I can't say enough good things about my experience with the team at FOA, their sales team made all my purchases seamless, they helped me pick the right shocks for my application, set the valving and spring rates before shipping them to me. I can't wait to finish my project and get some trail time with them. i will definitely be going to them before spending double anywhere else. if you are looking for a great deal on shocks and accessories these are the right guys.

Took my truck to wreckdit to rebuild my front end and they got coilovers from here to put on my truck.. as first I was disappointed because I wanted kings.... BEST disappointment that happen to my truck.. October was 1 year and soon my husband is getting FOA for the rear.I am hard to impress and can say I am HIGHLY impressed with their products and customer service from 1 shock that was leaking.No one wants leaking shocks or problems BUT their warranty that they stick by changes my opinion and the fact that we offroad alot and have only had 1 small issue is great.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bought a set of shocks for my Jeep, online checkout was great. After 2 months of waiting decided to start checking in, called in once a week for 3 weeks got the same answer each time We just shipped it yesterday, you should see the ups tracking number by the end of the day Ordered March 28Charged CC March 29Shipped June 22Now Aug 28 (with no word from FOA)Received the shocks, 1 box was soaked in oil, on 1 shock the Schrader valve was busted, took it to machine shop they machined it bigger for a bigger valve. The 2nd shock has pitting in the shaft, and has wrecked the bottom seal, constantly leaking oil. Has yet to even be bolted up.Call FOA they say fill out a Warranty Request form, did that 3 times, they have no record of it. Now Jim doesn t respond to emails and he is the only one dealing with warranties. He must be extremely busy in the warranty division. My biggest regret is not taking the refund when I had the chance taking the loss, hope this helps someone save their money.

Great experience! Ordered a set of the 2.5 16 travel remote shocks ive had my eyes on for about a year for a budget build prerunner. Order was straightforward and within 2 1/2 weeks they were at my doorstep. Look great and clean. No issues and packing was very well done. Bonus I got about 20 stickers too :) I will definitely order again as these are great shocks for the value!

2nd Buggy Build using FOA. I've had zero issues with them over the past 3 years. Just bought another set. Significant savings over the other brands and I'm building trail rigs.... I don't need the best.. Replacement parts are available and ship quickly. FOA is a great product!! Definitely recommended!!Mid 2021 updateCustomer service and support was terrible on my last interaction. Took 3 mos to get an order processed for in stock components (New Spring Swap and warranty parts).... My brand new shocks came with the wrong length screws holding the seal caps in and they popped off towing to first weekend Offroading. I've still not gotten the correct allen head screws. I Gave up and sourced locally.... I was a huge FOA supporter till this....

If you re looking for a high-quality coil over or shock or triple bypass come to FOA, I highly recommend them don t go to that garbage place carbon shocks the owner Daniel is a waste of talent. No good guy,full of lies !!! so FOA is the guy to go to

Said he would send me new bypasses and coilovers and it s been half a year and nothing no email or calls, I left an amazing review in which he said to leave a good review and he d send shocks my way to be replaced and I never received anything. (Nothing was replaced, until new ones sent won t update review)

Let me say these guys are the best for customer service I was out of the country and wouldn't be able to get the measurements that i needed they were able to help me out and get every thing sorted out. The quality of the product is fantastic now i get it you aren't getting a king shock or a fox but you know what if you aren't running KOH or Baja and you want to have a great product for a great price backed by fantastic customer service this is the company to go with.Update.8-25-2020Well rebuilt the shots again and guess what after 300 mile drive on Texas highways they were leaking again.and had no charge left. I will say either the quality of the o rings or the quality of the design needs some refinement. The customer service also leaves some to be desired call multiple time to never receive a call back email don't get response. I hope they get there stuff sorted out because the first experience was great this one not so much. Reduced to three stars she to quality of parts and lack of communication follow thru.

We have ran FOA shocks on our 1450 class desert truck for the past year and couldn't be any happier. The shocks have held up very well in extreme conditions. FOA provides a great product at a great price and backs up their product. JD and his staff at FOA are very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great people. We highly recommend their products.

My team and I were prepping our truck for the 2021 Mint 400. We ran into some unforseen shock issues literily 1 day before race day and F-O-A saved our race. These guys are super awesome, very very helpful and very generous with product and knowledge. I can't praise them enough! We will 100% use them again. For a small shop operation couldn't ask for more. Give them a shot, local business, great people, two thumbs up .

I gotta say, I've had great success with these Coil Overs. I have bent a couple shafts which was not F.O.A.'s fault, it was a broken suspension issue. I've actually bent 5 shocks now. Every time I'm taken care of. JD is hard to reach once in a while but super nice guy to work with.If you want to save some coin I recommend going with FOA.Side note. I've been running them for about 4 years now and no issues other than bending shafts. No leaks, dampening stays consistent.

Unbeatable prices and amazing performance. The people who work there are so great and so knowledgeable when I started building my truck I didn t have a great idea of what I needed and they sat with me on the phone and helped me figure it all out and 4 years after when I finished my rig and got the spring rates and ride height dialed I couldn t find the hardware to lock it all in so called to order the hardware and they still had all my info and hooked me up with all the parts I needed

Have purchased a pair of 2 remote reservoir shocks and set of 4 2.5 coil-over shocks with remote reservoir all of which have worked great, while building my truck I lost / misplaced some of the hardware and these guys immediately sent me what I needed free of charge!!! Great suspension parts, technical support has also been super helpful. Overall a great experience thanks to everyone at F.O.A!!

I have spent over 10,000 dollars on shocks with F-O-A for 5 different Trucks before I learned my lesson.Their machining is really bad, I have had to rebuild brand new shocks because there were aluminum shavings inside the shocks causing leaks, my latest problem is with their mis-alignment spacers the products were shipped without being machined correctly and I cannot get a return email.

Terrible customer service. Received a parts order which included a gallon of oil. Oil leaked over the entire package. I didnt have time to wait for another shipment so requested a refund for the oil and shipping. They would not refund the shipping cost. I paid over $35 to ship some seals when all said and done.Quality of shocks are sub par. Replaced seals 3 times now on one set of shocks. They start leaking first time out. I have a set of Kings on the front of the truck, the Kings havent leaked once even after servicing.Dont waste your money on FOA shocks.

Customer service is non-existent. Asked a setup question via their web-site contact form. Received a response 3 weeks later. I've called the phone number several times without it being answered. Sent emails to the email address and no response.I returned coilover springs to exchange based on their exchange policy and cannot get a response or status when they'll ship the exchange. UPS shows they received the ones I sent back.I'm going on the third week now. I finally called and was told I should get my springs in "a day or two" but I still don't have any tracking info. According to other reviews the business says an email is sent out when it's shipped. I didn't get one and wonder if I he even looked up my shipment or just told me what I wanted to hear so I'd get off the phone? By the way, I supplied I pre-paid shipping label as instructed in their spring exchange instructions so all they have to do is stick it on the box. It hasn't been activated after 3 weeks so I'm doubting if anything has really be shipped.I also returned some springs in the same package for credit and that hasn't been applied to my original order. I guess the only way to get credit is to dispute the charge with my credit card company or file a Better Business Bureau complaint like so many others have done.All I want is the proper springs exchanged and the credit for the ones I returned so I can finish my project. It shouldn't be this hard. Springs aren't custom made so they should be shipped immediately.After 6 weeks I received a refund on part of my returned springs.I'm still out almost $500 for the springs they've decide to keep and not exchange. Why does a business have an exchange program and decide to instead fleece their customers?

Started out great. The guy gave great advice and was very helpful. I went online and ordered exactly what we talked about and what I needed. Then it went south. I received part of my order a few weeks later. I ordered straight hoses, which is what I needed. They sent 90 degree fittings. When I asked about that, I was given some story about ups losing an order so it was a free upgrade. Those didn t work for my rig. I was told they would send out straight ones right away. I was also sent the wrong limit straps, I was given straps with clevises installed, again won t work for my set up, again was told it was a free upgrade but they would send out the correct ones right away. I was even given a ups tracking number. The items were never shipped. I called and asked, was told ups lost the order and they would resend them right away. Weeks go by, still nothing. Call again get more excuses. I had to have my own hoses made so I could move my rig. I call again and explain I had hoses made but could really use the correct straps. Again given a ups tracking number and was told they would be sent out on a rush right away. Well here were, still no shipping info and now they won t answer the phone when I call. I am sure they will give some lame rebuttal like all the other complaints I have read. Just know I am a little guy trying to have fun in my prerunner, not some big race team dropping big money. They only seem to care about the big guys and their friends. I recommend staying away from FOA. I should have spent a little more a dealt with a reliable company. My own fault for not checking into the reviews. Thanks for reading my blurb. Hope they do better in the future for other little guys.

Originally placed an order for 2 shock rebuild kits, shock fluid and also some decals and shirt. I enjoy a good Tshirt to match my wheeling vehicles equipment. Initially there was zero tracking information, I texted their help #, emailed a couple times and was finally rewarded with a single tracking number. No other info - then immediately checking the tracking number I find out the package had been declared damaged/undeliverable for almost a week already which prompted an immediate return email notifying them of the update. No response until after 2 days and more emails sent asking for an update. I'm responded by a claim they are waiting to hear back from shipper and should be a day or 2. A full week goes by with no update so I decided to call and see what's going on. I'm met with a soured hello and after introducing myself I get a quick confirmation that infact the order was damaged and it should be getting resent either the next day or day after and I would be getting a tracking number promptly. Again I waited a week and with no update and again no response via email. I attempt to contact them through their website. Simply asking for a logical explanation for the zero level of contact and also undefined delays. With no response again the next day I filed a disputed claim with payment service to either be granted my full refund or an actual tracking number for the 2nd attempted order and within a surprising 3 hours time there is a full refund to my account.Honestly if it's far more convenient of your company to respond with inquiries by issuing their money back vs actually honoring the sale and explaining yourselfs then what are you really doing here as a company? It was sure convenient of you guys to scapegoat the damaged package and not address the next to no communication or reasoning for not attempting to still fill the order.I'm settled on 1 star simply because I'm grateful I got my money back in full however I'm still left with a month of wasted time and shocks that need rebuilt.Seeing the title lifetime warranty bannered across your website is definitely inviting but if this is the service and communication to be expected from spending money here, I hope your future customers have a far superior experience than my own.

Too bad zero stars wasn't an option. JD is the rudest guy I ever dealt with. I bought a Jeep with their coilovers on it and one was broken. JD helped me determine the length I needed for a replacement. I even sent him pictures with a tape measure next to it. When the replacement came in it was 2" too long but it was 100% my fault and I would have to eat the freight there and back. They charged me $47.29 for UPS ground! Wow talk about gouging. When these coilovers fail (and they will) I will be going with another company.

I have used FOA on 3 different builds now. I was very happy with them especially considering they are half the price of king or fox. I Judy raced my rig in king of the hammers and damaged one of the shocks. Rocks got in the coil and beat up the shaft. Amazingly it didn t start leaking until after the race. The parts to repair are so affordable and short lead time. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
