I recently had a pleasant experience at Firestone. I needed to get my oil changed, and I was able to easily drop off my vehicle and have it taken care of. The staff was friendly and informative, letting me know the price and how long the service would take. The only small downside was that the lobby could use a good cleaning, but that didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I appreciated being able to get in and out with relative ease.

Quick in and out for oil change. Good price. Friendly service. Mentioned I needed to make an appointment for an alignment, they got the alignment and oil change done in less than 40 minutes.

I had some work done at PepBoys and was not pleased. And I declined 3 items from them to fix because it was $800 and not sure if it was needed. So I had your guys check the items that I declined and they stated that I didn't need the work done. Your guys are great. In one day with you it cost me $1300 but I had no choice. Oil change

I went in because my engine light was on I just wanted to get it scanned, Vincent was so nice, he explained the code, and offered me to get the Diagnostic engine analysis for $120.62 that's just to analysis it, it doesn't go towards repairs, I live on $100.00 a month after I pay my rent etc, Vincent was so nice, Great Customer Service!!!

This place definitely charges more than grease monkey shops but if need something done right, enjoy a warranty or don't have cash on hand (6 months no interest on jobs over $200 with their credit card) they're great. Honest and latest alignment machines and stuff. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for. But ughh still hurts the wallet

They chipped and cracked the clearcoat and paint right off my new wheels when mounting and balancing the tires. Never informed me of any damage prior to performing the work and told me I had peeling of my clear cloat which i knew i had minor cosmetic defaults near the center cap from Automall damaging them. They took 2 hours to do this claiming they use a machine that takes 25 minutes per tire to mount and balance and that they do not touch it in the process. In that case how does the wheel get taken off and put back on my car? They chipped the clearcoat and paint right off in chunks around my lugnuts. All but one wheel was damaged. I was late for work due to them taking so long so I did not inspect the wheels until after work and took it right back to them the very next morning. The manager refused to take responsibility. I have before and after pictures. I will be reversing the transaction and reporting to the BBB.Update: They aren't even listed in the BBB to file a complaint. Should have figured....

Great service staff! They got me in that day to check my brakes and had it done in about a hour, just in time for me to get on the road to head out of town for work. Told me anything else they think I might need in the future but told me I could wait since nothing was detrimental. Will definitely go back again.

Got my car serviced here awhile ago and I was pretty pleased with the service. They took really good care of me. Had a lot to get fixed but they did it in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and I felt like I wasn't being steered to buy and pay for more stuff. I have a trust issue with car mechanics as a female but they made me feel like I could trust them.

Had Appointment for service at 9am Today for an alignment and Lube on my 2007 Ford Taurus. Ford Taurus's can be hard to Align. Talked with Darius at 9am and told him what was going on with my Alignment. Car was pulling to the right, steering wheel not centered and making some strange noise on right front end. They took the car back for the alignment and to check it out. In less than an hour the suspension alignment specialist Oscar came in and told me I was ready to go and everything was perfect now. Oscar said one of the sway bar ends was a little loose and he tightened it up and said that's what was causing the noise. No charge. The car now drives like new and very quiet. This was my first time using Firestone on Flamingo but for sure wont be the last. From the way they treated me from the very polite first visit when I walked in the door to the very fast complete service about an hour total I was super happy. Plus one of the best deals on Alignment in Vegas $119.52 Including Tax. Thanks Darius and Oscar for making my day. Until next time.

I had a hard time finding appointments at the dealership, and also had a rough time scheduling appointments at other locations (only to be told that the appt wasn t in the system or no availabilities even though the phone line said there was.)But then I came here and it was like night and day. They were able to accommodate me even with the scheduling mess at that point, and they were upfront about how long things could take. They were able to get my AC problems diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. I was so impressed I booked a return to get my oil change. I totally got times mixed up and came late for the oil change, and they STILL accommodated me. I m very grateful for this shop and their wonderful associates for helping me out. Excellent service.

Went to have a headlight repaired and a tune up performed. 4 days later I am waiting for a tow truck after a 12h shift, because the engine fuel system is malfunctioning. During the maintenance, they had issues and took 4 different people to identify the issue (they claimed it was a faulty spark plug).The wheel well to access the headlight was never replaced properly or clipped down on the drivers side. Will attempt to take it in tomorrow to have them fix whatever they broke.Edit: they repaired the problem causing the car to have problems, stated faulty spark plug. Today I noticed this on the passenger side of my car where the headlight would accessed. Whole thing is destroyed.

Made an appointment for 9 am and wad told it would only take 1 hr for safety check. When I arrived I was told that it had been set up as a drop off which had never been discussed or agreed too. I am preparing for a trip and time was off the essence. I thought the purpose of an appointment wa that you had an agreed to time for the service. I had to reschedule for tomorrow at 9am so I hope this time it is honored

This is the worst Firestone I have ever been to. Anyone looking to get good service go somewhere else. I would rate my experience 0. I brought my Nissan in for a diagnostic check and left with a broken key FOB. After coming in 4 times the problem was never rectified and I wasn t refunded. I have reported my concerns with corporate. Worse Firestone in Las VegasService: Auto engine diagnostic

I had an appointment at 2:00. They were very busy and said it would be a couple hours. They closed at 5:00. I never heard anything so I went back around 4:30. My car hadn't moved. I was prepared to go all Karen on them. HOWEVER, the guys were great!! They apologized and took my car back right away. All 4 guys did the inspection to make sure nothing was missed. Even though they closed at 5:00, they still got through the inspection and put on 2 new tires. They really took care of me. I am very grateful. I can't give 5 stars at this time. But I WILL continue bringing my car back to this location when things need done on it. They made up for their mistake.

Came to Vegas for the weekend in our year old Suburban. As we were leaving we ended up with a busted radiator. The employees were beyond helpful and understanding in regards to our needing to be in and out quickly! They got it done quickly especially being the weekend! If I ever have any issues while out here again, this is where I'll be going! They were all extremely helpful! Great customer service!

I would put 5 stars but I m not 100 % happy, overall really good customer service. Cathy is great and save me some money when I had to pay the diagnostic . Vincent took my appointment and Andrew called me and explain what my car need it. However when I took my car the battery was dead. Which I did not have issues before but since I can put a hand on the fire assuring if was because of them, I wasn t happy and I was frustrated, Andrew talked to me and gave me the explanation and some hints too. I just don t feel paying 1053$ for a battery replacement, 2 tires and an exchange of window regulator.

I would probably rate them ZERO!!! I had an appointment at 1:00. They said it would be a couple hours. I never heard anything so I went back around 4:00. Been waiting at the restaurant next door for four hours. When i came back. My car hadn't moved. If i did come back they don't even touch the car.Not a good service at all. Not coming back on this location.

These people will charge you an arm and a leg for basic suspension service. I used to go to other locations without many issues, but coming here was a completely different experience. Don t let them touch your vehicle, you re better off elsewhere.

Great service. They looked at my truck overnight for $100 to check a sensor but forgot to change the tire or diagnose the check engine light as I asked them to. They did check it as they called me the next day. After diagnosis and estimate for repairs.

Just got an oil change and paid more for synthetic oil change than I have anywhere else. When I dropped off the Van my windshield wiper fluid light had came on I double checked it and it was almost empty.. This is one thing they include in their full service. They did not check this. Makes me wonder what else they didn't check. It's service like this that makes you question, did I really get a new oil filter?

More on Firestone's website than on the shop.Made an appointment for 5pm, never got a heads up it didn't get approved. Made it here, shop was short on personnel.Last time I was here I ended up buying two tires + my oil change. Now it's time to look for a new shop.

I was here this past Saturday because I had a problem with my back passenger tire well the service guy he 1st listed to what I that was wrong he did all plus more. Excellent job this Firestone store. 2nd time I'd recommend these guys and store to anyone in the future I as well

I walked into Firestone and i could tell Michael was very nice and informative. My tire tread was coming off and he said it was a good thing I came in when I did. I will be going back to that store all the employees seemed very nice. In this Valley of so many tire and maintenance places its really hard to find a good reputable one that is truthful! Thank you!!
