I brought my vehicle in for an alignment check for a slight pull. When they were finished, they showed me a report with all green and said I was good to go. Driving home, there was a worse pull than when I brought it in. I called and they were nice about getting me in the next morning to fix it. That day, they then said it would cost $399 to fix a big problem with Cam-something. When I questioned why this was happening when there was no issue yesterday. They quickly said they made a mistake, "fixed" my vehicle and gave it back to me. It was exactly the same as when I brought it in that day.They showed me the before and after reports for both days. Lot's of red before I brought it in and all green when I left the first day. The second day, lot's of red before and still red after. I'm sure you can understand the problem. At the end of the day, 3.5 hours to get my vehicle back in worse condition.Do not have work done here.

I always appreciate the staff at this location and the service they provide. Since moving to Las Vegas 4 years ago, this is the only place I have taken my car for service. They are honest and helpful and always do a great job. Even when one of my services took a little longer than expected (I needed to have my clutch replaced) they were very communicative and even provided me a discount (on an already lower price than 3 other mechanics in the area). I have recommended them to others and have received positive comments back about the service provided. You will not be disappointed, so give them try.

Had a 9am appointment called at 1pm was told it would be ready at 2:30. I walked 2 miles to pick up my truck to find it sitting exactly where I left it. After expressing my frustration they put it on the rack where it sat for 30 mins. Still nothing being done. Finally they started and let me know it would be completed at 6. Well now I ve been waiting at the location since 2:30 and I m not happy. I went to eat dinner came back about 5:45 still not close to being done. Had to wait another 30 and finally it was finished. All of this to replace my rear brakes. What good is an appointment?? Obviously they are meaningless. Is this what I can expect if I should ever bring my truck for other repairs???

Making an appointment here is, useless. Fine if you have time to kill, but I made a appointment to avoid my vehicle sitting there all day waiting for a new tire. I still waited and waited. Don't even get me started on trying to get an alignment here, I see in the reviews I'm not the only one. I will be looking for another tire shop to service my vehicle after today.

Took my car in for an alignment. The mechanic made the camber alignment worse then when the car came in. It was unbelievable that they said my camber could not be adjusted. I have aftermarket camber bolts installed for this exact reason. This car has been aligned twice in the last 6 months after suspension modifications. Waste of 1.5 hrs and $125. I will never be back.

I had my flat tire serviced and fixed without an appointment. Waited at convenient coffee shop next door for them to fix it. They were friendly very helpful. I ll be coming here for future service.

Had an 8am appointment, finally got my keys back630-7pm. Took 10+ hours to install 4 tires, forgot to put on ALL four tire step caps, as well as not filling a single tire to the correct pressure clearly displayed on the tire. Called after 8 hours asking for a time quote, was told 45 min, waited 2 hours after arriving with my vehicle still on a lift and not a single tire on. Will have better luck learning to replace tires yourself!

Used to really trust this place for years and now I will never go back. What they did to me was unethical and straight up robbery. I had a transmission line bust on my truck and it pumped all my transmission fluid out luckily I was home and no damage was done, so I had it towed to Firestone. The next day they call and confirmed it was a blown line so I figured well its an old truck so I told them to replace all the transmission lines and refill the transmission with Vavoline Maxlife ATF. They called at the end of the day and said it was ready so I go pick it up, I noticed its still dripping in their parking lot and I was told they were going to clean underneath the truck and I didn't expect a whole lot with that so I just took it to the car wash and sprayed it off underneath, drove home and looked underneath and its still dripping in my driveway. So I get under and pull off the skid plate to inspect their work expecting to see new transmission lines. Ohh no I find what they did was cut two 1 ft fuel line hoses and used 2 cent hose clamps and I could just pull them right off and they were loose and it was still leaking and about to fall off which would have caused me to loose all my fluid and possibly destroy my $5000 transmission. I asked to have all my transmission lines replaced and was quoted $500+ thinking it was going to be stock OEM replacement lines I agreed. I was charged $300 to fill my transmission back up. I asked for Vavoline MaxLife and they put in whatever they wanted. Then $190 labor to put on two 1 ft fuel line hoses. Find me an engineer that says thats okay. I had to take off another day of work to take it back up there again. Yes I was upset and I let it show but the manager that day named Patrick got into a yelling match with me trying to defend that shady work him asking if I did this as a profession and that he had more experience than me and I didn't know what I was talking about. Yes I was upset but that doesn't mean he can start yelling at me in the parking lot. And yes I am a seasoned mechanic but dont always have the time or the resources for OEM work. Had to pay for an uber home $20. Got the truck back that evening and still have fuel lines on my transmission and new 2 cent hose clamps digging into the lines. Im out $512 on a shady job they did. If I wanted it Jerry rigged for a temporary fix I could have done it myself and I would have at least used the correct type of hose. I was expecting all new OEM lines. I feel cheated and I'm more mad at myself for not just fixing it myself rather than trusting these guys to do it right so I have confidence in anotherline not busting or deteriorating into my transmission causing catastrophic failure of a $5000 transmission. I will never use Firestone complete autocare ever again no matter what store or city. This really upset me. I can just imagine what they do to innocent women that know nothing about cars. To top it off they overfilled my transmission by 3 quarts and ruined my floor mat with oil stains. Awful.

Great customer service to include explaining the issues, prices, and timeline for getting things fixed. The only thing that was really challenging about this was that for some reason I still can t link my CFNA Firestone credit card to my online account. Also, I m irritated that though the work was done, it still is not showing up on my fire stone Online account. It s useful to have that information for obvious reasons, but it s not showing up.

Me and my mother came into the shop and needed an alignment for her Lexus ES 350. The appointment was at 10am. They said it would take 1.5 hours to be done. They would call when done. We went to the Dunkin Donuts near by and waited for a call. After a while, it was 12:45pm we went and checked on the status and they said the vehicle was done at 11am. Nobody called to tell us the vehicle was done and was rude about it when we discussed that we never got a call. Then to top it off, our tire was destroyed from the bad alignment. Nobody told us the tire was not drivable and very dangerous. Firestone sells tires!!! Why would you not sell me a tire lol. We had to buy tire s somewhere else cause they never told us or tried to sell us a tire. Omg!! Below is a picture of my tire and how they let us leave the store.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Terrible experience! Worst customer service I have ever received. I came in for a standard oil change around 7-8am. It usually cost about $30 for a standard change. The guy tried to charge me $70 which was way more than expected! I asked why the standard price was $70 and he had the nerve to tell me that my car doesn t take standard oil when I ve been getting standard oil since I ve had the car. I think the guy was trying to cheat me out my money because I was young. But I m not stupid. My family member called corporate because this guy was arguing with us about the price, and while we were on the phone, he yells at us to never come back again. That was extremely unprofessional and it was his fault for trying to cheat customers. They need to hire someone who knows how to do their job well.

Such a waste of my time during my lifetime alignment appointment this lasted Monday. During check in, I asked Julian, my advisor, for the before and after sheet for the alignment. He states they always give the printout to the customers. After waiting an hour and 15 mins before the car got pulled in, I sat outside the alignment rack bay to watch the car being worked on, with my 3 yr old son. I saw the technician set up the machine but not once take out any tools to make any adjustments. I figured it was straight and didn t need any adjustments. When Julian gave me my keys and printout, he said the technician forgot to print the before measurements. This was odd because as a seasoned mechanic and service advisor myself, I knew how those alignment machines work. You would have to purposely print out only the after measurements. The specs were straight as an arrow. I asked Julian to ask the technician if the car came in that straight and didn t need any adjustments. When he came back from the shop with that answer, it was the wrong answer! He told me that the technician said the front toe was out and he corrected it. Again, I know how that machine works and know that it can be manipulated to show what you want it to show. I confronted him about his dishonesty and gave him a chance to correct it. This whole conversation happened in front of the shop manager, Henry Perez, who couldn t care less to step in to resolve the issue. I asked Henry if he was the manager and explained to him what happened and asked for his guys to just be honest. Again, could ve give a damn, even when I said I would go to corporate. After that, I just got my keys back and left. 2 hrs wasted. Well, after this review gets posted on here and Yelp, I ll make a call to their corporate office. Customers, be careful of this place. It s not what it use to be.

Great place for an honest opinion on vehicle maintenance. Henry was great to work with and all the other staff I worked with were very helpful and willing to explain what I needed now vs what could wait til next maintenance appt.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning and took an Uber to work. I finally got the tire pumped back up when I got home. I called this place a little after 5:30. I spoke with Oscar, super nice, helpful and professional who checked to see if they had my tire size available, which they did. He told me to come down and I was in and out shortly after 6:15! He could have just said no and come back tomorrow because they were closing in like 15-20 min. I really appreciated this so much! We've always had good service here and they always let us know before they undertake any other maintenance that the car does need before just doing it and charging us for it, they explain what the car's needs are and the costs ahead of time so we can properly schedule out the maintenance as our finance needs require, always friendly

In town visiting family and brakes went out. Brake fluid drained, but not on the ground. Limped it over to their shop. Had to stop by the next day and explain how to diagnose the problem. Okayed the changing of pads and a caliper just so they'd get something done. Picked it up 4 days later and was charged $2000+ for a novice mechanic to do poorly done work, charged for 2 new rotors as well that I didn't agree to and it was a death trap that I limped to another shop. That next shop immediately, before taking wheels off, found a problem with a caliper and rotor that Firestone never saw or fixed. Then found pads to be put on incorrectly. Corporate was no help, simply referred it to the shop for a "refund" based on the other shop's work. I was sent on the road and could have easily been in an accident if I had trusted them. This is my third time servicing my vehicle here. I booked an appointment online for an oil change like I normally do. It was about an hour wait which isn't bad considering they are a busy shop and offer other services besides oil changes. There are stores and fast food places nearby if you don't want to wait in their waiting area that has a tv. I never have a problem here. The staff are welcoming as well.

I do not recommend. This place is your typical sloppy rude garage. I regrettably purchased their lifetime alignment plan and every year I go in for maintenance alignment they give me a hard time and ask condescending questions as if the typical customer knows the technical details that a certified mechanic knows. They're also sloppy bc they left an oily receipt on my leather seat that stained the leather. This is the second bad experience from this shop as the first one they forgot to replace the brake fluid cap and nearly got lost. This is the problem with chain auto shops is there is no personal pride in customer relations or quality of work.

Every experience with this place has been good. I bought a lifetime tire alignment and have had one alignment so far extra which paid forself. This place does not tow or have any towing tools, so don't expect that. The employees have always been polite and helpful.

I had 4 brand new tires and brand new wheels taken here to be mounted and balanced. It took a WEEK to get this job done. Then the balance job was done by someone who clearly doesn't understand how balancing works. When I told the manager he basically told me this is how it's done. I was a tire installer/mechanic for a shop for over 8 years. I know very well this is completely WRONG and not the way it should be. I called corporate since the manager was zero help. After 4 tries I gave up. Don't trust this place w your car!!

If the was a ZERO that s what they deserve. Daughter took her car in because the lights were on, the lady there said she only needed a tune up and with the new spark plugs the situation would be fixed. 350.00 later and the car is NOT FIXED. All lights are on and they take no responsibility for just doing what they felt was wrong and charging the money. Can is completely broken down now. 0 stars. I used to recieve great service here but last few times service has been horrible. I brought my car in multiple times for stalling/misfiring issues and car smelling strongly like gasoline. After numerous trips and them having my car for over 2 weeks combined (and thousands of dollars spent) my car still has all the same issues and check engine light is still on. They are telling me now it's something completely different (they don't know what though cause they won't even look at it, but they know it's not anything they've already supposedly done or overcharged me for?) I would not recommend this business to anyone as they have horrible customer service and are a complete waste of your time and money. They will have your car forever and not fix a thing

Check in was quick and friendly. All team members were on point. My only issue was I made an appointment at 845 am for noon. And my car didn't get taken back until 30 minutes later. But I just now thought maybe the alignment guy was coming back from lunch? Otherwise great service!!!
