This is definitely our place to go to when our Audi A6 needs any kind of service. Charlie and Wendy are very nice and most importantly they are honest. The prices are great and the service was even better.Charlie explains everything clearly and precisely. I highly recommend Euro Master Tek!

Took my 2013 Audi A4 because it had a ceased engine and would not crank, they took engine out and found balance shafts were stuck, they were able to replace balance shafts and all timing components while taking care of all major maintenance and coolant system components while it was out. They did a fantastic job and the car is back on the road running better than ever. Absolutely recommend this shop for any Audi/wv owner.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Was on vacay sprung a wicked oil leak very much catastrophic failure to occur on my trip back to of course Cali...Repaired my Audi same day no problem fair price...was not a loss especially being in Vegas my gain...good work and gained a new Audi TECH for my phonebook AUDI OOOO's Amigos!!!!!!!

What an absolute joy to visit this facility. Came for brakes on my Lexus and saved 50% off dealer prices. Charlie is top notch mechanic and knows his trade. I don't east trust people with my car but he came highly recommended. Absolute pleasure. One of the last honest mechanics in Vegas.

I had a maintenance contract with the Audi dealership and they recommended some suspension work. When they showed me the estimate I really thought they added an extra zero. Anyways I called around and Charlie responded promptly. I came in for a look, he gave me his price, and 2 days later he got the parts and fixed up the car. The garage was clean and he was polite and professional. I will be back for all my Audi needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I m a hands on guy and DIY, I would never want to go to a mechanic. I looked through vegas shops reviews and found this one seemed honest and reviews seemed good, on top of that the labor rate was some of the best I ve seen here in vegas.I have a Audi s8 v10 , Charlie did an excellent job changing all 4 mounts at a reasonable price where Audi quoted me almost double.I even took my car for a follow up because I had other issues and Charlie made sure to take a look at my car , at NO CHARGE !! , I am planning to do motor mounts with them Because I feel comfortable working with Charlie and his wife. Trustworthy and honest people. No BS

I just dropped my car off at this place today. He was referred to me though a past customer. I buy a lot of cars and have for 12 years here in the valley. I have been to a lot of shops here as well. This shop put me at ease just the few mins I was talking to them. The shop is very clean and organized as well as the owners. Charlie, the Owner/Tek is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am really looking forward to having someone like Charlie to take all my euro cars to. As we all know. Its a night mare to find a good shop you can trust that will do a good job and treat you fairly, especially for German cars. Thank you for being professional Charlie. I will follow up after I pick up my vintage Mercedes from him.

VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!! VERY HONEST GOOD PEOPLE !!! I ve taken for car here 3 times for different things and legit NEVER HAD SUCH GOOD SERVICE !!! This place is a MUST!! I have a 2015 Mercedes benz e350 ! They treat me like family and are EXTREMELY trust worthy !!!If you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust and do the job RIGHT and for a very good reasonable price TAKE YOUR CARE HERE !!! My Jag had a fuel pump malfunction while visiting my daughter here in Vegas.Called no less than 15 shops...none could find a spot for me in time for the repair before my Monday departure.None would use my part received by warranty.Charlie found a slot for me the next day and got me back on the road.Beat the others prices by as much as $200.00.No extra or hidden charges, he stuck to his original estimate to the penny.Highly recommend this shop.

Brought my car not running with $3000 warranty, guy said my timing is off, need to open the engine to ensure valve, pistons are OK. Made my car running back again however he asked for another $3000k+ on top of warranty, yet my car still have an engine light with misfire he can't resolve then he wants me to bring the car again to diagnose again. 2010 A4 2.0. You be the judge. You are husband and wife working together.

Best place for any vehicle Carlos is the man to talk to he is honest fair and does amazing work. They will take care of what's wrong and let you know what you need to be ready for on future maintenance. Been going here for 5 years and refuse to go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

Charlie did a PPI for me in short notice on a car I am buying from out of town at a very reasonable cost. He was thorough and detailed in his inspection. If I lived in Las Vegas I would take all of my cars to him!
