This place is amazing. They are the only people I will let touch my classic Chrysler. Brad and Chris and the whole team go above and beyond. Their pricing is fair and they are very honest. I highly recommend this shop.

The owner always greets me, and the staff is amazing the services they provide is reasonable pricing and quality work! I always take multiple cars to their regular maintenance and they quick about it ! No appointment needed...

Had my truck suspension right spindle checked they told me that the bearings were welded to the spindle and everything needed to be replaced $1100.00 for the work. Didn't have that kind of money so I bought the parts and a mechanic just finished tearing down the right spindle and told me there was nothing wrong with it nothing so you be the judge everything cost me $300.00 for nothing. GOD Bless

Called right when they opened. Quoted me the cost of alignment. Went immediately there for the alignment. Before I agreed to have work done. I had stated I was going to have my oil changed after alignment at the business directly in front of them. He asked if I would like to do the oil change also. I asked how much. The cost was $22 less then the other place. So got both services done. Left my truck and said they would call when it was ready. I received a call within an hour. Return to pay and get my vehicle. Left a very satisfied customer. Definitely will go here for future repairs that I might need. Great customer service

Had my ac system replaced. Works better now than it did when the truck was brand new. Was very satisfied with the same day turn around and the price tag. Will be going back for any other services I need to have done

2 Jan 2024- Took my latest acquisition (2016 Ram ProMaster City Tradesman) to have all the fluids changes so I have a baseline for all the fluids. Typical great job from this shop!14 Sep 2023- took the Mini Cooper for brakes and struts. Reasonable price and time in the shop to do repairs. As always happy with the service and staff.6 Jan 2023- took my 2011 MINI Cooper in for an oil change and general service before road tripping this year. They found the oil cooler was leaking so had it taken care of. So glad this was caught before going on the road and being stranded somewhere where they may be able to work on the car. Happy as always with this shop!5 Dec- needed to have the headlights on my 2011 BMW 3 series sedan. The shop gave me a good price for replacing the lights. Work was done quickly and they work fine. Great shop and staff!I take all three of my vehicles to Express Auto Care and have been very happy with the service. Service is done in a timely manner and has always been ready when promised. The crew there is really friendly and they know what they are doing. I would recommend this shop for your repair needs.6 May- I continue to take my cars to Express Auto Care. Just took my Mini in for a post- road trip oil change. Quality service as usual. Would recommend.5 August- had a window regulator go bad on my BMW on a Saturday morning. Stopped by and made an appointment for Monday morning. Dropped off at 8am and it was done by 10am. Always been happy with the service and the crew at this shop.16 August- put two new tires on the front of my BMW and needed analignment. Took it in first thing in the morning and was out in an hour. Great shop to get your car worked on.20 Nov- took my Nissan Frontier for an oil change- in and out quickly and at a reasonable price. Great staff at this shop.24 Feb- Had a leaking radiator on my 328i- fixed in a reasonable time and price. Recommend this shop. Plus the crew here is great!8 Jun- needed to get a smog check. Dropped by with no appointment- bing bang boom, done quickly, and they had a coupon on their web site so got the check for $20. Great shop with great people!4 Jan 2021- my go to shop! Needed brake line flush and fluid replacement on my 2011 BMW. Work done quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend Brad and the crew at Express Auto Care.6 April 2021- What else can I say about this shop that I haven't said before? great service, outstanding employees! needed some rack and pinion work and a leaking oil pan on the BMW. In and out in a reasonable amount of time and price.28 Jul- took my Bimmer in for a smog check- in and out quickly and reasonably priced.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Got charged out the a** for my ac. Still doesn't cool my car is hot. Waste of money. Come to find out they over charged the ac so it messed up my cooling. Just get a can at autozone and do it yourself.

I got my tires done at a different location than Express Auto. I was told my breaks were really low. So I made an appointment with Express Auto and they had a look at all my breaks. They found nothing wrong with them. They are all at 50%! I appreciate their honesty considering Ive had bad experiences in the past with other repair shops. They cleaned my breaks and stuff for a reasonable price. Thanks Express Auto!!! If i could give more stars I would.Service: Brakes

I don't know what happened to this place. I came here last year to have my blower motor in ac replaced. They were great. Fair, and kind. Fast. Fast forward to today...I went to have my lights looked at. An elderly overweight white man came out hollering at me immediately, telling me I can't park there. (I'd pulled up in front of a bay to see where and what I needed to do). He said well there are parking places everywhere. Asked me what I needed... I told him... he stated "I can't even get to that today. Six cars in front of you. ". Didn't tell me when to come back, what to do next, just basically refused to help me. I will Never go back. Rude isn't the word for that man and they'd do well to replace him with someone who knows how to relate and communicate with customers who provide the means to pay him.

Chris was great. At a very hectic time he calmed me down and made a dead battery just a hiccup. The price was also great. I highly recommend this store. One can be sure if getting excellent service and timely.

Brad and his staff were amazing. Being new in the city I had gotten a few bids for work. Not only did they give me a fair price (amazing price) they were fast and had me back on the road the same day! Only place to give fiance options to this that need it. I highly recommend and will return for all my car care needs.

Called in the am to see if they could get me in for a tune-up on my car. They were able to get me right away, the gentleman that I spoke with was very nice. Dropped car off and still great customer service. Got a call to tell me what needs to be done and price, I asked if they could do an oil change and then asked the price with the oil chamge and was given a price $420.00+. Recieved a call to go pick-up the car, when I went to pay, assuming that the price would be what I was told ($420+) on the phone and possibly some taxes, I was told the price was $100.00 more then what he told me over the phone. When I asked why it was not the price he quoted over the phine he said that the price up charge was because we added the oil change and I told him the price he quoted over the phone included the oil change he said nothing. Because I didnt want to argue or cause a seen I just paid but I feel that their compaby did not do the right thing by charging me over 100.00 more and I feel I was taken advantage of. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The work however that was done was done very well, but because of the price difference I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! This is one of the best auto repair experiences I've ever had. I was able to email and get a response right away with a quote for the work needed on my car. I was scheduled an appointment quickly and the parts were already ordered. They inspected my car and notified me right away of some other major work I needed done. They gave me a new quote and was able to complete all the work in one day. They are very friendly and honest. It's hard to find trustworthy auto shops and this shop is one for sure. My car runs better than when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this shop for auto repairs.

I highly recommend!! I brought my Camaro in because my AC started blowing warm air. They diagnosed very quickly. It was my blend door actuator that needed to be replaced. Brad and Chris are amazing! Now I have cool air!!! Working AC is a must in Vegas! So if you have any AC problems you need to come to Express Auto Care!!!! You will be glad you did. They are very professional and kind! Thank you Express Auto Care!

I have always taken my vehicles to Express Auto Care, they have always been honest and they have great prices. Their customer services is excellent. Brad is a very honest man, he will tell you exactly what needs to be done. I have recommended many people to go there. Thank you for the great service, and also for always taking care of my daughter when she needed her car fixed.

Very nice, thorough, professional, and reasonable prices. Express Auto is my only mechanic shop, I drive the 130 miles from Arizona to Las Vegas because Brad & Ken make it worth the trip to feel confident that my car is running smoothly and I didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for my auto repairs!! VERY worth stopping in & getting to know the guys, you'll be glad you did!

We flew into town to purchase a car. We contacted Express Auto Care for a pre purchase inspection, and they let us go back and look under the car with them. We bought the car and returned that afternoon for an oil change and trip inspection. Loved the service and friendly staff! We would definitely go back if ever in the area.

There are people who love their work, others who love to rob people. This is one of the worst places you can take your car to repair the air conditioning.He over charges you first for something he says is necessary and then says that there are more failures in the car eventually and he never finishes fixing the problem in the car on the contrary it makes it worse. Talk about guarantees that are lies and deception to keep stealing money from you. I do not recommend this place to anyone a complete scam
