Awesome experience!I called around 10am Sunday last minute and talked to K outstanding service and help from the first second of the phone call in! Not only that but he called several times during the process as well. Great follow up coming from a prior repair shop manager!Military discount also applied!Story:I was in desperate need of new tires and this store was the only one in the Whole Las Vegas Valley April 7th 2024 that instantly wanted to help me out despite living an hour away in Boulder City Nevada.I took my wheels off after I had to put 5 plugs in and sent my father to the store, and they helped him out and took care of it quickly so we could make our road the next morning!I had less than a mile on them and took these 275/70R18 Firestone Destination M/T2 s in deep sand and even full of air they did awesome! Then the next day 50 mile trip in Arizona where we went ripping around the sand washes and steep rocky side by side trails with EASE!These tires grab, and barely make any highway noise if any. Very impressed so far despite some bad reviews. Let s see how they do long term now!

PRICY THOS IS THE SECOND TIME I GIVE A TRY. First time I came asking for 1 tire to be replaced and estimate was $185 for the cheapest tire installed, I purchased on internet for $93 with shipping and tax and installed on other shop for $20 balanced..- Second time, just want to install a tire on a rim and they charge $29 non balance and take to long to get it done

I came in for an oil change and had to provide my own oil filter for my vehicle as Firestone did not have one and could not get one delivered to finish the oil change! Be sure to call ahead to make sure Firestone can service your vehicle in a timely manner!

I brought my car in January 2024 to get 4 new tires. We only asked for them to look at the battery, but not to touch it (battery is behind the tire.) They ended up testing the battery when we said not to and according to them it was dead. Then they said the alternator broke. The car was working fine when I brought it in. So, got it all fixed. Next morning the belt on the alternator broke so I had to bring it back in. Last week I brought my car in again to get a new part installed for my AC they said they couldn't getting working. So I then installed the part myself and guess what it works.

Made an appointment online for an oil change. Waited most of the day till 4:00pm arrived and went to the shop. Checked in and was told it would take 2 hours to complete. What is the point of an appointment when they don't honor it. Never coming back!

I was greeted immediately after entering the building. All they needed was my name. All my info and my reason for being there was on line. Thirty minutes later my car was ready and I was told about what they done to my vehicle and recommendations for future services. A great place. Richard

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for years. The staff is always courteous, personable, reliable and honest. The mechanics do a top notch job too. I trust them. I recommend them whenever I get a chance.

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. The manager Brian was super helpful, friendly and professional. He didn't b.s. me at any point in the service process and got the job done in a timely manner. Amazing guy, who knows how stuff and the staff was great. I'd highly recommend using the Firestone Ann Rd off of Decatur Rd location as I will be from now on.

I would definitely recommend this Firestone on Ann road Excellent service from the front door to the back went over my vehicle front to back explain in detail what was going on with my vehicle with language I could understand this was my first time and I am very Pleased.

I made an appointment to have my air conditioner.Look at the deer born way location in north Las Vegas d don't have a schedule Tech for a c.i went to the Decatur Anne road location in corrari KU ZAR I what's fantastic I told him. What happened he? Said. A? I'll take care of it and he did outstanding outstanding.Thank you to him in the rest of the team.

A very bad experience at this location I scheduled my appointment 9:00am in the morning my car was not ready until 11 am , very high price$1xx.29 for an oil change Customer service was terrible . I will never come back

I dont see my review here so let me skip to the good stuff as i repost Charged 1,xxx.oo dollars for services. Just for me to take it to another mechanic and call out the mistakes that were made.Snagging any type of parts between an intake and motor and torquing down is definitely employee error then saying there seems to be a compression issue..i wonder why there was a compression issue .Along with this fun experience, my number has been reported as spam. I see you would rather block someone from contacting your store than resolve issues on mistakes that employees from this location made.

Kuzari saved the day! I had an 8am appt at the other Deer Springs location but was told that it wasn t even guaranteed that they could get to my car today, at all. Which I totally understand, but the way it was relayed to me was rude and accusatory. So I left and went to the Ann Rd location and Kuzari was just awesome. He gave me a reasonable, estimated time it might get done and even ordered 2 different batteries because I didn t know which one my car had. They ended up getting it done quicker than what he had estimated. Because he was such a pleasure to work with, I didn t mind the wait. Well done making stressful situations tolerable. I highly recommend this location!

Made two appointments and was told a two hour wait before the car even was going in. Paid for an oil change and a gasket but now I have nothing but an oil leak. I ended up getting somebody else s information and Bill. Came back so I have them look at it to make sure I was safer going to California and they just had me sitting there for over an hour without even looking at it. Horrible customer service and apparently horrible at oil changes and detecting leaks. They have it written down that I denied having the leak checked when that s what I was there for. Hope I make it to California in an hour.

I just want to give a BigThank you to Andy the General Manager for resolving the issues with my tires. I am so grateful and I now feel safe and that's all I wanted. Spent 800 on new tires ,oil change, new air filter, whipper and everything else!!! After picking my car up I found out I could only drive 40 mph cause they forgot to balance my front tires.. took it back today and now I can only drive 60mph the r still not balanced right and come to find out!! The checked off the list of everything the looked at!! Well this is the second time is was there and no washer fluid.. really!! How do I know they even gave me a new air filter or a oil change I m so pissed

Wish I could give zero stars. Made an appointment for 7am. Show up at 7 am. Am told no techs there until at least 7:40am and that I won t even be the first car on the lift at that time. Why are appointments being offered if there is no way of honoring them? The guy working the desk was really smug about it too. Go anywhere else. The service here is a pitiful joke.Service: Oil change

Went in to replace blown out tire that was still under warranty - satisfied, also wanted maintenance check on light that always shows from a previous repair. They were not able to fix it after 7 hours waiting. I will have to return to try and get it fixed. U break it U fix it.....not yet.
