they will sell a car with a check engine light saying that it needs to do the drive cycle.it turned out to be the catalytic converters as well as them oxygen sensors.sales are final and they will not take any responsibility after sale, please watch out.

My family has been using Fidel's for over 25 years. They are the real deal. They do not try to sell you services you do not need. They tell you what needs to be fixed to get you back on the road and will tell you what else should be fixed in the near future. They are fair in the pricing and the employees know their business. We have used shop due to our previous mechanic moving there. Things and services had gone well until our last visit where our previous mechanic was out. Tools and spare tire from the trunk were stolen. Upon notifying the shop they denied theft, never got back to us. And really provided horrible customer service. Beware!!! Make sure your items are out, saved or have a picture for proof. That's what you will need for their management to help you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Thank you Larry, Mark, Winna,Feels great to have found an Auto Repair Shop that takes customer service seriously. These folks have done a whole lot of work for me on my three autos. You can trust the work is done right the first time. From A/C repair to Transmission rebuild and chasing down an oil leak they did the job right.Your kidding your self if you think the dealer is the only one to take care of your car. Give these guys a try. You can't go wrong. 5 star performance from the staff at Fedel's.

They were so kind to my family and took special care to find out exactly what was wrong with my car. They were very honest and up front ably everything and took the time to educate me on my cars issues. I really feel lucky I found them after being told by another mechanic that it would be $3000 to repair my head gasket when that wasn't even the issue at all. Thank you So much!

Terrible they had my car over a month when I got it back the air conditioner doesn't work and it worked perfectly before they do nothing but lie and stall for more time

I walked in to get a quote for brake replacements and a tune-up. The receptionist told me that they do not give any quotes on brakes without inspection. I don't understand why that is because I could go to any other auto shop in town and get a range of quotes on brakes. I asked about the tune-up and she asked me what makes me think my car needs a tune-up and I told her because It was time for the car to have one. She asked what was wrong with my car and so on about everything except the quote i asked for. After getting the demographics of my vehicle she asked for my name and number. As she was doing that the mailman delivered the mail and she started going through the mail as if I wasn't standing there. I'm not sure of she was done helping me, but it would have been good to let me know. I politely let her know to not give my a call on the quote and she gladly agreed. What was that about?

I moved to Vegas in 2006, l brought my 325is BMW and 190E to this business. They made sure my vehicles work properly. I later purchased another Mercedes and the customer services are perfect. I've sent my serious friends to them as well. The lady in the front, she's so nice, she sends out holidays shouts to my email. Very good folk! I'll continue sending the serious-minded customers. Thx guys

Larry from Fedel s is the only auto mechanic who I allowed to touch all our cars. I lived across town from Fedel s & I don t mind the distance. My son & daughter also drives the distance for their auto care. Very reliable. Everytime I have problem with my car, Fedel s Auto Care is one phone call away. They tow and fixed my car whenever I don t have time to bring it to them. Highly recommended, kudos to Wena for keeping me updated, and to Mang Larry and the rest of the team for keeping my car running.

Woman i spoke with was very rude made me wait outside which very hot outside. While looking my papers work. Also left the car and i told her made a note not to role down thee window driver side cause not working. I came there to check my suspension shocks. Which they dindt do instead they mesh up my driver window. I was ssso mad.told them to put it back together. I never never never go back there.the owner of the shop should know the ugly attidute the woman works for her bad bussiness.

Waste of time! They will tell you on the phone they can do work and then when you drive all the way down there they say they can't.I used to trust this place because a friend referred them, but after so many problems we will never go there again!

I never post reviews about any place but this time I have to......DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON MINOR OR MAJOR, THEY WILL WAST UR MONEY AND TIME....TOOK A MONTH TO GET MY VEHCLE BACK AND IT WAS WORST THAN WHEN I LEFT IT.....I brought it in for one thing and now I have several problems that none of the people who touched my car can tell me what they are .....everything that could go wrong with this transaction absolutely did... I'm warning u don't watse ur time....
