front desk lady has terrible service, no respect. Hopped on phone call while in the middle of of our conversation then proceeded to help another customer before finishing my transaction. Took me 45 minutes to pay for a car but she helped other customer in 5 minutes.

Had a hood for 379 pete repair by the guys , 1st off told could match the paint , so the painted and agreed to take to our body shop in Oregon to have paint match, well upon getting to our body shop they pointed out that the hucked some pieces in wrong and didn't bother to fix all the damaged parts . Our body shop was able to match paint and redo what they couldn't fix the right way !So I would pay extra to go where you know and trust the work getting done !

I called in and tried to get ballpark estimate to repair my trailer. After describing the repair, the estimator just hung up on me. He couldn't be bothered to even say "we don't do that kind of job." I know it is a small job, I just expected a little bit of human decency I guess. If the phone call had a bad connection, the decent thing to say is "your phone is cutting out, please call back," or use the caller ID to call me back, not let out a huge sigh after I state my problem and then hang up on me.

Overcharge me on hourly my driver was there for 5 hours and 50 min according to transflo telematics (which does not lie and governed by DOT) received a repair bill for 8.1 hrs I called to confront them on the issue and was told two mechanics was working on the truck when my driver already had told me that only one mechanic was on the truck as he was out there watching. I do not like liars and dishonest people.

If you're going here then you're probably not happy...as I posted in another review...be prepared with all your information and necessary documentation, I.e., registration, title, DMV print out or other proof of ownership... The people that work here have a thankless job and it won't serve you well to argue with the policies. Just a

Worst of the worst. Employees Bend over backwards to ensure your day is ruined.Worst customer service I've ever seen (On multiple occasions over 12 years)

Poor customer service and when my car was impounded, A lot of my belongings were missing and they have no sympathy what so ever it s like take a number your not the only one.....Hopefully something is done about this because I m almost certain I m not the only one
