Taking your vehicle in for repair whether minor or major can be stressful. I was very happy with my experience at Fairway. I met with Andrew who understood my concerns and he spent the time to walk me through their whole process. My repair was also completed in the timeframe they gave me. Both Andrew and Colin were extremely professional, genuinely cared about the quality of their work and I would highly recommend them. Their body shop is not just Chevrolet specific, but have certifications for Porsche, Audi and many other brands. I will be taking all my future vehicles here should I need repairs.

Ever since I walked into this establishment, I have been met with honesty and the utmost respect. Throughout the repair process, it was smooth and easy. Not to mention, updates were prompt through the app in addition to repair costs, breaking down each cost, which was a welcoming addition to the already excellent service. Overall, the staff was great. Frankie was a great help before, during, and after the extensive repairs needed for my vehicle to be whole again. I highly recommend this place if you need your car repaired here. Finally, some staff need help with customer service skills, but it does not take away from the quality of the work

Dropped my car off for repair. After the technician looked at it, he looks at me and asks what insurance told me. I said it's supposed to be a replacement. He looked at his paperwork and said it's only a repair. They immediately called my insurance and got everything corrected. They've done right be me in the 2 times I've brought my damaged vehicle to them for repair.

Initial visit was good. They have a very clean and comfortable waiting room. The tech that assisted me was polite and informative. I think Mr Heinrich has a great facility here.

They did a fabulous job. It was involved in a hit and run and my front bumper was totally scratched. Now it looks like my car looks brand new almost like it got a face lift. Im very pleased. And the staff was friendly.

They charge top dollar and I was specting close to perfect job but not even close very desapointed they call me friday to pick up my truck and it wasn't ready they said monday and it was till tuesday of course they paid for the extra days i had to rent a car they want me to leave my truck more days so they can do better job I decide not to and eat my frustration I could get same service for less money 100% sureServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They are awesome, body work comes out looking like new, Andrew knows all about body work and paint, and gives you all options
