Excellent Purchase Experience at Honda!We recently purchased a Honda Civic and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. This dealership is top notch....compared to the Crappy Hyundai dealership down the street...never ever will I even think of buy a Hyundai.....I am definitely a honda owner for life....great quality....service...and overall satisfaction....is what u get with Hondas....I have bought 3 Hondas from Findley.....seemless ... and a true pleasure....needed a mini van for kids coming to visit and friends and relatives also... we all fit nicely and safely....

I am so grateful to have purchased my car from this dealership specifically ! I purchased my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid last week on 3/21. I started car shopping because my very first car, hyundai sonata was stolen (windows were spray painted, ignition was busted, spare tire was put on) and it was deemed a total loss. VERY bad luck with that car since the beginning (had to replace my engine and transmission out of pocket within 3 months of having the car) and I ve only had it for a year before it got stolen on 3/7. Going through the process of buying a vehicle again, it was nerve wracking because I wanted to make the right choice and if i was going to put a lot of money into this big purchase I wanted it to be THE ONE . 10/10 recomment Tony & Brian. Tony was my sales consultant and i believeeee Brian was the sales manager? Not too sure of his title but ultimately, they were the perfect team and left a genuine impression. Since they were the first dealership I stopped at, I didn t want to lock in without seeing another option. They were very nice and weren t pushy about me wanting to see another dealership... Which I thought was really kind of them. Drove over to Findlay Honda in Henderson to look at another car I was also interested in.. after they gave me their numbers, I said I wanted to think about it and give them call back when I came to my final decision. The guy was snobby about it and had a whatever attitude since I didnt want to purchase right then and there. Thats when I knew I was going with Centennial. I live in Silverado Ranch, henderson area, but I d gladly drive up to Centennial and recieve their service instead. Paperwork was fast and easy, they do what they can to help you as much as possible also if you re thinking of buying a used car, GO WITH A CERTIFIED ONE. YOU WONT REGRET IT. The certified package comes with great benefits and it really does give a peace of mind if anything were to happen. Tony is very laid back, has your best interest at your heart, and WILL take care of you. Ask for him and tell him Isalei sent you! And if you need a tad more info, speak to Brian. Brian was hillarious, I m from Hawai i so he was talking all dakine like he was from home lol. It really does feel like a Honda Family. I prayed for good news and recieved my dream car with great people. Thank you Findlay Honda CENTENNIAL!

I would like to first take this moment to thank Finley Honda for making it a very positive and comfortable experience in the purchase of my new Honda Civic SI. Buying a new car is usually a very stressful situation but Ryan (my salesman) and his sales manager took the stress and negativity right out of purchase process. Ryan was wonderful right from the start and never once did I feel any pressure from him or his boss to purchase a vehicle. I told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and Ryan and his boss got it done to my satisfaction. The purchase was made. To make this even better was this was done in less than an hour ( agree on an out the door price) and over the phone as I lived out of state. When I got there to pick up the vehicle I met Ryan in person and I was impressed with his attitude in making me feel comfortable with my choice to purchase the Honda Civic SI and the wonderful attitude he had in showing me all the bells and whistles that came in this car. By the time he was done was done showing me all the features the car had not only was I impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm I was extremely satisfied and very happy that I made the purchase of this particular vehicle. I had no second thoughts. Kudos to you Ryan, your boss and one person i haven t mentioned yet, the finance guy. The finance guy is usually the guy you hate to see and deal with but the guy who took care of my purchase was so good, smooth and really enjoyable to deal with. The bottom line here is I will start at Findlay Honda in looking at my next Honda and I will recommend to anyone I know or run into that is looking into purchasing a new Honda to give Ryan a call. I am confident he will get the job done. Thank you all for making this purchase enjoyable. Once again I have no regrets or second thoughts in my purchase of the Honda Civic SI and that tells me that you guys did your job right.

Look for Joel! He is an excellent guy, very patient and knowledgeable. He was very patient on me while I navigate my options in buying my new car. I visited all honda dealership in the valley but I end up here because I did not feel rushed and gave me the best price I could have! And ask for Mr Yan for ur financial guy! Excellent service.

Took my Cr-v in for brakes, Devin Kelly was amazing, fast, and efficient! I was provided with an Uber ride home. I was updated on my vehicle and even advised on other warnings on my Cr-v! Everything was taken care of and I was provided an uber to pick my baby back up! Thank you Centennial Findlay Honda for the wonderful service! My Cr-v is smooth riding again, Shay!

We brought our SUV in to get looked at and for some repairs, and Shaun S. gave us excellent service and was so helpful! He explained everything to us, gave us a nice loaner to use while our car was being worked on and kept us updated on what was going on. Stress free experience!

I made my maintenance appointment online using the Honda Link app. I arrived a little early and was immediately greeted by the Honda advisor Cody. He was well groomed , professional and welcoming. He made the drop of and pick up seamless. This is my second visit here and it s glad that their customer service is consistent. I d give a 5 star but the complimentary car was mediocre and left my windows streaked from being wiped with a dirty rag. Otherwise great experience .

Devin helped me get my 2024 HRV back in order. He was SO kind and so patient with me and my 2 year old daughter. He made sure my car got washed and even went out of his way to help me with my air filter. I am SO grateful for the team at Findlay Honda. Quick, easy and incredibly kind people work here. I will ALWAYS recommend them first.

The team that helped me these past two days (I don t know the mechanic s name) but the services Geo, was extremely helpful. The matter I had was a misfire but I had no idea. I assumed it was just a battery defect but I was wrong. They didn t even want to have my vehicle over night as best as possible to keep me driving so as soon as I rolled up they did quick checks on the easy stuff to hopefully get me outta there as quick as possible and as cheap as possible. Sadly it wasn t an easy fix but they kept me updated and helped me out to understand what I had to do. Great communication and a great team. I only had to find a ride for two days when most places would ve held it for a week probably. Well done job guys. Thank you for all the help.

Hands down, the best, most blessed experience buying a car and dealing with a salesman. Michael Tabb helped me with test driving the car I wanted. I thought I was given a very fair estimate for my trade in and when it came down to talking numbers, he didn t waste my time and he didn t try disrespectful tactics to try to sell the car. I had a very pleasant experience.

I interacted with the receptionist for the service area, the facilitators of the service, the sales managers, the sales team, everyone in Findlay Honda was not only kind, but warm-hearted and welcoming.The car was so clean when I got it back I honestly wasn t sure if that was my car.I worked with Geo, who facilitated the service department s work. He was most pleasant, polite, helpful and professional.My vehicle had a recall by Honda on a certain component. I brought that up to Geo; he said that while they don t have the parts right now, he will put me on a list and contact me when the parts come in so that they can repair that for me.I appreciate the follow up offered, and that I will have a place in line for getting the recall addressed as well.I must add, before I dropped off my car for the scheduled appointment, I called for help finding the service area and Ali assisted me With positive vibes.I also made a new friend there named Doc Brown.He is like the Ambassador of Findlay Honda, and is a sales consultant.Doc showed me how to use the coffee machine, which made one of the best lattes I ve had in my life. No kidding.I also met a very kind woman named Anika. We had a lovely and lively conversation.Felicia at the service payment desk was very cheerful and friendly as well..I test drove a car with Austin Riemann And really enjoyed the hybrid CRV sport.Thank you for taking good care of my vehicle and giving me a pleasant environment in which to relax while I waited for my repair to be finished.

This experience buying a car at this dealership was super amazing. We first were helped by Donald, who was friendly, informative, and made the process easier. The next day we had looked at other Honda dealerships that were not great, so ended up coming back to them. We were greeted by Donald and Tony. Tony ended up helping us close the deal. He was super charismatic and was willing to help us with our budget without us feeling bombarded or pressured to only do one thing. This dealership makes you feel like your part of there family.

All of the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are wonderful about keeping us informed and providing recommendations for future service visits. I had such a great experience here. I wasn t sure what was wrong with my car but Devin took his time to answer all of my questions before taking it in. Throughout the process, Devin communicated with me and made sure I knew what they were doing to my car. He was so genuine and helpful. He worked with my budget and didn t try to sell me anything unnecessary things. I highly recommend this Honda Dealership.

I received a letter from Findley Honda with a trade in offer on my used car. The salesman Alex G. was very attentive and helpful and worked very hard to complete the sale. The only problem I had was they didn't honor the interest rate they offered. I was told they would only give me that interest rate if I purchased a Ridgeline. I did get a decent interest rate on the new car I purchased and they gave me the offer made. Everyone I had contact with were very knowledgeable and ready to help.

The services at Centennial Hills Honda were great. The vehicle was out on time. My service agent Devin Kelley was a great guy at first as well Then he didn t give me the estimate on what I asked for, on my fan or Ac motor . and he was supposed to also check and see a trade-in value on my vehicle, which he didn t supply me with either.And I would still like the trade-in value on my vehicle. I was considering a trade-in soon.Like I said, he seem great at first, but when I checked out it wasn t the same. Maybe he was ready for lunch didn t have breakfast I don t know..I d never try to get anybody in trouble I m just speaking the facts.I would definitely recommend Centennial Hills Honda. Just hope you get a different service agent.Have a great day

My wife and I have used Findlay Honda to service our 2015 Honda Pilot since we purchased it. I never thought I would use a dealership service center prior to the purchase of our Pilot, but my wife s insistence on using them has in my mind helped keep our vehicle in peak condition. It may not be the cheapest service, but their professionalism, ease of scheduling and their willingness to work with us to service our car properly in my opinion has been worth every penny. The service department has always been attentive and great to work with.

We had a really, really wonderful experience with our purchase! Don was extremely easy to work with. No pressure, which made us very comfortable, and best of all, he was able to get the price where we needed it to be. I had an AMAZING experience buying a car here last night! I found them on autotrader and I had two salesman reach out about a car I was interested. I ended up working with Micah Fernandez, and he was the best! He picked out cars that fit my price range and wants in a car. He was so kind, and was so personable. He answered all of my questions without hesitation, and has been super knowledgeable about the different cars in the lot. I needed something adjusted on my car, and he had to handled the next morning. I don t think I ve ever had service this fast and efficient at a dealership before. Deven and Blaine in the auto shop are amazing, and Alex in finance was SUPER helpful when it came down to the money side of things. My car is perfect for me, and I m super happy with my experience here!!

Horrible service experience. In for an oil change, out with oil leaking on my driveway. I took it back and they blamed me for a problem that didn t exist before the car was taken in. Their boneheaded service director decided on an either or solution without even talking with me. It was clear he simply ignored the email I sent. This dealership has declined in customer service and pricing over the years. I bought three cars from this dealership in the past. You re welcome. Never again.

Had a good experience. Walked away with a brand new civic. Bobby S. Gave me a good deal despite having no credit history even with a excellent credit score. Gave me a reasonable apr rate. I love my civic and this place is 10 out of 10 for me.

Ryan was great. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything I needed and was not pushy. I understood his concerns and will consider them for future visits. My vehicle was completed before expected time frame. I would give Ryan 10 stars if possibile.
