I don't know what we did to these people. We trusted their expertise and they ended up burning us every time. The last time we wanted to give them business so they were up there trying to sell tires to us. We promised to buy the tires on June 8, 2023 because the sales lady said she would give us a great discount on an $1,100 set of tires. She said with the sale and the discount, we should walk out paying around $700. She also upsold us on Firestone credit which we got approvedWe're in the store bright and early at 7:30am to get the new tires on June 8th as promised. We asked could we use our credit card to to buy the tires, she said yes. She charges us the full price of the tires, even though she said they were on sale. We brought that to her attention and she reduced the tires to $900. We reminded her that she said $700 and she denied saying that. We wanted to preserve the relationship so we didn't make a big deal out of it and agreed to the sale anyway.We went to work and when we went to pick up the car at 4:30 on that day, the sales lady said she couldn't put the tires on because there were a couple bolts that were bad so she ordered new bolts and were unable to put the old tires on as well because the bolts were too bad, so they installed the new bolts, basically trying to force us to pay for the bolts.We asked how much were the couple of bolts. She told us actually there were 16 that were bad. We asked how much. She said $200. The same difference between the sale of the tires. Interesting.We told her that she didn't ask for permission to put those bolts on before they did it and we had the car in a couple of weeks ago for them to fix a flat on one of the tires and they rotated the tires with no problem, so how are the bolts bad now, in 2 weeks time?We told her that they did service without our consent, knowledge or permission and that wasn't right. They ended up not charging us for the bolts but it definitely left a very bad taste in our mouths.It's about 7pm around now and we're just tired and we want to go home.We wake up in the morning to go to work and check out the tires. We're shocked because those tires look NOTHING like the showroom tires that she showed us and they looked about 10 years old, all worn and rotted. We were in shock.We call them some time during that week and all the manager said was that all new tires looked like that and it just needed a little shine spray. We did mention that we've bought new tires before on multiple occasions but they never needed shine spray. He shined the tires and wasn't open to anything else, so, we left and proceeded to seek out professionals to tell us what was going on with those "new" tires and why they looked so old and so different from the showroom.We found out about the manufacturing date. Ours was manufactured on the third week in 2022. Basically, Firestone sold me 18 month old tires. We asked about all that "rust" stuff on there and got all kinds of different answers, like the way they were stored to possibly being retread tires. One professional even said it looked like a Firestone employee changed out their tires for mine. He said it is known to happen because most customers never find out.Either way, almost 2 year old tires are NOT new and we should have been told how old they were so we could make an informed decision on if we wanted to purchase those tires that were that old. We called the manager at that store and all she told us was Firestone could sell any tire as new as long as they weren't more than 5 years old.We called corporate and the district manager made it right. We asked that another location install the tires because we no longer could trust the Maryland Pkwy location. He got us new sets of tires that we're happy with and we appreciate his professionalism and promptness.

We re in town because my brother is in the hospital & unfortunately started having some car troubles. I called Firestone and spoke with Jeff. He listened to my concerns and really understood the sense of urgency we needed. He went above and beyond our expectations even offered a ride to the hospital while we were waiting for our car to be ready and then came to pick us back up as well!! He is truly a stand-up guy!The work was speedy & efficient! We can not be more thankful for Jeff and his team!Thanks y all!

LANAE LANAE LANAE!! I came out to Las Vegas for Vacation and ended up running into some car trouble. She eased my frustration so much her customer service skills are impeccable! The guys in the back were also friendly. But she is the perfect introduction when walking in the establishment. If any owners or managers are reading this review that young lady deserves a raise, bonus or something!

Jim the service manager gave me the worst customer service of my life so far. My father was a general manager for Firestone for an over 40 years so I know you're the business is supposed to run and most importantly how customers are to be treated and respected. I asked Jim more than three times to please have the store manager call me and Mr. Jeff Bailey from Maryland Parkway and Boulevard Mall area in Las Vegas, NV still hasn't since Saturday morning morning. I set up an appointment for Friday at 230pm. My truck was stolen and I wanted a basic oil change and complete and thorough check up on my whole truck. John Paul set me up and told that they would do a free alignment check as well. I dropped off my truck and asked Jim what time they closed and he said 6pm. I said ok thank you. Jim said he would call me when it was ready and I never got a call back, they never told me what was wrong with my truck, just gave me my report and couldn't answer my questions. I need a call back ASAP!

This place is not friendly.I do not recommend this place.I made a reservation to get my engine oil changed, but even after I showed them confirmation, they said they didn't have a reservation.They eventually did the work, but it was completed 5 hours after the scheduled time.And I had the engine oil changed, but the car's warning light did not go off.I went again, Eventually the warning light went out, but I don't feel good.

They did a brake inspection and said it was fine, the pads were getting thin. Return twice and they continue to reassure. Then I checked the brake fluid myself, and it had almost no fluid in it. I filled it up and then noticed that it was all leaking out the left rear cylinder. Took it somewhere else, and the cylinder was blown. They did not do an inspection as they said. Couldn t have.

Gotta give Jeff Bailey a huge shout out. We are in Vegas because my son is very ill and has been in Sunrise Hospital for several weeks. Our car started acting up, not starting etc. We called the Firestone on Maryland Pkwy and Jeff got us in the shop right away and got it taken care of. He went way up above and beyond by taking us to the hospital while the car was being repaired and came to get us when the car was ready. Awesome man.

They kept giving me time quotes and wouldn't follow up. I told them that it was the alternator but they did other work instead. When I did get it back, the car vibrated so much that I couldn't drive it. The battery was not locked in. The mechanic told me I needed to replace the motor mounts, but I said maybe start with the alternator that they just replaced. They hadn't re-calibrated the car after the install so it wasn't giving power to the system. It was obvious no one drove it after it was "fixed". Took another 2 hours to get that fixed. The prices are also ridiculous.

Customer service isn't an issue at all but after 3 chances I will no longer be going to this location anymore. Sitting for 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Especially when it was a scheduled appointment. I have been in this situation 3 separate times now where I show up for an app and it take 3 hours or more when I'm told it will take an hour to hour and a half. Today I sat for 2 hours and my car was parked the entire time not touched. I ended up leaving without getting any work done. I get things happen and I know today they had some injuries but 3 separate times? It's always something and people shouldn't be wasting their entire day for a 20 minute service. I wish the workers the best of luck and hopefully they get some help but if you're in a rush or want your car done in a decent time, I would go to another location.

I went in for brake pads, I normally would do them myself I'm a part time mechanic, just was away and didn't have my tools. Not only did they try to force me to buy rotors but wouldn't let me bring the part that I bought from AutoZone.They tried to charge me an outrageous price then add other stuff I know I didn't need. So I went somewhere else and got the pads put on for less then half what Firestone tried to charge me.

Today I had an appointment for an oil change booked at 4pm .I arrived at 3:50 pm and was told someone had been accepted in place of my appointment and it would take at least 1.5 hours to do my oil change. When I agreed to the timeframe of my oil change I was then told I would have to leave my vehicle overnight, which I was unable to do because I have to go to work in the morning this is not the first time this happened at this location and I just don t understand being proactive in scheduling an appointment just to be turned away . I used PTO today and don t have anymore. I m unsure when I will have time for an oil change since i work 2 jobs and work 7 days a week I like the quality of work they do but this was a horrible experience for me.

Bo was awesome. He took his time to explain things. Helped me get all 4 new tires for my company vehicle. As a woman walking into a shop it can be intimidating. He made me feel welcomed and I knew I was in good hands.

On 1/25/24 I went in for a routine Physical Inspection, my car was leaking fuel, the first person I spoke with told me the physical inspection would be $10. I agreed to the $10 when he was having issues with the computer he called someone else over. The next guy came over asked what was happening I told him I think someone cut my fuel line or punctured my gas tank. He said the will wait for their diagnostic tech to get back and have him check it out. I left and came back after they called me to tell me it was finished. I came in to pay and a lady told me it's was $120 I asked for what! And she said they ran a FULL DIAGNOSTIC! I explained to them not everyone is a mechanic that's why we bring our cars to mechanics. I didn't realize when they said "we will wait for our diagnostic tech to come check it out" I told them what I wanted them to look at cuz I don't have a lift. They took advantage of me. They lied to me and than after all that said "due to all the codes your vehicle is throwing we cannot work on it" I just wanted them to tell me where the leak is coming from so I can have it fixed. I bought a ramp for $55 and got under my car and found exactly what the issues was. Someone cut the fuel line. It was a simple $15 fix. Almost $200 just for a simple $15 fix

I LOVE TAKING MY TRUCK TO FIRESTONE, THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY I KNOW ALL THE CLERKS AND MECHANICS, THEY TAKE CARE OF MY TRUCK AS IF THEY OWN IT AND IF THEY SEE SOMETHING WRONG OR POINT IT OUT TO ME , I USUALLY TELL THEM TO CORRECT IT WHILE ITS THERE AND I AM ALWAYS TELLING THEM TO DO MORE THEN WHAT IS SCHEDULED TO DO AND I DO NOT MIND WAITING FOR MY TRUCK, BECAUSE ITS DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, EVERYTIME, PLUS THEY ARE VERY HAPPY TO SEE ME WHEN I WALK IN THE DOORS, ITS LIKE GOING HOME, I LOVE FIRESTONE

This just happened today!! I made an appointment yesterday and they gave me today 11/16/23 at 10am, we arrived at firestone at 9:20sh, jim (james on his uniform) asked for the keys, checked for mileage and he told us that he will call us if its done, 2hours later, no call from firestone yet so we decided to go back to check the car if its done, but NO! Our car was still park where i parked infront of firestone! They guy took out car for oil change at 11:30am, i even told jim to fix the front and he said yes, 4 1/2 hours later u was in line waiting for these two guys working on the computer and the other on videocall with someone. These two guys doesnt know what are they doing, the big guy is on videocall asking what is he going to do and facing the the phone on the computer, this guy named jim oh my god! It took him 30mins just to take payment and theres 3 more costumers in line waiting!! including me thats been waiting for 4 1/2 hours!!! Is this really the time to wait for oil change??!!! And regarding the front of my car they never fix it!!! Jim said they will do it and even the guy who will do the oil change said he will do it but NO! They didnt do it!!!! i will never take my car here anymore!!!! Although ive been taking my car/cars for oil change, change tires etc for years, i will never ever go back to firestone!!! Ah oh! Hire someone who is more knowledgeable to take care of the costumer and more knowledgeable on the computer.. its my first time to wait 4 1/2 hours for oil change only!! Firestone on Maryland Las Vegas NV, is horrible place for oil change!!

I'm very disappointed with the service went in for oil change and now having serious issues with vehicle.. tried to address issues to workers problems were not resolved.Our ministry depends on our vehicle to feed homeless for a price they would help.We won't return.very unhappy customer

I had the first appointment at 7:00 am to get an oil change and a nail in my tire fixed. It took 7 hours after 6 hours of waiting I called and was notified that my vehicle was just about ready I didn t get a call to pick up my vehicle for another hour and 13 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle the battery was dead and my car wouldn t start.

I had my car towed there it needed a new wiring harness he quoted me 500.00 $ just for the part not including labor saying it was a dealer part only. I said no ill price it elsewhere. It then took him 3 hours to find my keys. Out of curiosity I went to Parts Plus they had the same harness. It was ;only 50.00 $ that's a 1000% markup do not go to Firestone unless you like wasting money and getting took for a ride just to fix your own.

Jeff, Lanae, Gary, and the whole team were outstanding! What could have been a really difficult situation was made so much better by how quick, honest, and communicative this team was. I have been coming to this Firestone for 2 years and every time they work on my car I m reminded how lucky I am to have them to bring my car too. I am absolutely livid. I had my significant other take my vehicle so I could isolate at home. No masks even when driving my vehicle into the bay. Competely unacceptable.The driver was wearing a mask at the register and explicitly took it off to drive.Edit: I have called to notify the manager to have the practices brought to their attention. They told me their policy corporate-wide is to not wear masks in the shop area. He said he would have a safety meeting with his team about it this afternoon, but I guess we'll find out and see what happens.The work done was a tire alignment. I'll update my feelings on the work as we week goes on, but as it stands I do not recommend Firestone if Covid, or other illnesses are if risk.
