I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon, although I called first and asked how booked they were and the receptionist told me to come at 3pm and said it might be 20/30 minute wait at most. She was correct, I was helped after 15 minutes and my car was taken right back. The customer service lobby was very clean, and the sitting area for customers was comfortable, clean, and bottled water was provided, there was also a large screen TV mounted on the wall. The estimate for repairs was priced very fair, and broken down so it was itemized. They also explained which repairs were most urgent and in what order I should focus on the repairs. Firestone has always had good service and nice repair centers, the warranties are affordable and fairly priced, and you have great name brand recognition backing up the work done and the warranties. I'm glad I went there, and I will be getting my car fixed there, and I will refer people. They are exceptionally nice people.

I go to Firestone everytime my car has a problem or just needs to be serviced. Everyone is always very courteous. It is easy to take advantage of a female when it comes to car care but the employees at Firestone have always been honest and has always done a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I bought my tires there I had a lot of problems. First they claimed that I didn't have a tire pressure sensor in one of my tires. The they over inflated my one tire to 55 psi and claimed that it was the new sensor that they installed. When I drove the car home there was a loud noise and my hubcap broke. I also notice that there was a bounce in the tires. I was busy over the holidays and returned after to have them rebalance my tires. They wanted to charge me to do that. I asked why I should have to pay twice for the service and they told me they had already balance them. I'm sure that one of the weights on my tire came off and that is how my hub cap was broken. The worst experience I have ever had getting my car worked on.

A friendly and great business. My first experience was with Nicole, who handled all the issues I had. she went the extra mile in making me feel safe and that my car was being taken care of. After my car was finished it ran well and no problems at all. I've been to other firestones and this place blew them out of the water, (especially the last time I had to use in another area)They really turned me around on the business, Also shout out to the mechanics. very professional and nice. answered all my questions on the phone and took time to explain certain things to me.I'm taking the personal time to write this, and want to say,thank you everyone.P.s. sidenote, I also donated to the ymca. Support local youth .

Went in for a tire change for my wife's car. Next morning, my wife went to take the kids to school and when she began driving she noticed the tire was flat. I had to come back home from work so we could get the kids to school and her to work. Turns out the tpms kit was installed improperly

I made an appt in advance so I could be in and out for an oil change. 45 mins after my appt time I had to ask when my truck would be taken in for service. That's when I was told that they were running behind from appointments from the previous day. This information would have been helpful when I arrived on time for my appointment. When I was told it would be another half hour before my vehicle would be started on, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't see the point of making an appointment that isn't honored until an hour and a 1/2 after it should have started.

I would like to mention the remarkable customer service and professionalism this repair shop has. I went in to get an estimate for my 2019 Toyota Corolla. As soon as I walked in the gorgeous young lady with the tattoos and curly hair greeted me and took care of me. She walked me outside to get some information off my vehicle and she noticed I had a nail in one of my tires. She gave a price on a new tire because she said it wasn t repairable, and she even offered to do it right then and there. I declined the tire because I recently got new tires somewhere else. I was originally coming in for some transmission work. Unfortunately she explained to me they don t do transmission work. I m extremely glad I stopped by and she caught the nail in my tire. I didn t catch the name of the girl who helped me but she was very kind and helpful and helped me with a smile at all times. Thank you beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to get service on my other cars.Hope to get your help again.

I can t stress how pleased I am with the quality of work and customer service this Firestone provides. They did everything possible to get the job done and make sure I was happy. I dealt with Joseph who gave the best customer service I ve ever had. The communication by joseph was amazing. He kept me informed of everything that going on. Absolutely the worst Firestone in the valley with the worst customer service the lady with the tattoos and faces piercings was rude and unprofessional she said she was the manager and if she Is she should treat her customers better or maybe not be in that position or profession it took them over 19 hours to repair a flat tire with a nail in it then tried to charge me for the repair when I bought the tires from them as well as the warranty on top of that she refused to put the tire on I will not be going back to this location

Stood around for 20 min as the mechanics stared and looked over at me waiting to be helped.No one was inside to help or even ask what I needed. I talked on the phone with a man to come in and said I d be there in a few min and was left completely ignored once inside.

Joseph and Arturo saved the day for my family. Had a piece of metal go through the sidewall of our tire and was losing pressure. Called right before they closed and was able to get our tire replaced right at the end of this he day. Great customer service!

Bad really bad I got there at 9:30 am to get a oil change for my 2015 Honda civic the advisor was nice I can't complain about it but why no to be honest and say that is going to take 4 o 5 hours.He asked me if I gonna drop the car and said yea i said how long is gonna take maybe couple hours or little more I'll call you he said.Well I can back a 12:30 is been already 3 hours and my car is not even inside I wait for one more hour and and asked the advisor how much longer is gonna take, your car is next he said one more hour roughfuly.I asked him to give the keys and leaveI am very disappointed.In picture look at sign they have talking about honesty

This place is trash, I always schedule an appointment with them for my work vehicle and if I tell them I need it done the same day they take their sweet time and don't finish it. Then I end up having to pick it up and do it all myself because I need to make sure that it's good for the next day when I need it. Don't come here unless you want to be continuously disappointed, this has happened to me already five times

Joseph and Aurturo were great to work with. Our tire was going flat late in the evening and Joseph answered our call when no one else would. He stayed later as did Aurturo to ensure we would not be stranded until morning in Vegas. We are so grateful for both of them and highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of quality tires and quality service. Thank you!

So here is the story. My wife dropped her car (2015 corolla) at 3:00 pm with appointment in order to service the vehicle before heading to LA, from our city Las Vegas. So she wanted the full synthetic oil chance and the car care package (CCP). Right away the service advisor/salesman/front desk person named Brian, told my wife that was too late to get the car care package so they proceed with just the oil change, no topping fluids no tire rotation. He called her, trying to sale the corrosion cleaning service for the battery terminals and a new serpentine belt since he claimed it was cracked. When we picked up the car I asked him why they weren't able to do the CCP. It only takes 5 extra minutes. He said the CCP is complex and it requires measurements of rotors and extensive testing of the tie rod ends and "a lotta time". We pay and took off. NOW THIS IS what is wrong with this place. The CCP is just a rotation, topping over fluids and visual inspection it takes 10m for the whole thing. He said it required a long time. But he had time to price out unnecessary work on top of making false statements about the procedures. Is hard enough for ladies to trust auto care places and is wrong to do stuff like this. Shame on Firestone for hiring people like this Brian at the store #358041 on 5060 E Sahara. I feel sorry for the customers that fall for this tactics, as a former service manager, salesman, service advisor, tire technician for Firestone, Goodyear, Big-o-tires, Tire works, Tropicana tires ... And more. I have tremendous respect for costumers and I would never take advantage of them. You can judge the pictures.. there is no cracks on the belt, there is no corrosion on the terminals. Just common dirt, and the brake pads have %70 life all around. There is no need for measuring rotors. Sorry for the long review but the truth is the Truth.

Just amazing, Front Desk, Nicole, this girl works hardcore and runs this business, she takes all calls, is knowledgeable about cars/trucks mechanically, follows up with customers, parts stores and more. Give her a raise and i eish she could be cloned! The world needs more people like her! Techs, did a great job on my truck, 06 ram 3500 with an alignment. They had the truck on the bench for 2 or 3 hours until it was right. Also, great prices!!! Computerized alignment of before and after provided.

Ordered my tires online through e-bay and had a few hiccups. 1st time doing it this way. Anyways Nicole was very helpful and got everything sorted out . Tech did a great job on the install. For a large tire it's well balanced and for me thats a big deal . I hate unbalanced wheels.

I am super happy with my experience at Firestone at 5060 e Sahara. Joseph had exceptional customer service. The simple fact that this company is ran on honesty shocked me and will have me and everyone I know coming back. I was told several things that where wrong but Firestone pin pointed the exact problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. I am very grateful. I strongly recommend this place. If you don t know about cars don t worry they are honest and will help you and not rip you off! Trust them. I did and My car drives like new!
