Has an oil leak. They changed the axle seal poorly, bolts were not tightened when my driver left. seal was not pressed but hammered in. Oil was still leaking. Over charge you and do not get the job done. Save yourself time and headache.

We had a blown axle seal, ERA is kind enough to fit us in in a busy Monday morning and we are good to go after 3 hours. Clean shop, great staff, highly recommended.

The service was above great !!!! I had a truck broke down 120 miles away hauling a very large load, the service tech Jerome picked up a new differential on Friday then went out to replace the differential on a Sunday. He also returned the bad differential for credit to my account.If you need your truck repaired this is the company to use.

This company has helped us out twice. They are very personal and professional. I had a fuel problem with my truck. I had to make a drop with my truck. They come out figured it out quickly and i was on my way. I had complete PM done on my Truck and Trailor. They did an excellent Job with aspects of the PM.They also adjusted Clutch and repaired wiring on the bumper light bar. They did a Great Job. Mechanics are very good. Misty is an asset to this organization. Thank You ERA

Broke down between Boulder and Searchlight Nevada. Called tow service, Big Valley Towing (Great people) and the tow driver recommended E.R.A. to go to. I was a bit leery wondering what kind of payoff there might be between the two. Once my son and I got there and were unhooked, Mark got us set up. Put a man our problem and did a diagnosis.This place is great. They are honest, Nice, realistic and they are not going to take advantage of you because you are stuck. This may sound like an owner of the company shilling, but it is not. I am a business owner from South Dakota passing through. I would take this bunch of guys as employees any day. In South Dakota we may be thought of as hayseeds, but we know what fair is. Fair is ERA in Vegas. Jon

This company is a nightmare. Don't use them unless you want to get ripped off. They screwed me out of money for services they never did. I had them out for broken hydraulics on my RV and they sent a shady estimate to my insurance (which my insurance denied of course) and then tried to get me to pay an additional $650 on top of the $500 I already paid them for a deductible for work that was never done. There's plenty of other mechanics in Las Vegas. Choose a different one.

This shop is top notch! After my truck broke down and I had it towed to the dealer and was told the repair would cost $4000.00, I called Marc, who was recommended by the guys who towed me. Who knows better than tow guys?!! I told Marc what the dealer told me and he asked me to back up and tell him what happened when I broke down. I told him and he said something wasnt making sense and to bring it in to him to look at. He knew the story the dealer told me and he could have very easily confirmed their story and taken the $4000.00 for himself. Instead, he and his guys did everything they could and couldn't find one problem with my truck except for low transmission fluid. I paid them $300.00 for their time to diagnose the problem that didn't exist instead of paying the dealer $4000.00. When I told the dealer, they insisted their diagnostics were right and they sent me the technical documentation for the error code they received. The #1 possible cause for the error was... You guessed it... "low transmission fluid". The dealer not only didnt "get" that part, but they let me take the truck off their lot with low trans fluid. Marc and his guys didn't have the benefit of the error code that the dealer had, because it was cleared, but they still found and corrected the problem. These days it is hard to find people who "do the right thing" when faced with the perfect opportunity to take advantage of people. The guys at this shop have proven to me that they have a level of honesty and integrity that far surpasses most shops. I will only take my truck here as long as i live in Vegas or am close enough to get there. Thank you guys for doing great, honest work at reasonable prices!! I'm telling all of my diesel friends about you!!

This place was not a great shop, but since new owners have taken over they have gone over and beyond to take care of me and some of my trucker buddies Misty was amazing and the lead mechanic Jerome was very informative and took care of my truck super fast and efficiently. Thank you again guys highly recommended shop.

Having spent several months last Summer traveling through Canadian & Alaskan mountains, we were concerned with the condition of our 7 year old brakes. We initially took our RV to a local Freightliner dealer for examination & were told all of the pads & drums required replacing, at a cost of $3,300. Considering this both excessive & dubious, we then took the RV to ERA on Alto Rd. They removed all of the tires, pads & drums and showed us that not only were all four drums in great condition, as well as the rear pads, but pointed out the rear tires had not been removed.We replaced the front pads because they had both had a small crack in them &, four hours & $830 later, we were on our way.We would strongly recommend this company, which will do most RV services.Note: When we asked the first company to let us inspect our brake parts, we were advised they had been re-installed.

Hi all ! I spend about $13,000 for replace my transmission and replace 4 camshaft bushings on my trailer.I went back on the start driving all of a sudden my trailer wheels came off loose because they don t tighten the lug nuts I so close to cause huge accident on busy freeway! Cost me $3000 for repair!Clutch they put broke ! Cost me $3500 ! They re refuse to take responsibility! SO BECAREFULL!!

Worst experienced ever , they charged me $4500 just for repair the drive shaft , and the old guy was very rude , I recommend all the trucker do not ever go to this place you will be robbed

This guy's coming to fix your problem but after their job you have to fix 2 problems,and when you call the office nobody answer the phone,and about the price just to come and find the problem will cost you at least 613$if you are in the city area,I can not imagine how much will cost if you are out of city,terrible ripped off,very disappointed, drive save and stay away from this guys

Worst place I ever delivered an empty damn trailer to!!! Got there on a Friday night, and had to wait until that Monday morning to drop the pos because people can't give proper information..
