Working with Caroline was incredibly comfortable and no pressure. She was kind, fun, informative, and responsive even after the deal was done. It took me a while to decide as I was at the end of the lease of my first S60 and unsure of my next move...do I buy it or lease a new one? Caroline was patient and understanding; she showed my options and allowed me space to make my decision. Well, this gorgeous 2024 B5 Plus Black Edition was calling me, and she was able to make it work!Rebecca oriented me to the car and the updated Volvo app. She was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Learning about some of the new features was greatly appreciated!Even signing my life away was "enjoyable" as I got to see Rico. He was the person who introduced me to my first Volvo three years ago. When my husband and I walked in, he said, "Has it been three years already?" and he seemed to remember us from the conversation we had.Xavier in the Service Dept - as well as everyone in Service - has been phenomenal! I brought the car in for window tint and some software updates and needed a loaner for the day. Xavier is competent, informative, and friendly.Everyone I have dealt with has been genuine and answered any questions I have had. There is a lot of new tech with these cars that we don't think about but that's one thing I love about them! Thank you, Caroline, Rebecca, Rico, Xavier, and everyone else I've encountered who has made my experience comfortable. I love my Volvo and am thrilled with my experience!

I recently purchased my first Volvo and had an exceptional customer service experience at Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas. Jim Diguilo, the General Manager, provided amazing assistance in picking the perfect car. He was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.My Volvo XC90 exceeds my expectations in performance and comfort. It drives smoothly, and the range is 33-35 miles per charge, even in cold weather conditions. I've noticed some fluctuations in gas usage during colder temperatures, so don t wait until the last minute to get fuel!One of my favorite features of the car is the elevated seating position, which helps me see the road better (short people problems), but it s also roomy for my very tall husband. The seats adjust well, and the car will let you program three drivers. The safety features, including the built-in cameras, give me peace of mind that I m not going to bump into anything or run anyone over! However, I've encountered a few minor issues, such as the middle screen occasionally malfunctioning. Fortunately, a simple reset resolves the issue. You have to hold the rectangle below the big screen in your car.I must recognize Maverick Watson and Jim Diguilo for their exceptional support post-purchase. They were readily available to address any concerns or questions I had, and their prompt assistance made for hassle-free solutions.When I had a minor problem with my heater, Volvo promptly resolved the issue and provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism displayed by Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas.Overall, I highly recommend Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas to anyone in search of quality vehicles and outstanding customer service. Rain provided us with top-level service from the moment we drove onto the lot that very first day. We went in to purchase a newer plug-in hybrid and the process of getting to tour and test drive vehicles was smooth and simple. When we began talking numbers, he was able to work up a few worksheets for the different options within 2-3 minutes each time. He was a great host the first couple times we went in, but we didn't quite see what we wanted on the lot. Then one arrived on the weekend and when we saw it on the website, we were in touch with Rain right away and he had it all set up for us to drive first thing Saturday morning. LOVED IT. And the price was right.But we needed to perform our final step of due diligence and go rule out one other brand. So, we left Volvo not realizing we would not be making it back. The other vehicle checked off just one additional box that made all the difference. Rain did everything in his power to get us into what we wanted, and while we would love for him to have gotten the sale he earned, ultimately, it was a manufacturer design limitation that was well beyond his control. Although there was no deal in the cards for us this time, we really want to own a Volvo, though, so I'm positive we'll be back on the lot someday. Highest marks and best wishes to Rain and the rest of the team!

I recently scheduled a test drive online for a used vehicle that my wife and I were interested in at Findlay Volvo. Bianca called me to see if I had any questions/ concerns about the car, and to confirm the scheduled test drive. She was great from the beginning - was familiar with the vehicle because she handled the initial trade in, and made sure to ask more than once about any concerns/ questions I had. I did the initial test drive with her, but they let me take the car home on my own, so my wife and family could see the car before making our decision. My overall experience was very positive thanks to Bianca, and eventually Rico who handled the financing. They were very straightforward when it came to the history, records, and price of the vehicle, and were not pushy as far as purchasing service plans and other additional items that other dealerships try to pressure you into getting.

Let me start by saying this; Caroline James-Palmore is the Most Valuable Player in my book. Before I found Caroline at Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas, I have contacted a lot of other dealerships nationwide for an out of state purchase and many of those dealerships were just looking for a sell without really answering my concerns / questions that I had.About two weeks ago, I made an inquiry about a Volvo S60 at Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas, and I stumble upon Caroline James-Palmore. She is truly an angel in disguise and has an amazing soul. Since my purchase was an out state, Caroline came in handy, worked with me and made the process of buying a car a breeze. She answered any / all the questions that I had, phoned me with any updates that she had, and delivered the best pictures and videos all together. We had the most amazing experience at Findlay Volvo, our sales person Enis Smirqaku made leasing our new car painless and a pleasure!! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great conversationalist while we went thru the process. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend and suggest if you are in the market for a Volvo to ask for him!!!! Everyone there extends themselves and makes you feel comfortable.

I bought a certified used 2021 XC90 Volvo plug in hybrid, I flew to Las Vegas from the Reno NV area, while driving home, the seat belt cover of the vehicle fell off.When I arrived home. I plugged in my vehicle to charge it for the first time. When morning came, I did the climate start, and within 10 seconds, I had an error. Vehicle said climate needed service. While driving the vehicle that morning, I had no heat , only cold blowing out of the vents. Which, living in the mountains in the middle of winter is not good. After taking the vehicle into the local Volvo Center and have a diagnostics ran, the vehicle needed a heating coil replaced. This is a certified used vehicle, Findlay gave me a complete checklist that included a clean bill of health of the climate system. With the heating coil needed to be replaced and the seat belt cover which also needed to be replaced I question if an inspection of this vehicle was thoroughly checked over.While buying the vehicle and completing the paperwork over the phone and through email, getting someone to send the paperwork needed was very delayed and what should have took only hours took over 8 hours.Once I was on site the lady who was assigned to help me set up my car and show me the features , was clueless on what features of the Volvo did, including the heads up display. She actually said that the heads up display does not show navigation turns, which in fact it does. I had to go back to the dealership because she did not disable the key fob that limits the speed, which prolonged me getting on the road. Will not buy my next car there.

The team at Findlay Volvo ensured our lease renewal was smooth, quick, and enjoyable. Our experience started with Caroline reaching out as our lease end got closer. She was extremely patient, kind, and informational as we navigated the process and helped us with finding a fantastic vehicle. She made sure all our questions were answered and had everything set up for us upon arrival to the dealership. Once we were there, Paige managed the finance part and was efficient and clearly communicated all aspects of the complicated paperwork. It was such a breeze and Paige's friendliness made the time go by even faster. Our last stop was with Kaitlyn who made sure all the system features and settings were set up correctly and personalized to us. She was knowledgable and patient and took the time to reach out afterwards with more details. They whole experience was great from start to finish!

Getting your car serviced takes a lot longer here than at other dealerships, 2 hours to compete basic service is a bit much, maybe skip the pointless video of your techs filming themselves checking tread depth? Findlay Volvo will also say broken parking sensors from rock chips are not covered under factory warranty due to outside Influences and "if the rock chip in the sensor looked slightly different we could help". Not happy with my experience here.

The car we bought is awesome. The employees are hit and miss. Some great others, not so much. The deal we made was ok. We thought we were getting options/products we didn't get and paid for the deal as if we were getting them.

The sales associate, (Ricardo Guzman) helped me with the purchase of my 2024 XC60 Polestar was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word!!! This is my 2nd Volvo that I have purchased with the help of Ricardo. He is very knowledgeable about the Volvo Brand. He has gone above and beyond, to help me out on my purchases of the vehicles. Findlay Volvo cars Las Vegas is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I had a wonderful experience, I m already looking forward to making business with them again. I obtained an excellent buying experience provided by Fred Mayer. We were greeted with respect and friendliness upon our arrival I felt valued, exclusive, remarkable, blessed, overjoyed, and please. I bought my Mercedes Benz, GLK 350, 4matic a week ago with very low miles at a mouth dropping price!! I got 4 brand new Pirelli tires, new windshield wipers, a tuneup, and a full tank of gas, all in my deal with no extra charge!! They went above and beyond! exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend them, I flew in from out of state, but Findlay Volvo made me feel at home with their outstanding quality service, how a dealership should interact and treat customers. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious, customer service, the level of detail demonstrates the way you conduct business as if we were family. Ask for Fred he is the best!!! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

This is the best dealership service center I have ever been to in my 54 years of life. Helpful, informative, friendly staff (shoutout to Jerrett), and the atmosphere can not be beat. It was actually a pleasant experience waiting for my vehicle's service. Comfortable seating with refreshments and tasteful music/TV channel. I'll be back!I have been back, and the service department (shoutout to Bailey!) would not stop until they figured out what was wrong with my C70's alignment. Not only did they find the problem, it's driving better than ever. I love this place and will always come back!I have now been back a couple more times, and my review remains a solid 5 stars. Superb customer service (shout out again to Bailey!) and fabulous atmosphere continues. Highly recommend. Best auto service center I've been to in my 56 years!

My Volvo XC90 had a minor issue that I took to Findlay Volvo. Xavier was professional and very helpful. The service department were great to resolve my issue in one day. After being told it was going to take a little longer to resolve and fix, they provided me a loan car so I could get on with my day and come back to collect my vehicle. Chris also was great providing me their contact to fix minor scratch damage which I used and was very pleased.

From my communication with Jerrett Wallace and Sales Manger Travis Pinney, my experience has been nothing less than the 5-stars on this review. Waiting area, staff, and coffee with the amazing Biscoff cookies is a bonus.

July, hottest day in Vegas and I am from California & have a two day vacation when my Volvo was concerning for the heat as my fan was working hard smelled something when stopped I had to get my car check. Called in a Monday and told my story and was able to get in for an open appointment. Got Xavier Ortega from service team to assist me, talk about 5 star service he was attentive, assisted without up selling like my local dealer would do. Then we get the news that we need a coolant hose service and we went for it along with an oil change. Now this Volvo is so awesome that they take pictures of your car to make sure you get it as you drop it off, you get a video of your checkpoint and how your car looks when they service it. This was just a true best in class service and here in Ontario Ca Volvo all they would do is up sell u more for service and never know if they really looked at your car. Volvo should mirror this place as their norm for service thank Xavier the this lock for the service we received and be proud to have a Volvo.

Findlay Volvo is one of the best car dealerships that I have purchased a vehicle from in Las Vegas. There was no suspect add-ons for silly car warranty items that no one ever needs, like car etching of the VIN on the windows or upholstery spray on protectant. It just costs more and holds no value. Volvo is way better than that. The people are nice and are customer service oriented and I feel the price and quality of the vehicle was top notch. I purchased a CPO vehicle that comes with extended warranty. Love it! This purchase is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Volvo and I will be back again. Bianca was my salesperson and she understands the Volvo products well. She even came in on her day off to help me complete the process. She even went to the bank to pick up cashier's check because I was tied up at work. That's great customer service. Terrence was also great at presenting all of the Volvo features and functions. Lots of energy and he made it fun. Diane and Michael were the managers that were also involved and they truly made the difference in offering a great buying experience. They are interested in making good relationships. I think they succeeded. Thank you Findlay Volvo and the fine people that work there. Love my Volvo T6 Inscription!

Best experience buying a car yet! Maverick was very responsive and helpful. We knew what we wanted walking in and they were more than prepared for us. I ve never made it through a car buying process in less than an hour, but Maverick and Paige were top notch. We love our used car from this dealership!

To start off this was the least painless, quickest, and most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Right from the start Jason Brown, Sales Manager was caring, he listened to what I Actually wanted, didn t try to push me into something I wasn t interested in and he never talked over me. told him which kind of vehicle I want with the certain options I had in mind, he found me the wagon of my dreams, and gave me SUCH an amazing offer I couldn t refuse it!! he made the application process fun, not at one point during the entire buying experience did I feel like I was even buying a car, it was so much fun when it came time to take delivery I thought there was more to do still! Then when it came to showing me how this car works, yes I m 28 and I was still lost! Terrance Robinson, The Volvo Brand Specialist, was a warm, caring and SUCH a friendly and funny person! What s usually a boring drawn out process of setting the car up to exactly how I would like it, it was so much fun and I had a great time I didn t want it to end so I just kept asking questions . I will say that if you don t buy your next Volvo/Car/SUV/Wagon from Findlay Volvo of Las Vegas you are making a HUGE mistake! Thank you again to Findlay I will 100% be back for my next vehicle

This is the most wonderful experience I ve had in purchasing a vehicle. After finding the vehicle that attracted me miss Bianka went above and beyond to accommodate my request to view this beautiful vehicle. From the time she arrange for Lyft to bring me across town from my house to experience a test drive and view the vehicle. In the back office Mr. Mel went above and beyond to find a lender for me at the right rate. I have never experience such friendly customer service as I received at Finley, Volvo here in Las Vegas.The experience was very pleasant, and easy to follow all the details. Again I salute Miss Bianka and Mr. Mel. The quality of this vehicle I purchased was shockingly outstanding. At this moment, I still have to pinch myself, considering the great car I got, and the outstanding customer service at this dealership.

Brought in our Volvo, just a month out of warranty with only 20k miles on it drives perfectly. Service dept. recommended I do over $2,500 worth of maintenance on the vehicle, including a bunch of things that pop up whenever you read articles about how dealers take advantage of customers. A few days later I took in my other car (bought around the same time, different brand, more expensive car) and had a much more positive no bulls t experience. Will find a different Volvo dealer for future work and to buy future vehicles. Read up on dealer servicing. In most places the service guys are basically sales guys. They do everything they can do get you to spend more and at many dealerships they get bonuses and incentives based on how much they get you to spend. Whether your car really *needs* the work plays too small a role in many recommendations. Buyer beware sadly,
