You just can't beat the service they do here. My husband and I went in needing to replace a very very bald tire. We got an amazing price on 2 new tires and was very pleased on installation cost compared to another place. Always a great job here. Even though they were extremely busy, the wait time wasn't ridiculous either.

They are the greatest but I haven't always felt that way, but they will air up my tires when my car tells me I'm low on air. The guys out there doing the job are great. I personally believe that are probably new workers getting the crummy job but I would say to managers, "Learn a lesson, they are the face of YOUR company how many times a day, with how many ??? people? They are doing important face-to-face interaction. Not sure if people tip them or not but they are VALUABLE. Your entire company/location/service is being evaluated - think about it!

I ve been going to the discount tire on flamingo for over 22 years. I ve used them for all my kids cars and mine. Now my grandkids use them. They have always been kind and professional throughout the years and for that I m grateful.

Discount tire has very competitive tire pricing compare to other shops in this area, so I went to this location to have 4 tires and TPMS sensor changed. The tire pressure warning light was still on after they changed the TPMS sensor, and the I was told it'll take some time to rest. After driving the car for a week and half, the tire pressure light is still on, so I went back for another check. This time I was told that the tire pressures light is due to issue with my electrical circuit, and the employee wanted me to take my car to Toyota dealership for diagnostic testing. I find that excuse weird, so decided to take my car to another Discount Tire location for a second opinion. The staff at the Sahara location was able to successfully pair the TPMS sensor within a few minutes, and solved the tire pressure warning light issue. I will still be a customer at Discount Tire at the Sahara location, but find the Flamingo location's employee's lack of knowledge and making up excuses unprofessional.

I used to live around the corner from this place and it became the regular spot for any time my family or friends needed any service. Everybody who ever helped any of us was always extremely professional as well as helpful. This is definitely the place to go if you re looking for their service.

Went there for tire sensor made an appointment prior and received excellent service from the manager Sal. He was kind, courteous, & proficient. Sal was able to facilitate all of my requests and did an excellent job at taking the time to listen without rushing me during the process. Wait time was earlier than expected which is why I will return to this location next time. Special thanks to Sal for providing excellent service. The assistant manager Kyle actually fixed my sensor himself and provided excellent service as well.Special thanks to the entire staff

I went to have my tires air checked and there was a line of 10 people ahead of me. 45 minutes later they had helped 4 people. That wasn't the worst part. None of the work bays had cars in them and all of the other workers were standing around talking. I cannot believe that no one would take the initiative to help the ONE worker that was actually working. I had to get back to work and had to leave. When I called the store and asked them to move the cones so I could leave they told me to just drive over them. Then I had to get help having the cones removed from under my car. Way to go Discount! Won't be back. And yes I did buy my tires from this location.

Gotten tires here over the years and really haven t had any complaints but I went in today for a tire replacement that was under warranty. Got told at two stores that it was covered, made appointment where I had originally gotten tires from. Changed tire and got charged. Never again. Dishonesty is the absolute worst in customer service.

Not the place to send your wife/Mom looks like they try to take advantge of them and charge over price, my mom went to wheel alignment and they try to get her with $1500 brakes, when I went to a different place it was not needed, only front brakes for $189. Shame

After calling around, where i was quoted very high on my tires. I called at the last minute to get two tires, before leaving out of town, Sebastian was very helpful in getting me the best rate and was able to get me in the following morning. Sebastian was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!!

I dread getting my car fixed and as it is almost 13 years old, it's become a more frequent problem.Recently, I got a nail stuck in my tire and in the past discount tire has patched tires for me for free. My tires were about 5 or 6 years old, so I figured I might just need to get all new tires.I walked in at 4pm. They told me it was best to replace the tires, since the nail was in the sidewall of the tire and my other tires were old. Unfortunate, but understandable. They estimated I would be there until about 5:20pm. Also reasonable.At 4:25pm, they were calling my name that my car was ready! I was floored! So fast! And then they told me that whenever I need my tires rotated, they will do it for free! This was especially nice news because whenever I ask my oil change place to rotate my tires, their car lift is always "broken." .... kinda like the McDonald's shake machine if you ask me I highly recommend this store. I had a quick and easy experience and will definitely be purchasing all future tires from discount tire.

I do agree with this location having very good customer service.but my tire was flat just wanna to get fix.but jazz said unfortunately the tire was broke and I need to get a new one.and won t able to replaced.so,i don t have any choices and bought a new tire for them.it sounds like weird,but anyway never go back anymore and thanks.

I love the service I get from Discount Tire!! They never disappoint... Sebastian was there to help me when the tires I ordered online didn't come in on time. He put on better tires that cost more than what I bought -didn't charge extra and had me back on the road in a quickness!Thanks Discount Tire for your great employees!

LET ME TELL YOU, the staff here are absolutely amazing!!! I am a woman, but an intelligent one.. so walking into a car place of any kind is sometimes a challenge...THESE GUYS TAKE CARE OF YOU AND DO NOT TRY ANY SNEAKY STUFF! THEY DONT TRY AND GET OVER ON YOU, it is actually quite the opposite! I always feel and am well taken care of! James is my favorite, but all of the guys are awesome!!! Also I am super confident that I am ALWAYS riding safe on good tires, which is important to me because I have children!!

I've been coming to these guys since we moved here over a year and a half ago. Staff is super amazing, helpful, and informative. They go over everything and explain the best options for what is happening and then even have payment options if you need help. Couldn't speak higher of them and the fast services they provide. Highly recommend setting any appointment as they can get busy. Waiting room is very large, clean and air conditioned with water and coffee while you wait. Pricing on tires and rims are very reasonable.

Dylan is such a terrible customer service representative that it s hilarious. He checked my tire size and ordered the wrong size, and was too prideful to admit his mistake. He has a general bad attitude towards the customers and is pretty impatient/short if you don t answer him the way that he wants you to. He lets out long sighs before answering questions like a petulant teenager.It s annoying to deal with him initially, but after watching him work, you start to realize how miserable his job must be and how little he is paid, and that s when you start to feel sorry for him.

Great place to get your tires. However today I was just looking to top off the air in my tires and the line was to the corner. Didn't have time to wait. Still my goto place to buy tires.

The salesman was very rude and try to over charge over price for breaks in an Honda $1650 when only needed break pads for $268 at a different shop

Great communication and service. Brought my care in because I had a screw in the tire. They had me fixed up quickly for free! They have always honored the warranty on tires and they have me as a customer for life.

Don't bother with this location if you actually care about the finish of your wheels. All four of my new black wheels have scratches that can't be buffed out from the tools they use to mount and balance the wheels. The workers are polite but it's clear they're just trying to get cars in and out as quickly as possible and don't take pride in their work.
