I paid $55 for a car wash and what did that get me? A car that I still have to clean. Lazy job. My matts were power washed and just put back into the car without drying. I have carpets underneath obviously so those are now wet. The amount of streak from the shine product that they used is horrible. They did not wipe it down properly. Still dust all over the console. Needless to say, do not spend your money at this place.

Team, great welcome, good car wash, but horrible attention to detail. I paid $50 dollars and I was disappointed. When I pointed this out to two employees they just shrugged their shoulders and said, I understand . It was QC d. I just spent 30 more minutes detailing the car after spending $50

Well, I have definitely seen better. While the kids working the carwash are polite and quick, being quick means nothing if the right markings are not applied on the receipt. I paid for the best exterior, and my truck was still covered in dirt from the recent weather. My wheels and tires were not touched. I just learned when I went back for the 4 day rewash today that the markings were incorrect and had to defend getting the rewash when I paid for the wash that offers the rewash. Again, today, my wheels and tires were not touched. My truck still has dirt on it, even after a second wash in 3 days. I like the idea of having the guys with the brushes before going into the wash cycle, but it's useless when brushes and power sprayers can't get off dirt from wind storms and rain. I would've thought that having the proper markings on the receipt that I would've gotten what I paid for even inside the wash. Unfortunately, again, I did not. I can partially understand why the tiresdidn'tt get touched as the line was backed up and about to cause accidents inside the carwash. Bu I do not understand why i wasn't directed over to the detailing center, so the last bit of my paid for services could be completed. Unfortunately, I paid for incomplete services twice. I took my wife's car after dropping off my truck at home on day 1. The same experience happened on hers as well. On the 4 day rewash, she was right behind me in line. Can't say I am willing to go back and waste money.

This has always been one of my favorite car wash go to place. I don't live close by but when I'm in the area & in a need of a car wash I like to go here. My car was in dyer need of a good cleaning inside & needed a wash. It was cloudy the day I went (01/31/2024) & I was OK if it rained before I got home. I know that they honer a free car wash if it rains within 4 days after you got your car washed but when I live in Henderson its not feasible to come back. I was more concerned with getting the inside of my car cleaned.The girl @ the little booth when you pull up to pay & order your car wash was super friendly. Very nice, I liked her attitude. Taylor is the name on my receipt. I had a $3.00 off coupon for checking in on Yelp & apparently it was my 10th car wash so I earned "up to a free VIP car wash" but I ended up going with the one above the $30 VIP because Taylor told me its a better job on getting the inside cleaned as I voiced to her that was my main goal that day. I still got a nice discount for it.It wasn't busy this day so I took my car thru the car wash & entered into Bay #2 were I was directed to go by the guys who towel dried my car off after coming out of the car wash. Once I got into the bay I was greeted by a young blond guy with a big head of hair on top of his head. He asked me if I had any special requests & I told him "please make sure my sunroof gets cleaned as its gotten missed in the past, blow out all the crumbs in between the seats." I had taken out my cup coasters & asked for them to be cleaned. I told him that the inside was really dirty & pointed out some spots & told him I was focusing more on getting the inside of the car cleaned & to please, not "disappoint me." He told me "no, problem" & he could take care of my needs.There was a girl who was there too, her name was Nicari (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who I had small chat with. I told the crew I'd be inside the gas station while waiting.I went inside to gamble while I waited. The staff inside was nice & they still let you have a "snack & free drink" while gambling. I got one of my favorite sugar cookie & a fountain soda water. I didn't win & the blond guy came inside to tell me my car was done I told him I'd be a minute but he gave me my car key. I said "hey, I need to check the work & tip you" he said "that's ok, you know where to find me." I went outside & to my disappointment my car had water spots on it & the inside had all these crumbs around the floor by the seats & floor matts, as if they weren't removed. I was DISAPPOINTED & Nacari happened to be walking by & I told her. She told me she would take it back & get it taken care of. Well come to find out she was on her lunch break & took my car back & cleaned up the drivers side & another male took care of the passenger side. Well guess which side was better?? Her side....the guy who brought my car back had to clean up the crumbs that were left behind on the passenger side. I was in such disbelief & disappointed in the job that was done on that one side after sending my car back. I hate to say this but FF has gone down hill. It wasn't even busy the day I was there. There was NO excuse for the 1/2 "bleep" job that was done, the 1st time & the 2nd time. This makes me want to look for a place closer to home to clean my car. I know I got a discount but that shouldn't matter.You need to hire kids who like where they work & are proud of doing a good job. Kudos to Nicari for taking care of the "boys" laziness but I don't think I will venture back here next time I'm in Summerlin.

Not so fabulous!!! I bought a $23 car wash and my car looked worse after than it did going in. The first time, the only thing I got was soap and water applied by two guys at the entrance - nothing after that. I went back in line and complained that it was the worst wash ever and was told that it didn t work and asked if I wanted to go through again. (Dumb question) I never received an apology for the mistake and wasting my time by having to get back in line. After the second time through, I still have dirt on the car and my windows were streaky. I will not be coming back!!!

I went and got my SUV washed yesterday. The people were very nice. However, when they pulled my car up, I could not believe how filthy it was still. There was dirt and bugs on my grill still and dirt spots here and they re all over my entire vehicle. They didn t wipe everything down. There was water spots and to tell you the truth it was still dirty after they were done. The young kid that deliver in my car to me, started to clean things better for me, but even after that, I had to redo quite a bit of it!! I will never go back to Freddys again. I spent $25 and tipped the sweet gal that I paid for the car wash. I tipped her two dollars then I tip the kid that wiped my car down five dollars and even after it was delivered to me dirty the poor kid I didn t want to not tip him so I tipped him another five dollars. Just cause I m a nice person. Not because he did a good job! Totally disappointing will never go back again!

Nice & friendly gas station and car wash. We got a $4 car wash on a Jeep. It was great. The gas station is nice and clean. Very clean bathrooms too. Lots of gaspump stalls but don't expect to pull really big rigs (trailers/large RVs) through here.

I ve been shopping here for years and there couldn t be a nicer, more professional and helpful staff anywhere else. They know me by name at this point so I feel like I m seeing my friends! I love the loyalty program. I m assuming the owner must treat them well because they are happy employees. I know Travis is awesome with them. Have a Fabulous Day!

Decent car wash. Followed by over an hour wait before anyone even looked at the car (we were told 10 mins) then another 1.5 hrs for a simple "Pretty good" carpet shampoo & a Mediocre interior detail. They left the instument panel so streaked up that I couldn't even see through it. Nothing a napkin and some water couldnt fix tho. I really hate having to finish someone else's finish work. They claimed they were short staffed. .. But that doesnt explain to me how they moved 5 other cars through the detail bays and over 40 cars through the other bays that got there after us. Perhaps they can use some management training/replacement.

Paid $45 for VIP car wash on my old SUV. It was returned to me with crumbs still on the seat, dirty door jams and cup holders still dirty. When I asked the teenager about it, he said it was vacuumed and that they just wipe the interior, we do not scrub it clean . When I spoke to a manager, he took the SUV back to the bay and cleaned it himself. Thanks for making the process right. But I will never go back as these teenagers take no pride in their work. I will head down to Charleston Blvd and get it done right by someone that wants tow work, and understands the meaning of a VIP Interior/ Exterior car wash.

Nothing fabulous about this car wash. I am not fond of giving businesses low reviews, but everything about my experience at this car wash was awful. When they returned my car I explained how the exterior still had dirt and bugs but the young man who worked there seemed like he could of cared less. They were not too busy but still rushed the process. I ended up taking my car home to clean the interior myself. Waste of time and money.

First time, and probably last time ever using the car wash. Outside of waiting 45 minutes for them to even start my car, I specifically said that I need the dog hair in my car vacuumed out. When the car was returned to me, the backside of the backseat still had a whole lot of hair. What I asked about it I was told that's where the detail service comes. I wasn't happy, said thank you, and did not leave a tip.I drive down to the nearby car wash and use their vacuums, and was able to get the back of my backseats dog hair free in about 10 minutes. Apparently I did the one thing, that they didn't do, actually work to get my car clean. It really wasn't a whole lot of effort on my part, which now I understand I should have just done it on my own.I paid $45 to have my car cleaned, and I shouldn't have had to finish it myself or be told it's an extra service.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Very unhappy with the car wash. Used to do a great job. Was there almost an hour today and not happy at all with the outcome. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than worrying about your vehicle. Won't be going back.

Had my car detailed at Fabulous Freddy's in Summerlin. I usually do business with WOW Car Wash. My car was so dirty inside and out and WOW does not detail cars so I decided to visit Fabulous Freddy in Summerlin. Everyone at this establishment was very professional. Dylan detailed my car and he did an outstanding job. I was highly pleased with the finish product. Dylan made my car look like a brand new car again. He was so professional. I was very impressed with Dylan's work and his attention to detail. I'm leaving WOW Car Wash and from now on getting my car washed at Fabulous Freddy's Summerlin, thanks to Dylan's outstanding work.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I drive Uber part time and someone vomited all over my back seat. I called Fabulous Freddy's to make sure it's something they can take care of. When I got there I dealt with Sean who is the Wash manager. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Then Cameron and Connor did the cleaning. They were both friendly and professional. The car was cleaned really well. They all made it a great experience.

I hate coming here because it always feels like a shakedown. The kids brushing then drying your car do an awful, absolutely bare minimum job then expect you to tip and groan if you drive away without. They will wipe your car for literally ten seconds.I m willing to tip for good service but it s a bit disingenuous to have them adding very little value only to ask for more money. The business owner needs to know how bad a job they are doing.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years getting car washes and the quality of service has been going down lately . Everything from the quality of the wash to the attitudes of the attendants. More than once I have been told the card machine is down, of course that's when I don't have cash on me then today I have cash but they say I can't use a $50. The kids that work here make NO effort to try and accommodate the customers. Oh well I guess that's society today!

Paid $50 for wash and detail. Car returned with seat changes and tuned to radio. I could not and neither could the two who tried reconnect my iPhone to Bluetooth to stream my usual music. I ll need to take to dealer. WILL NOT RETURN TO NOT SO FABULOUS FREDDY!!!!

If the review page allowed for less than one star that s what this place rates. I came in and it took 50 minutes for a basic wash to be completed and when it was completed there were still bugs on the windshield as if it was never cleaned. This wast the only issue, all I can say I blame myself for continually going here because they always disappoint. At least they are consistent in that. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else and save yourself the aggravation.

Disappointing. I had our cars done here for years but that may be finished. My VIP wash last week was $27. I ended up with spotty mirrors, a dusty dash, dried water spots and tire dressing all over the aluminum wheels. No one vacuumed the rear compartment and the windshield was all smeared on the inside. This SUV has 1,100 miles on it. It almost looked worse when I left than when I arrived. I spent a couple hours in my garage fixing my VIP wash.

Getting my truck detailed here was a complete waste of time and $150. Stains on the seats and headliner were untouched, as was the dash (it had the same layer of dust on it as when I dropped it off, as well as dirt and grime). You can honestly do a better job by buying basic Armor All wipes on Amazon for $10 and doing it yourself. If this detail cost $40 instead of $150 it might have been acceptable.This place seems to be staffed almost exclusively by teenagers, so expect teenage work ethic. Next time I'll either do it myself or hire a professional.Service: Auto detailing

I should have learned my lesson the first time, but thought I'd give it a second chance. I paid for the $40 service and got $20 worth of work. I specifically asked the attendant which service would really clean the inside of my car and was recommended $40 service. Granted it was around 8 a.m., it may have taken 15 minutes for my car to get washed before I was called because it was ready. I thought it was a mistake because the amount of money I paid should probably take longer, right? When I walked up to my car I could see the bottom was not wiped dry, then I took a look on the inside. They did a good job cleaning the mats, but the front driver and passenger windows were streaked, which I was told was the tint. I'm not an expert, but it made me irritated because the back windows didn't have streaks. They didn't do a good job wiping around the gear shift, glove box, or radio areas. I ended up wiping those areas down while I was still there, and as I was drying the the wet spots on the outside, I was given a coupon to come back. Needless to say I won't be back and will be looking for a new car wash (man, I miss Terrible's full service wash). I'm giving this one star because the cashier inside was a delight.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Got a carwash??? It was dirtier than when I took it in. Outside: still had dirt on the door after they had brushed it and took it through the wash. Inside still had dirt and sunflower seeds in the door pouch. Later saw display in the sun that was smeared with a dirty cloth. By the consistent lack of quality, I would say poor management. I cleaned the car myself at home. Never going back.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The auto detail service and price listed online were accurate. I easily made an appointment online, the detail team member was very friendly and used my Freddy s Card to get me the best rate (she even waited while we verified the phone number it was connected to) and the team delivered the vehicle when promised. It looks Fabulous (pardon the pun) and was a good value for end result.Service: Auto detailing

My review is specifically for this location , I give 2 stars because I pretty much had to finish their job for them ! Felt like the inside of my car was cleaned very carelessly, half a**** work and then expected me to tip ( which I did ) but didn t realize how poorly of a job that was done until I was halfway home. I could easily have cleaned it myself but I paid 40$ for them to clean it deeply and I still had to do it on my own and this is my second time at this location. Wasn t too impressed with the first visit either but definitely a better job was done then vs the second time !Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
