Ever since I moved here in 2013, this location has been absolutely the best in servicing my cars, from my Expedition to my Mitsubishi, my Hyundai to my Honda, every person I dealt with has been great to keep my cars running smooth from checking air pressure in my tires and oil changes to new tires. I really appreciate their customer service. Like a small town, they are part of the neighborhood family. I think of them first before anyone else! Thank you to all that help me out!

Really incredible experience. Keith was the one I spoke with most and was so helpful, but the whole staff truly knows what they re doing and man oh man are they fast! Quality work as well. Definitely going back for whatever my car needs and just grateful I found them.

Amazing service!!! By the far the best and most efficient experience! I dropped my car off at 3pm to get new tires, immediately welcomed by the staff when I walked inside and dropped off my keys in moments. Had some time to kill so I grab a quick bite and ice cream across and was able to pick up my car by 4:45pm. I m so amazed how fast they worked and mind you, the entire place was busy with cars! This is what I love, effective time management and professionalism all around especially with customer service! Thank you to the team!

We happened to be able to get 2 cars in on a walk in both for alignments. The advisor that scheduled us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick and the advisor again upon pick up was helpful with explaining the diagnostics of the service and what was adjusted. I am overall very pleased with my experience and would recommend this location to others.

Called the location on Durango and got a next day appointment. Very nice and professional experience over the phone and in person. Told me of other issues going on with my car and gave me a very good referral since they didn't deal with problem with my BMW. My ex-husband referred them to me as he too had a very positive experience with his car repair at this location. Price for service was very reasonable.

I've been going to this location for quite some years now. I've gotten to know the Manager, service writers as well as some of the techs. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable coming into this location. Sometimes the wait can be more time than I've expected. But I'm still happy with the work being done and the people at Durango Firestone!

Worst place I ve ever taken my car. I wasn t going to write a review but I just found another problem in my car because of this place.The only thing good I encountered about this place was the customer service. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation. I sat there and waited because I was told it would only take 1hr. It took them three hours to finish it because they didn t have my oil. Nobody communicated with me about the delay!Then now, we found small oil leak in my car, took it to an auto repair and found out that it s just because of the oil filter. I ll never recommend this place

I don't usually use chain/corporate service companies but this Firestone location is literally within walking distance of my home and they always have a full parking lot. I needed an oil change and some other minor things done to my Cruze and will not go back to the dealer again. Really poor service all around and they damaged my car during service and didn't own it so I had to pay for repairs. From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect and not patronized by Jarrod. I brought my car in on 1/18/24 and Mel took care of my car and me. What really sold it for me was when a lady about 80 yrs old came in to pick up her car and the way they treated her was amazing. They showed her total respect and I knew I could trust them. I will be using this Firestone location for all of my car needs when ever possible.

Shout out to Keith for insuring my car was well taken care of! Friendly employees and a comfortable clean waiting area. Keith also took the time to show me my front brake pads were wearing out and gave me a quote for new brakes without hard selling me.

I came into Firestone seeking help with two separate issues with my Jeep. Although they weren't able to help directly with one issue, I received guidance on what to do next. For my check engine light, they fixed it right up without the more extensive diagnosis/work I thought I needed. I left happy and relieved - that doesn't happen very often in an auto shop! Portia's customer service was top-notch; I wouldn't hesitate to go back as this is my new go-to shop in the area.

This was the 3rd service center I d taken my vehicle to in the past month and they were the only ones to take me seriously with my concerns. I was told twice (once from Meineke and once from the Ford dealership) that the abnormally loud engine noise I was hearing was normal. Not only that, they wouldn t even check it out to consider an issue. With Firestone, they called me back to schedule immediately and I was able to take my vehicle in that day. The next day they had diagnosed the issue as a problem with the high pressure fuel pump. Unfortunately, my vehicle s power train warranty should cover that so they weren t able to service my car. I wish they could have had my business because they are the ones that deserved it and took me seriously. I will absolutely come back for further servicing to my vehicle at Firestone. Thank you for your professionalism and reliability. Those are hard to find these days!

UDED to be great place and HAD great employees. I was literally the first one there for an oil change, with an appointment for the first one of the day. Yet I waited over 3 hours while others who came in after me, who were dropping off there for cars for certain things left before me. Done with this place. Plus they never have enough mechanics apparently or so they are saying when you go in for service.

I really like the folks at this service center. Diego is an absolutely awesome alignment tech and Portia rocks it as a service advisor. Great people, great service, and great equipment make the decision to choose this facility a no-brainer.

Firestone has always been great for me. Great service & there is a Firestone right across the street from my apartment, so I can leave my car there for service & walk to my apartment, eventually walk back when it's done.

Been doing business with this outfit for years and recently went to another repair facility that uses my Firestone charge card and discovered an oil change is nearly $70 cheaper.Had an smog code issue with my vehicle and called this shop for a repair quote-never got one so I went to the other shop and got it done that day along with other things I wanted, no problem now. Will I go back to this Firestone shop-contemplating but I don't think so.

First off, the review I am giving is not because of the workers Mel and Portia who were amazing and the reason why I went back, it is solely bc of the manager Keith. He is the reason for the 1 star review and the reason for why I will not go back. I was dealing with Mel mostly and he was handling the issues and always gives amazing customer service, but Keith comes out never seen him before and started handling everything, but really didn t do anything but basically sorta argued with me about the situation and then made it seem like we weren t anything, seemed as if he was talking badly about me specifically bc of my choices for the situation and basically made me feel like I was an idiot because of what I said. I m sorry but who gives you the right to judge my decisions? But honestly if he specifically Keith the manager was not there I would most definitely go back bc Mel and Portia are amazing. Because of the choice for management I will not be going there again. So sad that it was a manager that ruined the awesome experience I had.

Went to another auto care shop and they tried to way over charge me and tell me things were wrong with my car that weren't. Then I called this shop and they helped me with my car that day. I highly recommend this shop

Full service auto shop. Brought my truck in this morning. They got me in right away on a tire rotation and fixed a leaking tire due to a nail.Very friendly staff. Clean environment. There s a waiting room with television. This is one of the better Firestone facilities I ve found in town so far.I would say even if your a little far away it s worth the ride. Call first.

Portia Kelker and Jarrod Sweeney were fantastic getting us in and fixed correctly and quickly. Luis did a good job on our tire. Great customer support. Firestone Complete Care will have all of our business from here on out. VERY IMPRESSED.

I had a huge screw in my tire, which ended up also having nails in both tires. Portia is EVERYTHING. She helped me get store credit and was so kind in the process. Her energy and willingness to fix all problems is unmatched. Thank you Portia.. nothing but pure blessings to you!

This is a great location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a problem with my tires or my car in general, this is where I go. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

The staff is really cool. The prices are out of control and the wait times too. I'd suggest finding somewhere else to go if you need reasonable pricing on routine and complex auto care. The oil change is $90 for my small car. We got a quote for a thermostat replacement, it's over $700. I can buy the $45 dollar part and replace that in a hour or two, which we are now doing! For a boot replacement on one side of the axle they quoted $1200. It just seemed way off to me coming from a family of mechanics. But the employees are always nice and explain everything, Firestone is just extremely expensive.
