To whom it May Concern: Yesterday I bought a car from Findlay Kia on Sahara. It was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The gentleman who helped me was Troy Thompson. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful person at your company.Troy was polite, well versed in representing your company, kind, and gracious. He made the experience fun and helped me to have a brand new car. Stayed at the dealership until I was safe and on my way home. There aren't words to express my gratitude for having been lucky enough to have Troy represent me.He's a great one!One more thing I bought a 2010 KIA Soul first addition. Best car buying experience ever. My appointment was at 8:45am, walked out with my car at 11am. No shenanigans or hard sells, just straight up honesty. Got the best payment plan ever. Carlos and the Findlay team took excellent care of my car while it was being repaired. I brought my car in for major engine and transmission repair and he kept me up to date every step of the way! I cannot thank Carlos enough for the amazing service provided and my car drives like brand new! Amazing auto store! This was our 3rd Kia Soul purchased. Jonny was an awesome salesman. Adam was great with helping with finance. And Seth gets credit for lending a hand with the sale as well. Also thanks to Nemo for helping to get the new car transferred to my app. We are thankful for the people at Findlay Kia and treating us and taking care of us, like members of the family. Started my search online and met our sales consultant Troy and his manager Caesar. These guys were amazing and worked hard to put a deal together for me. We went to the dealer to review and test drive and met King and Adam. They continued the amazing service and made us feel like part of a family. Others opened doors for us, got us water and made sure we were comfortable.We met Matt during our test drives and he provided the icing on the cake with a personal delivery of our new Sorento at our driveway. He returned the next evening to pick up some additional signatures. Best buying experience of my life! Amazing service. Amazing commitment to satisfaction. Above and beyond EVERY step of the way.Our new ride is first class. KIA is for real!

I went with a very vague idea of what I wanted and sometimes that s harder for a salesperson, but Troy was super helpful! He stayed within our price range and I got something I absolutely love. This was my first car I got to choose for myself with no restriction (besides price), because it was just for ME and I am so happy with the purchase. The entire Findlay Kia staff were super helpful and kind and we had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Josh, took good of me. I'm not one that warms up to a Salesman very easily but he made the transaction very simple and painless. While waiting for the finance manager, he even bought me a couple of tacos because it was around dinner time. Before I left with the car Josh filled it up with gas. If it's customary, I don't know but I took it as a very nice and appreciative gesture.

My first time at this dealership. I decided to give them a try because of poor dealings and prices at the other area Kia dealerships. Carlos my service advisor was amazing. He was on top on all of my issues immediately. He was courteous and professional. The amenities at the dealership were also good. I was surprised to see aftermarket options for my car, window tinting, and a comfortable lounge. Glad I stopped by and I would recommend the dealership to other people.

Best experience I ever had with a dealership for services! Richard and his service staff were extremely helpful and took care of my Kia Optima. Great experience with the Service Manager Amber she took care of me. However the salesman coaxed me into applying a second time for a car AFTER I explained what happened the last timeI came there ... guaranteeing that he would get me in a car.... NOT SO. Next time don't say things that you can't deliver on and listening to the customer is key ... therefore no one's time is wasted Mr. King.

I've had a pleasant experience with Findlay Kia throughout my recent visit bringing my Kia back to full operating condition.My service advisor Carlos Aquino was most helpful in accommodating me with shuttle service since we only have one auto in our household. My wife took our KIA Carnival in for 2 recalls and to get tires rotated. The service staff worked diligently to get her out on time for an appointment as she waited for the van to be serviced. The sevice chief kept her informed during the entire process. Very happy with the service we received.

Kia Findley always does a good job. Jose is pleasure to work with. Would have give them 5 stars but after spending $2200 for a new air compressor they could have at least wash the car before returning it to me. No to happy about that.

Suddenly without warning my engine died as I was driving home but thankfully what could've been a harrowing experience was instead as smooth as could be. My service advisor Amber took great care of me and after initially being told I'd be in a rental for 3 weeks, I was surprised to get a call from her and my engine was replaced and my car was good to go within 2 days! After this amazing experience I went back to Findlay Kia to get some assistance in changing my headlights, a complicated endeavor on a 2015 Kia as it turns out and service advisor Aaron went the extra mile to assure I was on the road with my lights shining brightly in no time. Thanks again Aaron for the great customer service! I will be back!

I feel bad if you actually bought a car from this place. Brought my son's car in to diagnose a check engine light on a Thursday afternoon 1pm. Today is Saturday and I havent received one call or an update. Called several times and received no answer or call back. My wife stopped by to see what was going on, and after a 30 min wait she was told they had looked at it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then, they were told that they don't normally do diagnosis on Saturdays, and it would be another 24 to 48 hours. As an aircraft mechanic I too lose my ability to diagnose and troubleshoot on weekends for short periods of time, makes sense. I honestly don't believe they even looked at the car. Normally I'm a patient person, but to not call and give any update and leave the customer in the dark for what would have been possibly five days is unacceptable. I couldn't fathom treating customers at my work like this. I have never experienced a dealership or garage that operates like this before. Thanks Findlay Kia and Aaron.

I ve been having issues with my rotors and went in for my normal service with the same issue again and Jose was able to fix the issue and even get me new rotors. Now I feel safe driving my kiddos around. Great service with no issues ~ thank you so much again!

I did not plan on buying the K5 from Findlay because I had pre-ordered one from another dealer but had to wait another two weeks for it to arrive. Anthony listened to what I had in mind when it came to my budget and we worked out a great deal. He was professional and went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Everyone was great! My family and I are happy to be a part of the Findlay Kia family.

They are out right liars! I will not EVER do business with them nor would I recommend d them to anyone I know. They are purposefully deceitful. I actually spoke with someone before I took the trouble to drive over there. She (Jenny) had me on hold while obtaining the information. I felt like it was within reason so the next day I drove down there (about 20min away) only to have them pull a bait a switch. I refuse to do business with companies it's that can't be honest. I wrote a review on another site to which they responded with more lies. I don't understand why anyone would ever do business with them??!!!

Purchased a car at Findlay Kia after seeing it online. We had great support from Natasha and Chantel on every detail. The communication was outstanding throughout the process. We unable to pick up the car for over a week because we live in another state. Once we arrived in Las Vegas the process was very smooth. First, we were picked up by an Uber driver, sent by Findlay, to drive us from the airport to the dealership. Once there, we were welcomed by Natasha. We were offered, by James, extended warranties, but did not feel pressured to sign up for them. Before we left, the tech details of the car were carefully explained. An overall fantastic buying experience and we are very happy with our purchase and all the Findlay employees who contributed to making it so.

I want to say that my experience with Findlay Kia was great. I had an issue with the engine on my 2016 Sorento and Carlos Aquino in the service department was awesome. He got the issue solved very quickly. I would highly recommend Kia for backing their product and Carlos/service department at this dealer for being so service/customer minded.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I felt supported but never pressured. And I love my new car!!! I fully intend to go back to Matt Laws at Findlay Kia when I help my son buy a car later this year.
