I crashed the undercarrage of my 1992 Buick Riviera and took my car heret see abot getting dianosed for all the problems. the crew here put mmy car on lift invited me to inspect wht was damages,. my car stayed there a week while Fred searched for parts but was unable to finde parts. oh they also gave me a ride home. so after a wee i went to pick my car up Fred the owner and the other 3 employees i had dealings with were very nice. Fred told me there was no charge for what they tried to do... how many other garages would try to help you and then say there is no charge. I would highly recommende this place to anyone because these people are very honest. I wish more auto shope and other bussiness would follow their example,, I TRUSH THEM!!!!!! joe Dorotik Thank you!!!!

Fred has a crew of great Honest Mechanics they put my Ford back in shape I hear some complained about his prices they still come back in Reality Fred's Crew put Your stuff on point and let's You know what to do about keeping your auto in good running condition. I recently had a curb run right out in front of my car. The curb was not injured but my tire, sadly, had to be put down, leaving me in search of a replacement - and right before the post-Covid, record-inflation Christmas in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three A. D.It was the tears in my Corolla's headlights as it limped along on the Donut of Shame for a third consecutive week that galvanized me to look slightly right of the Farmer Boys drive-thru menu to espy Family Auto Care a mere block away...I immediately appreciated the friendly family vibe, and felt valued and appreciated throughout the experience. In the end I spent about half of what I expected, and was further rewarded by seeing my Corolla smile for the first time in three weeks!I will be using Family Auto Care for my Corolla's future oil changes, repairs, and couples counseling as necessary (Jeez, Corolla, I said I was sorry! What more do you want??).

Fred knows exactly what he's doing and always gives a fair price. Came in to have my driving belt and water pump fixed on my 99 Honda Civic Ex and wasn't disappointed. Call for appointment he can get busy at times.

Super happy with the service and price. Also, I got in fairly early, and it took less than an hour for an oil change. They also checked and filled all other fluids, and put air in my tires. Will be seeing them soon for a new alternator.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Horrible experience with this business, went for regular maintenance, Fred and Adrian were working there. I went to get my transmission pan swapped along with a few other items, a bolt was snapped off for my pan. Also there was leaking around the pan and Fred told me to put a certain anti leak in my engine which is a horrible idea. I addressed this issue at a different mechanic. Wouldn t ever do business here again, my suspicions were also confirmed a week later when I seen a bmw come in to get bushings swapped and the alignment came out terrible and they asked for him to do alignment at a different shop, expect to get a solution for your problems and another problem additionally if you come hereService: Auto maintenance

Fred, the owner is honest and reliable. If there is an issue he will square away. European cars are not cheap... pay to play. He uses factory parts not bargain parts unless you buy and at your own risk. He warrantees all work. A+++2004' 330ci - maintenance2011' 750i xdrive- complete brand new motor swap and maintenance.

Going to this shop you will not be disappointed. I came in in the middle of the day, with a Dodge Durango, while there were other cars being worked on. And, the owner, Fred addressed my problems and treated me like I was his only customer. The way he treated me and his vision of how his customers should be treated align with the company name. You're treated like family. Also, the vision Fred relays onto his employees is to treat each vehicle as though it were their family members car, to be honest and upfront about any issues.Although this shop is branded as a European car shop, I FULLY RECOMMEND this location for vehicles of any make.What you can expect from going to this shop:Honesty, communication, respect, and quality workmanship. I was referred to Fred by a co-worker when i moved to Vegas 14 years ago.I was immediately impressed by his honesty. He began by showing me the new installed parts under my truck. Then he showed me the old busted parts he was throwing away.He won t fix something unnecessary and is very fair in pricing.I drove my marina stored vehicle back from San Diego several times rather than take a chance down there.I stop in to say hello often. I have met several other loyal customers doing the same thing.A mechanic with a fan club!Proof is in the pudding!**Read every bad review. OBVIOUSLY written by the same idiot competitor. Look at the names of the bad reviews. FAKE!!!**. H8rs B H8n

Brought in my car for the light being on.Owner told me that I needed it reset but I was due for an oil change. I paid for it and less than a week later, my car stopped running. Had it towed to another mechanic who said I had no oil in the car. Seized the engine and had metal scraping in it. Engine killed. I called the owner and told him what happened and he said I had a leak before he worked on it and that I could go do something with my body that I would prefer not to say as well as choice words for a female. I had a full examination done on my car not.a.single.place.would.have leaked. A $50 diagnostic visit cost me a $4k new motor in reality. I literally tell everyone never to go there. Ever.

I came here for a simple oil change and had a question about this small noise coming from my AC unit. The man who worked on my car told me my drive train needed fixed and that it would be about $4k. Given that my Mini Cooper has only 21,000 miles on it, I brought it into the dealer and they said it was in great condition, nothing wrong with my drive train. Maybe it was because I am a 23 year old woman, but watch out for being scammed here!Service: Oil change

Fred (owner)has many many years experience fixing cars and he is very professional.He and his team very honest,experince and knowledgeable and they know what they doing. He is my family mechanic for a long time and his job is 5 star. His labor rate is the lowest in Vegas and his quality of work is the best. Did i mention he is very honest..

This place is awesome. I was so discouraged after having car problems while on vacation with my family. I could not have asked for more from anyone fixing my car. They are honest, reliable, affordable, and great at what they do. They explained everything to me. I felt well cared for. Had some major work done on my car, and so glad I chose Family Auto Care to fix my Audi. I felt like they understood my troubles and did their best to get me through a stressful situation. The owner also pointed out something in the suspension that needed attention, but said it would be ok for a while, not affecting the safety of the car. It's been two years now, and I finally got the problem fixed. I am from Minnesota. Thank you so much, Fred, Raz, and Edgar. I am sorry it took so long to write this review. It has been a very difficult two years since you guys fixed my car, but I never forget you and your help.

I have been taking my 1998 Volvo V70 Wagon to Family Auto Care since shortly after I bought her. Fred has always been courteous, responsive, and informative. They have charged far better rates than the dealership and have not recommended unnecessary repairs. When a part they replaced went bad, they fixed it. At one point, we thought she would need an extremely pricey dealer repair, however, in the end, they were able to prevent it and, in essence, saved her from the scrapheap. I am taking her back to them for a necessary repair this week and I know that they will treat me right, as they have done in the past.

It's hard to find Quality and Honest mechanics in Las Vegas, A friend recommended I see the folks over at Family Auto Care and finally; A place that does all the repair work I needed on my car without all the BS! My car runs perfect and I will only get my repair work done at Family Auto Care from here on! Ask for Fred, the owner; He will make sure your repairs are taken care of.

I went to get a diagnostic just to see why my light had been on for forever, coming time to have my registration renewed. He says I have two leaks, I had never noticed leaking from my car and also I had a previous diagnostic done this was just my second opinion. The next day my car completely breaks down and overheats. This place scams you and needs to be shutdown. Will be hearing from an attorney

I been visiting Family Auto Care for the past 5 years for all my family auto service needs, They are the most amazing and caring techs here in Vegas that do not charge Arm and A leg for Europian Car Repairs, I will and have been recommanding them to friends and other family members. Just recently Had a issue with my Benz and a place close to my house told be I needs a new motor, Fred and Chris @ Family Auto Care check it and diagnosed the problem to be a simple $250 sensor. Thank You Guys for saving me 4k on a new motor.

I took my car to get the timing belt and the water pump change because it was over heating really bad I buy the parts and took it to this place I paid 400.00 and they broke my radiator drain valve and the car is leaking a lot of oil I went back and ask for an explanation and they said they had nothing to do with it that it was my fault for buying a radiator from a cheap Chinese place, the radiator was brand new and was change 3 months ego in the dealership.Be careful this guys fix something but mess up something else to maintain their business

Super nice owner. Took my car right in . Didnt ask me to spend money on repairs I didnt need. Trustworthy...kept my car behind the gates after hours when I couldn't make it during his operating hours. A pleasure !

Went in got a oil change car perfectly fine next day abc issues.!he didn t even put the screws back in is what got him busted! Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone he will replace your parts to save him money stay away!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went twice for full diagnostic and 25 hours later nothing 2nd time 30 hours later nothing. Really? My car had been driven seat back, different, position, but nothing? Wow

They have a little tire shop next to their shop. What a great little place. I had a nail in one of the tires. Other tire shops wanted me to buy a new tire. Those guys fixed it for 10$. Highly recommended!
