Moe, Derrick, and the staff are outstanding!I had a RYDEEN Tombo 4K 360 X Dashcam installed.Forward 360-degree view and rear facing 122 degrees Horizontal FOV camera installed.Had vehicle faults a week later after dash cam installed. I came back addressed these issues, and Moe and Derrick resolved the issues in less than 30 min.March 2024.Came back to ELITE for an un Install of RYDEEN Tombo 4K 360 X Dashcam due to buying a new vehicle and working with Car Dealer rep to ensure installed dashcam was un install and no damage to vehicles electrical, and windshield and or rear window camera did not damage the vehicle.Dealer Rep was happy and myself were again impressed with the quality of removal and care of work!

Needed small patch of truck tail gate buffed after I stupidly removed the dealer decal incorrectly. I thought I was looking at repaint and bigger job. But they were totally honest and just buffed it out and did not charge me. I am pretty certain other places would have not been so honest. Excellent place and super busy for a reason.

I was looking into getting racing stripes added to my Mustang GT convertible and stopped by Elite Audio Customs & collision by chance - I immediately met the president/owner SJ. He showed me around their shops and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall professionalism of the operation. SJ offered me a very fair price on the racing stripes. During the tour I learned they do lots of other work and I ended up also having them fix 2 small dents with their paint-less dent repair, and to have all 4 brake calipers painted to match my car. The team started work on my car before I had even signed the contract, and all the work was done in less than 2 days, right on time as promised! All the work came out beautifully, the stripes exactly as I wanted, the 2 small dents completely gone (couldn t tell they had ever been there), and the paint matched brake calipers look great!! I would recommend SJ and his team to my family and friends without hesitation! High quality work done promptly and as promised at a very fair price!!

Mind blown! I came in with an idea of how I wanted a sub installed. After recommendations from their techs, very valid recommendations regarding location of the subs, I let the guys do their work. I wasn't too sure what to expect but when I got my car back, washed as well! I was just amazed with the work.The even added the M-logo and matched my car's interior to the design. These guys are good at what they do, check out the photos. I just need reason to go back do more work on my car...

Where do I start! Such an amazing experience. Jay at Elite is absolutely amazing !! I m so so happy I found this place. I was at another shop, and almost made the mistake of going with someone else. The owner Jay is very attentive, he truly cares about all of his customers. The front desk is very nice. I will never take my car anywhere else. If you re debating on going to Elite I would make the decision, and go they re awesome. I got my car tires here, and rims painted, windows tinted. I will never go to anyone else for my car needs again. They finished earlier than anticipated, went above and beyond on the work, and simply proved why they keep getting so many awards. And I can honestly say I've never dealt with a business in Las Vegas with such a single minded focus on doing right by the customer. I'm absolutely a fan.

I can not recommend Elite Audio Customs and Collision enough!! Their customer service is on point! They were friendly, very accommodating and efficient!! I had new speakers and a subwoofer installed. Shout out to Mo for helping me and getting me in quick. And shout out to SJ for recommending the Focal speakers! Their techs are amazing as well. This place is top notch!!! They sold me a $500 dollar amp and sub " package" that I later found out was trash! The 1000w amp went into protection mode after less than a week and they said that somehow I blew the amp..BullS#@t!! Had to pay additional money to replace the amp and have them install it.... 3 days later same thing happens. Found out that the amp has been discontinued since 2012!!!

I received excellent customer service at Elite Audio, my service advisors Matt & Mo are both very professional and knowledgeable. Great place to visit and learn about audio systems and more. I blew out my factory speakers + radio in my Prius after 5 years of driving around with my audio system on max volume pretty much all the time.The speakers and radio that I got installed here sound **AMAZING** also 10/10 customer service, would definitely recommend if you re looking for quality product and service

Had a subwoofer installed. The first day I just inquired about what needed to be done and the guy was completely patient with me and explained my best options moving forward. After signing up for easypayfinance, I walked in the next day and was immediately greeted and my car was taken to the back to get the work done. After close to maybe 2.5hrs my car was parked in front of the store and I was shown the work they completed. It was done neatly and seamlessly AND I was told I ve a year warranty should something go wrong. ANY audio upgrades I d get in the future, there s only one place I m going to.Service: Electrical

Giving three stars for a variety of reasons. Pros: the people there were somewhat helpful. We've been here a few times. Our roommate Alex keeps referring them to everyone. The place stays clean every time I go. Half the times I've gone the prices have been reasonable. The owner was extremely friendly. He was more than happy to help with everything. They also have some really cool rims there that are just fun to look at. Cons: when we had arrived (we were there to meet the owner at a scheduled time) we had asked for the owner and a man told us we had to wait in a line. Normally this would be a normal thing most people have to do however, this was a scheduled meeting. When you schedule a meeting you don't tell somebody to wait in a line. It's extraordinarily rude. However, right after the man told us we needed to wait in a line the other guy was on the phone with the owner and said he was going to be right there to speak with us. Also, the rude guy kept staring at me the whole time. It was a bit unsettling. We went there to pretty much get a replacement for every single piece on a truck. Like the whole thing. They had started off by estimating that it was going to cost around 15 grand. That was reasonable. Somehow the 15 grand managed to turn into 20 grand. So we went somewhere else to get the mechanical work done. For the cosmetic things we are still considering this place so it is not completely off the table. I forgot to take pictures of the establishment while I was there so unfortunately I'm not able to attach any to this review. I apologize. Not sure if this is the best place I would recommend people to go to, but would definitely bring them up in a conversation if anyone were to ask me if "I know somebody who does car work" out of everybody there though, the owner was definitely the best person to speak to about anything. I would not recommend the other employees.

These guys teally care aboutvyour needs, I audio upgrades to my Tesla and my new Honda. Custom work on the Tesla was great, will not use any other dealer.

I called and spoke to Mo this and asked for a 2018 dodge ram subwoofer box which he said they had. Even called twice to confirm which even though he overpriced item at $1500 I drove 45min out of my way to find out they didn t even have. I told him it wouldn t fit my truck and he said very rudely that you don t have to shop here. Terrible customer service and just tried to get me in shop. Reflection detail has in stock and we re very customer friendly and just right down the street from them. DONT SHOP HERE!*If price was the sole read for my review then I wouldn t have drove 45 min out my way to purchase the item. The fact of the matter is that I spoke to Mo on 2 Separate occasions and told him exactly what I had to make sure the box would fit. My complaint was that he said that he had in stock but didn t and was very rude. When I stopped by the shop he said here it is and I kindly said that this is not the right box that we spoke about and he was very unprofessional about how he told me that I don t have to shop there. All I said was this is not the box we spoke about. I would have shopped there if it was the box we spoke about on those two separate occasions as well as having better customer service. Especially when someone calls to make sure before driving for nothing. Waste of time and very unprofessional.

Jay has helped me out a few years ago but recently had a rock fly up into my grille on my RS3. Elite had my car back looking brand new and without breaking the bank. 10 out 10 recommend anyone who wants or needs work done and doesn't cut corners . The customer service was amazing! Such an amazing crew too many names to drop. I appreciate the fact they worked with me and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They stayed within my price range and still was able to provide me with top notch equipment for my vehicle. Thanks Elite I look forward to having continued business in the many years to come. The entire staff really treated me like family.

Was referred by a friend of mine Jeremy to see Darryl the owner at Elite auto body. Called the shop and Darryl answered the phone, right away I knew this could be a good place. Took my wife s BMW 5X over showed him the damage he gave me a price. Told me it would be ready on Friday and it wasn t. Completely understandable the place is incredibly busy. Came back on Tuesday it was done, Darryl and his staff went over and beyond to repair every nick scratch and debris that was on the vehicle. The price was unbelievable I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend Darryl and Elite Auto Body !!!Rock Star staff, main man at the desk, Super Star !!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome place, had my wife s car wrapped could not be happier with the job. Great service, and advice. J is great guy to work with. I also noticed that the level of service didn t differ between small spending customers and larger spending customers, service was great all around. I will be back (soon) for my personal car to get wrapped and my younger sisters.
