I was in an urgent need to replace the tires on my car. Family members recommended me to visit Firestone at 7410 S Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89139. At this location I ended talking to Mr. Jay Saba. Mr. Saba went out of his way in a highly professional and courteous manner to answer my questions and meet all of my needs. He was very caring, and I ended up replacing the four tires with high quality and at agreat price. Great service which is a reflection of excellent management and customer service. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend this place for all you automobile care needs. Thank you!

When you are coming in from out of town and your car is overheating - it s good to find such a reliable and helpful crew. Matthew, Dan and the rest of the crew tested out the car and found the issue, we re able to get parts quickly and finished the repairs the same day - a day ahead of their initial timeline. Can t thank them enough for the extra effort to get my daughter and friends back on the road

First off when I walk-In and I wanted to do alignment, Guy at front desk(foreman) had an attitude, Did my alignment for 3 hrs. and when it finished guy told me that lights came on and they could not reset at their end, Instruct me to go to the dealership and have them reset it, So I had to use my PTO the next day and went to dealership first thing in the morning. After the diagnostic and reset them lights, Dealer was angry and was saying those people at firestone is lazy that they cannot calibrate properly and re-connect the wires, It's the reason why lights are coming on!!So then I went back and told firestone what dealership told me, well then I also said that the steering wheel is at angle at 1 O'clock and they need to do it properly, So I left my car for 2hrs, After, firestone told me the car is completed, Went back and pick it up and as soon as I drove out to the road the steering is then went to the left angle at 11 o'clock!! SO right away called them and complain. Went back for 3rd time!! This time I waited until the car is ready... As soon as its ready I just left and still noticing the steering wheel its still in an angle at 11 o'clock!! At this point I had enough and maybe I just go to deferent location, this was a very bad experience for me!! Never go back again and pls Don't go to this location!! You been warned!! The foreman that did the alignment don't know what he is doing. If I can give zero star I would!! I attached pictures for proof!!

Had a very pleasant experience every time I went in and seen the guys at Firestone, He actually aligned my car multiple times (not there fault) free of charge after the first time. Hats off to Carl, he took time to come out of the work shop and explained everything perfectly

Staff were great to work with! Had a check engine light come on with a blown head gasket. they worked with my warranty company. I got a new engine installed. they kept me informed what was going on and hit the date that they said it would be completed by. Great store!

I recently visited Firestone for the first time as a walk-in service for a full car inspection and scheduled maintenance on my 2014 Lexus IS 250. Ben and Carl were the staff members who attended me upon arriving and through phone call, they were really helpful and answered all my questions regarding my requested services. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle did a thorough inspection and identified an issue with the calipers, Ben promptly informed me about this issue by phone. I requested the same-day fix, and they efficiently addressed the problem. The staff s professionalism, clear communication, and timely resolution exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the dedication to quality service and will confidently return for future automotive needs.Highly recommended!

I was treated with kindness and respect. They listened to what I was telling them in reference to my vehicle. They inspected it right away. They physically showed me what was causing the issue. Told me what they recommended and gave me an estimate. The work was completed by the time quoted and the bill was a tad below the quote.

Super rude manager, super long wait , training new employee on your car, not completing a job promised, breaking inside parts of the car!! One time I went home after oil change to see oil all over my car and my driveway, went back next day .. they apologized that they forgot to put the lid on and all the oil went everywhere!!! Second time they broke the digital cover of my battery . Tried force to remove it rather then unscrew it!! They order and replace new part (not original) for no cost. So I gave them another chance and yesterday I was there for oil change but they damaged plastic part inside of my car and left loose screws just for cleaning the battery corrosion! Apparently it was hard for them to reach the battery !?! Also .. They said that tire air pressure was part of the service but it was never done. I had to turn around and drive back again for it .. 3 hours wait, lousy job, rude manager. If I can not trust them with a simple oil change , how to trust them with any other car repair !?!

I went for recommended services. To fix some car problems i was having. I went a total of twice to fix all the problems.book and paid for 2 appointments.So i added in a oil change . They forgot the oil change but claim they did it. When i ran out if oil doing food delivery. My car was smoking a bit from running out of oil.They never switched out the old sticker thats how i know it didn t get done. Now ask yourself how am i going to magically have the old sticker if i am trying to scam them for free oil change?!!!!!?????!!They forgot it so my car went awhile without oil change, i had to add oil from my trunk.Not having time. Busy life nobody wants to drop off they really car when they have work 5-6 days a week I don t have 2.So when I find made time to come in,,,,I talk with them and they seem skeptical that they forgot the oil change and im like im not making this up.Long story short they finally booked me in next morning for oil change.I get my car back then day by day .. IT SMELLS SOO TERRIBLE!!! They put old NASTY oil AFTER a old change either that or the wrong oil. Cause its seems like such bad oil in my car, it smells like its finna hot on fire!!It smells like a 90s hoopty-car or a go kart.MY kia optima NEVER STANK from the engine. Its is exhausting trying to go back and get my car right with them. I should ve NEVER got an oil change from them.a hassle when they forgot it then they play games and put some disgusting oil in there. Really stinks.I am waiting to get paid to get a oil change from somewhere else. I havevto drive on day by day it smells Worse. I checked it. Oil is there . Smells like theres NO oil.Idk whats wrong with this place they are fixing to break my engine.

Long story short. They forgot the oil change then when i went back for it. They gave me disgusting smelling oil for my car !?Makes no sense why my car smells soo bad i know they re going to cliam maybe your car is burning oil thats what they say regardless it should be New Oil. Hello oil change for new oil not the old sitting in bucket..After coming back again its hard to try to come back AGAIN to make things right AGAIN. Playing disrespectful games. I have to go somewhere else when i get paid.

I'm leaving this review in regards to Carl, he fixed a problem I've been chasing down for 2 years by simply taking the time out of his shift to talk to me for a few minutes and brainstorm for me. I wish all of the mechanics at this location/in vegas were as skilled as Carl!

Been taking our cars to Firestone on Rainbow Blvd (Arroyo location) and always been satified with the service. Everything is done smoothly and tires are checked so I dont have to worry about the cars.

I didn t like the attitude of the staff to responsibility to the client. I came to change the front tires. the workshop was busy. When asked how long I would need to wait, they told me 2-3 hours. I couldn't afford to waste so much time. That's why I decided to make an appointment. The next one was 3 days later. I arrived 3 days later at the previously booked time and have already been waiting for 2.5 hours at the moment. I use the car for work so I'll wait for a replacement. I put 3 stars for not being able to manage the amount of work that you take on. as the reason for the delay is explained to me by the fact that I have few working personnel at the moment . but after all, for this, an apoitment is made so that both the client and the worker are repelled from the time spent on work. changing tires with early booking time takes 3 hours ? seriously ?. Not good for your business work like that!

Well, I had a screw in my new tire. Tire had a very small leak. Brought it in to be patched, and the tires rotated. After the patch, I drove maybe 2 miles to my house and parked it overnight. The next morning, it was flat, and the tire censors were never recalibrated. So my front tire was flat, "the one patched," and my car said it was my back tire because they didn't calibrate it. So I called and brought it back in to be fixed. I've been here 2 hours now waiting. The car is still in the parking lot. Terrible service. They messed it up, but here I am. Don't recommend it. Update: Here, 3 hours now, and I've seen 2 people walk back in about services not being done or done inadequately. Update:2 It was about 3 1/2 hours, but they also didn't make me pay again, so that is a plus. Moved from 1 star to 2 stars.

Very good experience at this Firestone. I had to have all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle. Unfortunaltey I got a nail in one the week after. They repaired it no questions asked (I got the warranty on the tires). The week after that the repair got a leak in it. The replaced the tire no questions asked. I of course had to wait due to not having an appointment. They were very professional and timely each time I went. I will be using them from now on. Thank you to the employees at this Firestone for making my experience awesome!

Made an online appointment for a next day service to replace my tires. There was an issue one of the tires, that ended being defective, but long story short, after three consecutive days stopping by the shop, they resolved the issue. Workers were cool to chat with.

Not very helpful. Needed a Coolant Flush + my AC wasn t working; they said the flush might fix the AC, but did no diagnostics and made no attempts to recommend any possible fixes. Just called right before they closed to tell me to pick up

Needed a set of tires on short notice for my wife's car so we could start a road trip that day. They had a good selection in stock and were able to get the vehicle turned around in under 2 hours. If you get the house brands the prices are great too.

Kid friendly!! I was so thankful when I went in to see they had a kids area since I forgot toys, the people were nice and made the ori idea quick, easy, and smooth! Even though they didn't say anything I saw them fill my windshield fluid for free!

I went in as a walk in for alignment @ 2:40 pm aprox. on Monday 2/27/2023 and the guy at the desk asked me to either leave my 392 daytona charger overnight (lol) or to schedule an appointment and the soonest he has available is until Friday, i gladly declined his offer and took my business elsewhere which by the way i tried to book online later that day for this exact location and the appointments were as early as Tuesday. SMH take your business elsewhere were you will be treated with integrity and value there's plenty other locations with outstanding customer service - JaniceService: Wheel alignment

I went in on a Saturday because after shopping one of my tires looked low to me. The guy who helped me was very nice, said there wasn't an issue but added air to each tire and didn't charge me anything for his time and effort.
