SHADY!! Took them all day (8hrs) to fix ONE rim. I was told $100 then when I came to pick my car up they tried to charge me $150 I had to argue for 15 minutes if it weren t for the little boy who over heard them tell me the original price I would ve been still arguing. Got home and realized they never put the Hub cover back on my rims. Other than that they fixed my rim. But I ll never go back to that place.

The staff always so polite here. I love hole in the wall places and supporting local. 10/10 service. Great people.

Great customer service help me see that both my tires needed work not just one and leaving the other to break. We got everything and more taken care of and I feel comfortable driving again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. $100 dollars for popcorn welds(mind you, i brought my own catalytics) I could've done a better job with a weld machine from harbor freight. Do yourself a favor and go to a real muffler shop . This place is a joke.

A bit overpriced for a patch from other tire shops I've dealt with, but they were fast and got the job done right the first time, hence the 5 stars. I don't mind paying a little extra for good fast service. Always tip good friendly people. No sean codos.

Came here before multiple times and they had always given me fair prices... Came in today and they tried to charge me over 120$ to put 2 tires on wheels that were not even on a car. Then when I told him I was going somewhere else he told me he was going to "ask his boss" if he can lower the price I had already grabbed my stuff to leave and he got upset.. I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on

Nothing but good things to say about El Patron Auto Shop...Needed a replacement Michelin tire and in 30 seconds of asking the Desk Manager he said yes ...Bring the tire to the side Bays and someone will find and mount the tire for you. He wasn't kidding! It was the exact tire and MY tire was stripped and the new one mounted in no less than 15 mins. The mechanics and crew in the garages work like a well oiled machine. AMAZING to watch and I would recommend this shop for an honest price and a pleasurable experience in TRUE Customer Service!

This place is AMAZING as ever I had 2 blow outs and needed a rim these guys fixed my car drives ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will definitely go to them again if I ever have an issue here in Vegas again.... if I could give more the 5 stars I would. They are off the charts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

If the was something lesser than a one star for me to review this people I will do just that. I was there to fixed my catalytic convertor and Oscar said I was going to pay $750 which I did. Months later the check engine light came back on and from diagnostics it shows it was still the Catalytic that had a problem. I went to the shop numerous times and the person on the front desk said only Oscar could handle the situation and he was not there. After numerous visits I was only able to talk to Oscar on the phone and he said the was nothing they could do if I did not have my receipt. What happened to your own records? If you don't like dishonest people at the mention of this name pls run away. I would not recommend this place even to my enemy.

Place is absolute garbage I showed up at 8 am to change my break pads and rotters and the mechanic wasn't there then I called to come back at 10 and they told me the mechanic wouldn't come back till Tuesday this place is great at having their mechanics take extended vacations

I'll go nowhere else whenever I need any tires & they're also very reasonable with their prices. Best tire shop I've ever seen. The employees are very attentive & they listen & they also comply to you.

After going to several tire shops we decided to get tires and alignment at El Patron. Very happy with the service. Ricardo was very courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain to us what was going on with our car and how to fix it. Would definitely recommend and will return when necessary.

I never have time to rate and review this high quality tire shop. I go here every often to get my truck tires and get fix. They're very fast workers and get the job done right. I never been to another place with this high quality of work. I recommended this place to all my truck clubs friend and I always tell them if the owner gives you attitude to not get all offended because he's not really giving you attitude he's just trying to have a great day. I know this because my friend Saul used to work there and he says they're just very outgoing persons. But I'll always recommend this tire shop to anyone who needs work on there vehicle. Thanks for your service and have a great Thanksgiving Day to all of the hard workers.

I have come here multiple times over the years, always friendly service and they try to give you the lowest price possible. This place is great, clean, waiting sucks sometimes but you gonna wait anywhere you go! They are at least nice :) 5 all day

I had the misfortune of dealing with a company that I found to be very disreputable and they left me with a brand new tire that leaked. Determined not to go back I chose to try a recommendation from a friend, thank goodness I did! These guys are fantastic and were so helpful and got me in and out in a snap. I highly recommend you give them a try for your auto needs. :)

El Patron stands by their service. I failed my smog test and they made sure I passed it at one third the price of two other shops

This is my go to for used tires oh and a new set for under 500 I like how they treat you as a lady at all times never trying to over charge !! Loyal customer here!!

I am so impressed with this Tire shop. We woke up to snow today and while letting my 10 year old play outside while we waited for his bus I saw our rear passenger side tire was all of the way flat. Then my sons bus broke down. So I called an Uber to take him to school. Then I called around to see if someone would come to my house take off the tire, fix it at the shop and then bring it back to me. I called 7 shops, everyone said no I m sorry we don t do that. By this time I m panicking so I tried El Jefe he said the shops truck was broken down. Victor said try Oscar over at El Patron tires. Oscar is my hero. They came and completed the job. At the end when they brought it back, Oscar met me and shook my hand. His helper was great too. They should be rewarded immensely for the customer service and professionalism they displayed today. Oscar you have earned my business for life. Once again for your help.

I have been here two times. The first time was to get one of my tires replaced. The next time was just recently. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it up. Fast service and friendly. :)

My husband and I have went here in the past to get our windows fixed it has always cost $50 we went there this past weekend we needed 3 windows fixed and 2 of the workers laughed and said it's $80 for each one, We said why so much they said we changed owners.A friend of ours we sent to get the same window job done they did it for $45,My husband works for AAA he has for years sent everyone to them .They pick and choose by your race what they want to charge..They did us a favor my husband went to pick a part and used Youtube and did it himself.. So Thank You!!!

The shop owner Oscar is the best an the shop is so clean you can eat off the floor everything is organized I have been coming here for years he is very honest also thank you EL PATRON

Sold me a bad tire.He said it was my fault for driving around with it. They remanufacture the tires here. Make sure you get a receipt from this establishment. The owner knows his rights so he knows how rip off his clients. He tried to sell me another tire at a $5 discount.Thank you I will no longet support small tire shops.Costco here is my money!! Even walmart has good prices on tires.

No words i can say/write to this review about my hepe ricardo (mechanic), how thankful and grateful i am that he worked on my car, he is friendly ,knowledgeable, reliable and dedicated to his job... he even did the job he is not paid for, for the sake of his best quality of work...Thank you ricardo u r the real patron.
