We have been using Exclusive Automotive for many years and are always happy with their performance. Trust is difficult to earn in the automotive repair industry but we trust Exclusive Automotive implicitly! They NEVER recommend a repair unless it needs to be done. We drive 30 miles one way to get to them and it is worth that long drive. They have been keeping our elderly Sequoia running in topnotch shape since they opened and we appreciate it immensely. Love them!

Took my Nissan in for an obvious gas leak under the fuel filler neck. I showed Evan the picture and said it was taken under the passenger rear quarter panel. That s where the leak is .See first photoEvan called to tell me no leak detected, I picked up vehicle on Friday. It is now Sunday and the leak is still there and obviously showing two actual drips.See second photoHe didn t look where I told him to look, passenger rear quarter where the filler neck is located, but instead, he looked under the rear end of my car.See third photo.Instructions were pretty simple for a Class lll fuel leak! NEVER AGAIN

I utilized Costco s referral program and found this place. Marcella and Micah were both awesome! I had my alternator replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. And, although I didn t have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in and complete the repairs within 2 days. The price was very reasonable too, I even called three other repair shops for quotes and no one was able to match it.On another note, I read a couple of negative reviews with people mentioning some staff using curse words. Come on, folks. This is hard work for them. And, don t act like you ve never heard the words before.

Exclusive has always been good to me. They explain things well, and stand by their work. They don't try to over-sell you things you don't need, and perform their work in a timely manner. We've been taking our vehicles to Exclusive Automotive since 2015 and there is no other mechanic we'd consider taking them to in the valley. As friendly and professional as they come, they make a point to provide repair services, not sell repair services. I've been talked out of getting services when they knew my budget was constrained and it's always appreciated to know I can trust when they say something it absolutely necessary, strongly recommended, or non essential in the moment. This place is top notch! We were amazed at the kindness, knowledge and top notch service we received. We explained the issue we were running into, what the other places had done, they did a diagnostic review, and found all the issues and explained everything. They even sent us photos of what the previous person had done and never disclosed that was causing the issue. They fixed everything same day and from start to finish were so friendly and communicative. They went above and beyond and we can t thank them enough! We plan on doing all regular car maintenance there so we know our vehicle will be safe and we ll taken care of without issues! Plus you won t find friendlier staff members! We are so grateful for this place and no longer need to stress! I highly recommend this place for all car needs!!!

Logan here is excellent. He was very patient and explained everything about the repairs answering all my questions. Did all necessary repairs for a good price. I will definitely be going here only for any future repairs.Went back for another repair. Micah and team are fabulous too. They know what they are doing and can be trusted.

We've been taking our cars into Exclusive for over 12-13 years. Our grandkids are taking their cars to them now. They've always been professional and welcoming. Shout out to Exclusive Automotive Repair for their teams professionalism. Costco referred them to me, after purchasing tires, for a wheel alignment.I called around and they had the best price even before the 15% Costco discount. I took my car in for check on a small oil leak. They checked it out and gave me a diagnosis of what was occurring. I have been taking my cars to Exclusive for many years and have NEVER been disappointed with the work and cost. They are always fair priced and their work is excellent. I cant tell you how great these guys are! I got here about 15 min before opening, and the front door was open. I needed an oil change, and they had a full morning scheduled. Michael was so kind to grab my car, and he started working on it before they even opened. They're so fast, and if any problems arise they always fix or help u out ASAP. Thankyou so much guys! We took our cars to get our A/C refilled. It s that time of the year and they have both been blowing warm/weak. Everyone from the beginning to the end was polite, professional, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. The shop is very clean and well kept. Service was quick and now our A/C blows cold as ice on both cars. Thank you!

After a good friend of mine recommended Exclusivr Automotive I haven't been anywhere else. I have even taken family members' vehicles there as well. The staff is courteous, professional and they won't rip you off like some other places in Las Vegas.

Wayde at Exclusive Automotive has integrity and does not replace parts that are not needed. I had a squeak in my brakes so I was ready to replace them and he said that all they needed was a little grease to take that sound away. He didn't just replace them and charge me for them without cause. I had also had him check for what was reading at another place as a Cam Shaft sensor code alert and a transmission code and he checked it and said no your car is running as it should and there was no code coming up to suggest anything was wrong with my car. My car was having trouble with the pickup speed when I was on the freeway so I had a battery replacement and general maintenance done on the car and then he replaced the spark plugs for me and greased my brakes for me and that baby runs like a champion race horse. It is a 2002 Honda Accord that runs like it did when I bought it. We have had him work on other vehicles in the past and he is very reliable for fixing them and within a short amount of time. Thank you so much for your services Exclusive Automotive. I recommend this place above all in Las Vegas! I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity!

Brought my car in for an alignment, these guys did an outstanding job correcting the wrong doings from a shop I previously had worked on my car. My car drove straight & felt smooth. You've earned my business, I will have more service done by these guys at Exclusive.

These guYs are nice enough but didn't do much for diagnosis and left a wrench on the top of my engine that almost got sucked into a belt. Could have definitely added a little more care for my family's wallet and patience.left much to be desired

I've been to this location multiple times now and refuse to go anywhere else at this point. Like many, I've been given over priced quotes by so many shops in town and this is the one place that gives me consistently good prices and outstanding quality repairs every single time. I used to go to 2-3 shops to get different prices, but I don't even need to do that anymore. I'll only be coming here from now on
