car without their knowledge. Now my son does not have a way to school or work tomorrow.

First time I was here walked in for an oil change and it was fairly quick, great service. The 2nd time I tried to come in for a battery replacement for my efleet vehicle but was told it could take longer to get approved and that it may be better to drop off the vehicle.Ended up just going down the street to pep boys and they were able to accommodate within an hour was in and out.

The employees i interacted with, both when dropping off my vehicle and over the phone, were nice and that s really as far as my pleasant side of the experience goes. I had made a 9 am appointment for my brakes & an oil change and got there right at nine to drop it off. I should ve known things were going to go awry when i was told since you have an appointment, it should be done today as i was walking out. I didn t get a call for any update until 4:30. The employee did apologize and was nice about the recommendations and what i would like to move forward with. He was not pushy with anything. I asked to go ahead with the brake work and asked if it would be done today, he said he could try but they closed at 6 so if it didn t, it would be done first thing in the morning. According to their site, they open at 7 and i wasn t called until almost 11 that it was finished, after i called at ten am to check progress. For an oil change and brake service for my rear pads and rotors, waiting an entire business day and four hours into the next is way too long. Especially considering i made an appointment for it multiple days prior

Been going to Firestone for years always been very helpful and friendly with issues going on with the car, I've rarely come to this location as I just moved here and went in for a simple oil change, came out with the car engine light on and the car running rough. Called back the next day as I got the day prior before closing and couldn't get a hold of anybody that late. got an appointment a couple days after as I had some stuff to do and my car battery died due to the check engine light issues that caused it to drain and couldn't get any help whilst the associate saying the reason the engine light was on was they forgot to plug some sensors in, were rude and unhelpful felt like I was a burden, cancelled the credit card and off to another service provider that appreciates the every day business

I have been going to firestone in many varied states for 20+ years. I have spent a fortune with firestone with the many cars my family has had through the years. I have to be selective with the different locations because it really is how good it is being managed and the mechanics. I had a difficult case with an old car that had practically everything new but had issues with performance in acceleration. To make a long story short, it was a difficult issue to resolve but I appreciated Cameron and Thomas leadership / management of the situation as well as the competence and honesty of Alex the mechanic. Although the issue was not fully resolved, I appreciated how the circumstances was communicated which I feel provided reasonable understanding.

I have been taking my truck here since I bought it. Customer service had always been pretty good. I have always scheduled an appointment with them and never had an issue. My wife scheduled an appointment with them and took her car in. For reference a 12:00 pm appointment and they explained that they would not be able to get her car back to her until tomorrow. The explanation was everyone that came in before has priority. What is the point of an appointment if you can t honor it. You guys just lost a regular customer I hope you can figure out your customer service and appointment system. Either don t offer it or honor it. You don t go to a doctors clinic and they tell you their walk ins have priority over your appointment.

This place is very DIS-HONEST and the service advisor Thomas is rude, dismissive, dishonest, and micro-aggressive. He is the biggest liar of them all . He attempted to outrageously charge me about $1000 for parts I didn t need . They also lied about the condition of my vehicle. I went to a private mechanic that quoted me $350 and my vehicle runs smoothly now. I am disheartened at how poorly customers are treated. Maybe its time you guys focus on implementing more common sense and moral conduct. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Untrustworthy

I've been a Firestone customer for 20 years but I think I'm going to find another place. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill lately. It doesn't take all day for a simple wheel alignment. Not everyone can leave their vehicle or wait that long. And you can't even get in anymore without making an appointment at 8 am and showing up 30 minutes early. What is the point of signup for a Firestone membership if you can't even get in to use them? And the service attendant didn't seem like he wanted to be at work.

Quoted me a very high price for an oil change on a diesel truck .. & was told at 11 a.m. that service guys were going out to lunch soon so oil change could not be done until 5 p.m. ! They were not busy stalls were basically empty & even if they could have done the oil change sooner the price i was quoted was extremely high.. got it done at another place that had acceptable prices & although they were busy I waited 1 hour & the job was done ! Compare prices at other places before going to this place or maybe because I'm a girl they thought I was stupid enough to just pay whatever price they came up with.. !! Bad business to assume that !!

Went there and got a flat repair. I was told it was a light repair there was no need to get a new tire and it worked fine for about two weeks. When I left I immediately thought wow my car has never shaken like this before while I ve been driving and that s still been happening on and off since I left there about three weeks ago.My truck is a 2018 lease never been in an accident and never had any issues only regular maintenance, and one recall that the dealership all fixed, and I never had any side effects with any of those things. It might just be coincidence, but after seeing another couple reviews on here, it might be a pattern of purposefully shady work.

I booked an appointment a week out for their earliest time slot. When I went to drop it off they inform me that they accepted the appointment for an oil change but might not get to it today despite having an 8am appointment. They continued to accept walk in customers but couldn t keep their agreed appointments. They lack organization, have no customer service skills, and are comfortable wasting your time. I d encourage you to find somewhere else for your mechanical needs.

Thomas helped us and he was wonderful to work with. We ended up with a piece of metal in our rear tire and need the tire replaced. We changed out to our spare until our tire comes in on Monday. We needed a special tire. We were in and out quickly and will go back on Monday to get our new tire. We highly recommend them and the great service.
