Absolutely disappointed and would avoid at all cost. I would like to give zero star. Oil leaked due to improper installation of oil filter. Oil light was on due to oil leakage after a month of oil change. I went to the shop and asked for inspection, but they said it was so busy and could only inspect by the end of the day. I went to Big O Tires due to emergency, the shop in opposite of this shop. Technician confirmed that oil filter was leaking. Nobody had touched the oil filter since the oil change. After oil change at Big O Tires oil no longer leaks. It must be the fault of this shop.

The service provided at the mechanic shop was exceptional, characterized by a high level of care and attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated throughout my experience. Not only was the quality of work exemplary, but the pricing was also fair and reasonable. Without hesitation, I intend to return to this establishment for future automotive needs.

Always professional, fast service. Eric is courteous, efficient, very helpful, quick to solve any problems for customers. Firestone has always been our go-to for car repair in California for years. Here is no different.

I have been taking all of my cars here (Rock springs location)for the last 4 or 5 years. Eric the store Manager hands down is the best! Even if it s a big bill he always helps me figure out how to get it done. He always makes sure my vehicles are good before I go and I never have a surprise bill or problem. Thank you for everything you do Eric!

Firestone consistently has the best customer service and friendliest employees I've ever encountered. I've always had fantastic experiences, even when they had to give me bad news. Eric was a pleasure to work with, and I'd recommend anyone to use this location.

Quick, got there as they opened and was finished 40 minutes later. The staff was friendly and social. The store is neat and clean. My only complaint, it seems that fire stone has stopped putting the reminder stickers in the top left corner of your window. I know my car tells me that maintenance is required soon but I really like having that physical reminder that shows the exact miles. Maybe I am being too critical, but that is how I feel.

They've always been very helpful with our vehicles, and have them back in a timely fashion. Eric Fuller and I have had multiple conversations, this visit and previous, about my Jeep regarding my outlook/goals,needs, his recommendations and experiences, etc. I have recommended this location to people in the past.

Very Happy with the service I received at this location and with Eric, as I had been experiencing a lengthy amount of problems and grinding/clunking noises coming from the bottom of my front end since August. I could even feel whatever it was through the floor boards smacking me in the feet. I had gotten my front strut assembly done at a different Auto Shop back in August, and had been experienceing this problem since. I brought it back to that same Shop that did the work as well as a different Firestone location on 4 separate occasions to try and figure out what the noise was as it not only sounded awful, but I could tell was making my car drive funny, throw off the alignment, and defintiely felt and sounded like it was causing more and more damage - Yet I kept being told it was just an old car and old cars sound like squeaky bed frames -_- (Also not that old of a car at all - it is a 2011)Finally took my car to Eric at Firestone on Rock Springs, and right away he was able to tell me that it was my front struts. Either they were put in incorrectly or they were defective, but no other shop was able to pinpoint the problem, or fix it. After 1 day with Eric, I got my car back, and everything is finally fixed. I no longer have the crippling anxiety I had for the past 6 months driving it around anymore and I am completely satisfied with the work. They even let me keep my old struts so I can try and get a refund from the other Shop back since the work was bad.Thank you again for all of your help!

Called the day before to see if they had my tires in stock. I ve been getting these tires for over 10 years. I order the tires and set an appointment for the next day at 9am. I call the next morning at 7am to see if the tires had arrived and if I could bring it in early? Told only one person until 9 and my tires were there. Go at 8:45 and then told the truck had a flat tire on the interstate? Told it would be around 2? I get a call back around 1:30 and was told again that my tires were there and ready to be put on. Pull up behind a car in the front of the store and walk in to be told that it s not a parking spot but it s the manager s car that parked there. She was not the best customer service rep. Drop off my keys and was told it would be an hour. Two hours later I get a call and telling me that my tires were not there and that they were discontinued? This will be my last time visiting Firestone. I ve been going there for over 30 years in multiple states. Sad state of affairs

They are always friendly, professional, and take great care of their customers and their cars. Once, something went screwy on one of my cars and they worked diligently to figure out what happened, fixed it, and were extremely professional in resolving the matter.

12/18/23Yesterday I received a message from the Firestone, Rock Springs store manager, Eric asking for me to contact him. I met with him that afternoon. Eric apologized for my recent issue with the purchase of a new battery. He refunded all of the costs for the battery, service, and even my contribution to the Boys and Girls club! He also advised that I could keep the battery and the warranty on it.Eric was polite, professional, and listened to my concerns. He encouraged me to contact him when I need service and assured me that he would schedule my future services when he is at the shop. I left feeling validate and having confidence in his service. Thank you Firestone for hearing me.Each time I've used this location to service my car prior to this time, the representative was Eric. He was polite, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. This time another man assisted me, I think his name was Shay or Shane. He was impatient, talked over me, and seemed resentful that I questioned recommendations for rear brakes, when the brakes were replaced about a year ago. I'm retired and don't drive much.

Very nice people, worked hard to get me into the schedule. Talked about services and other ideas that could help. Just a good salesman and great store.

This place couldn t even get a battery replacement correct. They didn t have it in stock while I was waiting in store. And didn t have the courtesy to tell me that. And 2.5 hours later, when they finally got it and installed it it turned out to be the wrong one. Not a single person took accountability for all the mistakes for just a simple task. Are you going to tell me to email your customer service email? Because I already did and no one responded. Absolutely no accountability for bad service here.I d rather find a local reputable mom and pop shop or pay more at dealership than deal with this shop. Not ever going to be a fan of chain autocare services.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Appointment was not started until the following day. Accusatory counter service, tire warranty and service interval recommendations are not in line with the real world, misdiagnosed when tires were installed and now no warranty coverage at all.

They did a really good job on my car, explained my options well so I could understand and showed me the damage with my own eyes also knew what I was talking about with my vague description of my problem (sounded like my tire was going to roll off the car while driving is what I said xD) new tires(let me keep an old one for a spare and helped me get a rim for it) and put new struts on her and fixed my battery terminal not sure what the red pain was for on the battery but I'm not complaining it works so I'm happy with it, she looks so good I'm extremely happy with their work will definitely be coming back to this location for all my auto needs!

Best mechanic i have seen in a long time. Took my car into 2 different other Firestone's and they were unable to find or fix my issue (loose sway bar bolt) until i brought it here. They found the issue and fixed it for 10$!!!!! Great place!

Service Advisor Chad or Shad, unsure of the correct spelling, has zero customer service skills.Had a flat two days ago and went to another Firestone Complete Auto Care here in Vegas as they closed the doors. I explained my situation and the guys there fixed the tire and did not charge me even after they had already closed up shop. When they remounted the tire, it was mounted in the wrong direction which I didn't care because they got me back on the road. I didn't want them to stay any longer because they were closed and were helping me out. I was so grateful to them and I didn't care the tire was mounted in the wrong direction. Those guys are outstanding!I went to this Firestone today to have the tire mounted in the correct direction and the service manager wanted to know the location that fixed the tire because he said the technician would be fired. Are you kidding me!? He then refused to remount the tire by quoting, "You will blame us if the tire bead is damaged and I will not mount a used tire".Unreal! I called every other Firestone in Las Vegas and they have all stated, bring the tire over and we will mount it in the correct direction, no problem. How in the world does this guy have leadership in a company when he wants to terminate someone at another Firestone location for making an honest mistake, then refuses work when the customer is gladly willing to pay for the job performed. How is this specific service manager claiming liability concerns when every other Firestone Complete Auto Care is willing to do the work? Since this service manager claims "I do not mount used tires", does that mean if a customer shows up with a flat, the customer must buy a new tire? Of course it doesn't, tire shops in the US mount used tires to wheels every day just like all the other Firestone Complete Auto Care shops in Vegas who said they would gladly remount the tire.I have included the picture of the so called "used tire", just before it was fixed and mounted. Doesn't it look like a liability concern? Of course it doesn't, the tire is in incredible shape and I only had a nail puncture, a common daily occurrence.I have used this Firestone previously for work, but it will be my last. I took the car to another company who performed the work without issue.

The new manager Henry is doing an amazing job bringing the store back to where it needs to be. I stopped going to Firestone because the lack of management and care for the customer was very disappointing. But now that Henry's there it has changed and become a lot better place to do my repairs. The place is a lot cleaner than the last time I was there and the bathroom previously looked like homeless people lived in it.

I made an appointment at noon for a belt replacement and to get my brakes checked. I left my car there all day and when I came back at closing (6pm) it hadn t even been looked at yet. I had called a few times to try and get an update and they just kept saying I was next or they d get to it soon . I d rather them not accept my appointment than waste my whole day.

Love going here to get my tires and oil changes done. They rotate my tires every time I get an oil change and they are great. I even go and have them put air in my tires when I need it and have never been told to go somewhere else or that they don t do that there. They are always willing to help you which I feel is very nice.

Brought my car in for inspection. They found the battery was dying and my ac had a leak. Left Firestone to have the battery exchanged at Autozone. When I lifted my hood it was found that they broke my hood arm. I called, made an appointment for the next day to fix my AC and my hood arm. They tell me they need to order the part. And it will be in Tuesday (its Saturday). I go to pay for my AC and the manager comes to the window and tells the cashier to get a deposit from me for the hood arm. So I ask why I have to pay, he interrups me and yells at me, saying I don't have to pay for anything, slams the window. So I leave. I don't hear from Firestone until Thursday. When I call back they say they called me by accident and that even though the part is in, they can not fix my car until Monday. When tell them, I have been patient, dealt with dishonesty, been yelled at, and that I'd like it done Thursday at 430pm they advise no, there's no way they can do jt. Apparently I'm yelling at them and hang up. I call back and they tell me yes come in at 430. I do and they're closed. I highly doubt my hood arm will ever get fixed. They are sheisty individuals working here. If you can yell at customers, not tell them you have broken something on their car, and fix it in a timely manner, how are you an honest company? Not once did any of the workers, including the manager, apologize for breaking the piece or for yelling at me.Service: Air conditioning
