I had such a personal and positive experience with Executive European Auto. They really live up to their name because they make you feel like you re their only customer and a priority. I definitely felt like a well to do Executive. I ve never had such an amazing experience getting my Maserati Ghibli serviced before. I feel confident we found our auto repair shop for life and they will be our go to for all our future maintenance and repair needs and will definitely be working on our Bentley next.

Brought my Bentley Continental GT to them and knew it needed extensive maintenance and repairs. Vince and Liza communicated every day giving me updates on progress and part orders. Always available for questions and timetable for completion. Got the Bentley back and it is a new car, beyond satisfied. I absolutely recommend Executive Auto Service for your repair and maintenance needs. The Bentley service was unmatched the customer service was unmatched. Very fair prices for high end Bentley parts and service.

I've been in Las Vegas for over 40 years and I have never had the quality of service that I have received from Executive Auto Service. Vince is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He has kept my Bently Flying Spur running better than ever. I highly recommend that you contact him for any automotive service you need.. He and Liza both go over and above to ensure your satisfaction with their services.

Highly recommend! They always take care of me. When I got a Lamborghini Huracan I had a bunch of concerns regarding maintenance and service but they make it simple! Vince always has no problem explaining every question I have. Much appreciated!

I wanted to wait to give my review until my springs settled after install. My 2021 Macan S was lowered a couple weeks ago and I couldn t have been happier to have chosen Executive Auto. They are a mobile mechanic and came right to my home. The job took two visits to complete the job because they didn t have the parts needed on hand to compress the springs in the rear. Vince and Liza went out of their way and bought the part that cost a pretty penny they dropped shipped it the next day. Vince is a great guy who knows his cars! Highly recommend them if you re in the Las Vegas area!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Bought an out of state private sale 2012 Mclaren Mp4-12c, didnt have time to get a ppi. Nor was there a McLaren service any where near...It was going to sell quick..so crossed my fingers and took a chance the seller was being honest with me. Got her home, called Executive Auto Service to conduct a post- purchase inspection..hoping for best..Vince came to me, since I have a lift. Was able to hear it needed a tune up and saw those notorious leaks from weak clamps. N some oil leaks. Got her to the shop, serviced her,replaced hoses, clamps, oil pump(as precautionary service since in there anyways), serviced trans, ran diagnostics with the Mclaren software and they got her running n driving great. Like a new car...highly recommend, fast reply, available to take calls n mobile service.

Executive Auto Service was the only shop willing to work with my to get my Astron Martin repaired and modded how I wanted it. Towbin Motorcars (the local dealership) wasn't willing to wait for the machining that needed to be done; Italy Service went dark on me while trying to coordinate; other shops simply weren't willing to do the work. If I hadn't found EAS, I'd probably still be looking for someone to install the twin-disc clutch and VAP headers.

Executive Auto Service is by far the Best auto shop in Las Vegas! Every detail, from start to finish, a class act that takes pride in their work and operates with complete integrity. There are not enough stars to accurately rate these amazing people. Now, let me share the story behind my opinion.It was a cold, dark, moonless night as I drove down the 95 freeway. I was on my way to visit the light of my life, my two-year-old granddaughter. She is the reason I managed to get through the worst year of my life. I had been trying to mentally prepare myself for the possibility that things would never get better.At the age of 52, I was strong, healthy, and had a decent job. I was living in a nice place with my best friend, and I even had a special area for my angelic baby. However, everything took a turn in February. What I initially thought was a simple flu turned out to be a severe spine infection. Days of excruciating pain and the sudden loss of mobility led me to being transported by ambulance to the hospital. I have no recollection of those few hours, but I learned later that I had undergone emergency back surgery to remove the rapidly spreading infection that threatened my life.Fast forward to my drive on the 95 freeway when my van suddenly overheated. I was aware of an issue with the radiator, but a friend had promised to fix it, and the leak seemed manageable if I kept an eye on the temperature and had water in the car.I had never seen a car overheat so quickly. With my limited ability to walk after the surgery and the ongoing process of regaining strength, coupled with losing my job and health insurance, I found myself retrieving my walker and a gallon of water from the car. I was determined to open the hood and pour water into the engine to cool it down. The steam emanating from the radiator was the most intense I had ever seen. I suddenly realized the radiator seemed like a hopeless situation until this stranger arrived and offered his assistance.At first, I didn't think much of it when he asked for my number and mentioned filling out a form. Given my previous experiences of promises from others to help that never materialized, I was skeptical. However, the next day, I received a quote for the diagnostic and when I expressed my inability to afford it, the stranger surprised me by stating that there would be no charge, and that he would take care of everything.These acts of kindness from Vince and Liza have not only resolved my immediate car troubles but have also had a profound impact on the lives of those around me. My 74-year-old roommate, who relies on me for transportation to the doctor, will now receive the care they need. My father, whom I haven't been able to visit due to car issues, will finally have the opportunity to spend time together. Additionally, I will now be able to travel to Texas to meet my newborn granddaughter, a momentous occasion I thought I would miss.The timing of this incredible assistance aligns with the new moon in December, often referred to as the cold moon. According to astrology, this moon symbolizes renewal and the opportunity for a fresh start. True to its name, Vince and Liza have given me a chance at a new chapter in my life.Their generosity has touched not only my heart but also the hearts of those whose lives are intertwined with mine. The impact they have had cannot be measured in mere words. They have provided hope, support, and a renewed sense of purpose. I am forever grateful to them, and their remarkable kindness serves as a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there are still shining examples of humanity.As I gaze at the night sky, I am reminded that the stars alone are insufficient to convey the magnitude of the gratitude I feel. Vince and Liza are true angels, and their compassion has forever changed the course of my life and the lives of those I cherish.

FIVE STARS FOR EXECUTIVE AUTO SERVICEFinding is a great mechanic that knows how to fix sh*t the first go-around as well as having your vehicle up and running with minimal down-time, is like finding a unicorn. I 'think' I maaaay have found one of those 'once' in my life-time. Real hard to find. Trust me.I started working with Vince back in 2015 and he's the only mechanic that touches my vehicles. No hassles, no bullsh*t. He comes to you and he get's it done fast. My front two airbags went out on my rover back in late 2015 and everywhere in town I was expected to fork out around $3,500. I paid half of that when all was said and done working with Executive Auto Service. HUGE SAVINGS! GREAT SERVICE!For the past few years the Rover has had all kinds of issues, which is expected with all the miles I've racked up going on family vacations all over California from north to south, plus all the daily desert driving. Brutal!Vince has always come through. I've never had the same problem twice, so I know that every job is getting done right the first time.Big thanks to Vince. He knows and has honed his craft well. Executive auto service has been working on my Maseratti for years. Their on-site service is as convenient as it gets. And when it s a larger service they have free pick up and drop off for jobs that need to go to their shop. Fast and honest with reasonable prices. My Jeep Grand Cherokee died while I was at another dealership looking at cars. Saw the Executive Auto Service van and went over to see if they could help. Talked to Vincent and got a quick estimate and was super impressed with his response and service promise. They do it all - pick-up, perform the necessary service and then deliver back to your home. Vincent said said they could replace the battery and alternator and have it to me by the EOB on Friday (it was 4:00 on Wednesday when it died). I said let s do it, docu-signed the quotes and turned over the keys. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Vincent the next day that my car was done and he was on his way to my home to deliver it! Less than 24 hours from start to finish - that NEVER happens at a dealership. Best automotive service experience ever. I give my highest service recommendation to Executive Auto Service. If I could give Executive Auto Service a 100 star rating I would and I promise you it still wouldn t be giving them enough credit. I m from New York and it s my first time here or anywhere in my life and I unfortunately suffered major car problems and when you think a service center exceeded your expectations in courtesy, professionalism and just being a human being to understand your hardship, they even exceeded that and some. I m the biggest customer service critic and the only thing I ll be upset with is when I go back to New York and know I won t ever be able to find anyone like the people I ve been so fortunate to have connected with. The pleasure was all mine and I m glad I was able to have dealt with both Vince and Billy there and promise this place is god sent for anyone blessed enough to have found my review or this place from a friend or from google. Legendary best describes my complete experience with all the staff at Executive Auto Service and I ve spoken to numerous staff on different calls. Service was done on 10/10/22At my house It's Extremely convenient it was for my Jaguar xf super charge. Had a tune up done oil change. Spark plugs, belts, filters.he also pointed out somethings I was aware of and what's great he read all the codes and explains Everything to him and will keep the information for next time. Told me in a couple of days I should receive what services I will need and how much.Another thing I was planning on having worl done and I told him about he made a call to and I will be taking my car to them to complete some detail work.It's definitely difficult to fine honest people here and Vince is the .most honest man if I met him in the store I would have been chatting it up he has get people skills I love to talk and he does also about the work and him if you ask. FYI moving forward he will be the only person to work on my car.!!Congratulations on your 20 year anniversary

FANTASTIC! I called Vincent and spoke with him about my 2016 Buick Encore A/C not blowing cold, he gave me a ballpark estimate. I went to another repair shop for an estimate, and made a call to Seigner Buick, left a voicemail, my call was never returned. I was so hot I had to do something. I fill out the request for a quote from Executive Auto and received a written estimate right away. Paid the 50 percent down to secure my next day appointment. Vincent was on time, he got me cool again in under an hour in the comfort of my own home. I ask you why would anyone go through the rig-a-ma-roll elsewhere. All work was completed fast and efficiently. I had the mechanic come out to check out my BMW that was over heating. Parts were shipped quickly and the repair was done perfectly. I was told I may have to do one more repair, which I will most definitely be going back for this service. I felt comfortable and was told quoted properly compared to OTHER mechanics who try to scam. Vince was so quick to set up an appointment for me. Repaired my fuel pump and got my brake pads and rotor replaced. Also an AC recharge. It drives like brand new and everything was done quickly. Finally found myself a great mechanic!

Executive Mobile auto service is a priceless business! Vince will come directly to you and assess/repair your vehicle. He has worked on multiple cars for my family and always does his best to keep cost affordable. You never know how much a repair shop is going to just hike up the prices to cover not only their overhead but employee wages. This company is mobile and Vince can do anything and everything. He really cares about vehicle maintenance. Very knowledgeable about all type of cars. He s saved my butt when I was stranded quite a few times. Vince has been servicing my BMW s for the last 4-5 years. And to be honest I hate when I have to go to the dealership(prepaid maintenance on my last vehicle) versus going to him. He is not only a great mechanic but also super professional. There was an instance that a repair on my vehicle was going to take longer than we anticipated and Vince rented me a car so that way I wouldn t have to miss time at work.
