This place is awesome! They are very honest and do great work quickly. Their prices are very competitive too. I know i can be a bit of a diva and I had some very specific requests for my new wheels. Zachary took excellent care of my car and did excellent work!

I have had excellent experiences prior to this visit. However, yesterday I stopped in for a replacement for a damaged tire. They had to order it and I received a call this morning stating it was in. I was told to come right down to have it installed. I went straight there arriving at 10:30am. Then I was told it would not be ready until 1:00pm. Why did they tell me to come at 10:30? I suspect it is the manager of this location and the discombobulated staff and unhappy customers are victims of their incompetence.

Went in without appointment, was greeted right away by Adrian. Told him I wanted a tire change from my Stock Tacoma wheels to some custom off road ones I had, and I was in and out in about 45mins. Adrain and the crew at this location were amazing and worked with professionalism. I even had some questions answered from Adrain about other tires I was looking at in the future. He also informed me of other items such as lug nuts, sensors, gave me his input of why he recommended the tires I also had in mind for a future purchase, big props to Adrain and the rest of the crew that worked on my truck at this location. No scratches on the truck, the old tires were carefully placed on my truck bed, these guys know what they re doing. Happy customer here

Came here 6 hours away to get buy used tires from a man who was getting them dismounted here at discount tires. during their dismount accidentally took a chunk out of the tire and therefore we didn't buy the used,newer tires from the man and the man lost a sale because of this accident. The tire worker says, "we will just not charge for dismounting them." The manager says we will try finding a used tire. We are both out our time and we are both out tires he can't sell them at all now.The man who dismounted the tires knew they were older tires and different grade was ok to even dismount them in the first place. After looking through these tires to buy we noticed a couple of chunks off tire and decided to not get them.Same guy then blamed age of tire.. I hope they will make this right for the man who is a repeat customer atleast.. we are out gas and time off work and tires too.The manager said he would try finding a tire to replace the damaged tire..so we will see. Thanks guys.

Came in to get my tire rotated and a spare tire. I was given an appointment time & showed up 10 minutes before. Ended up waiting an hour for a tire rotation that was offered to me for free. I m 100% grateful this is a free service, however, if I would ve known my appointment would take and hour and a half I would ve scheduled on a less busy day.

I had an appointment this morning at 8:15 and when I arrived early around 8. I was greeted by a smiling manager who held the door open and greeted me by name. He quickly signed me in and took my car right in to the garage. He told me my car would be ready in about 30 minutes and to my shock it WAS. I now have 4 new tires and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you again. The price was an incredible deal compared to the dealership.

Had my Camaro serviced here just a small nail removal. It was totally free they put air in all my tires and I was gone in a bout 10 to 25 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and took care of me. I will definitely be back for other service. 5 star treatment and hospitality here thank you!

Very quick and clean shop--I asked for tires to be 40 PSI--Tires were 35 when I got home, and better yet, the receipt said I asked for 32 PSI-So thats two strikes.After 20 plus years of being a customer I would expect more.

Don t go in there without anyone who doesn t know much about tire especially women please. They told me I needed to change all of my 4 tires and that s fine I understand since it was about time to change but they charged certificates (like warranty) without my permission. I asked for refund of warranty which was $157 and he was not happy about it and gave me an attitude.

I had my TPMS sensor change by Discount Tire at the Flamingo location, but tire pressure warning light was still on after the newly installed TPMS sensor. The staff at Flamingo gave me a bogus excuses, first wanting me to drive the car for a couple hours, and then wanting me to take my car to the dealership to check electrical board. I decided to came to the Sahara location for a second opinion before taking my car to the dealership, and the friendly staff here was able to quickly pair up the TPMS sensor and solved the issue within minutes. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff at this location, and will be coming to this shop in the future.

Always top notch, the service is good, was able to make an appointment and that time was kept when I arrived, I didn't have to wait long at all. It's really nice how they try their best to work with each individual. I get all my tire needs met at discount tire, and I will always go there for future needs. Update: 9/28/23, I went in this morning because the tire I just had replaced is low again and my vehicle is telling me its low. I go to the tire pressure check line, just to make sure, I'm last in line. A delivery truck shows up, and as it's my turn, the employee says he can't check my tires because there is a delivery and I need to move and come back later. I thought that discount had better standards then that, I thought that the service was always "top notch" looks like I was wrong! To tell a customer to leave after they have been in line, waiting for them, is wrong. He should have taken the few minutes to handle my needs and then handled the delivery, especially since it is the tire they just replaced 6 days earlier. Way to drop the ball! I hope someone in charge see this and educates the employee on proper customer service. The service is no longer top notch, I will have to find a new tire shop to go to.

This location and all bad on non revenue work orders flat tires and warranty work THERE LOYSY they take all new money and keep pushing us to the back not cool on warranty work HAD TO GO TO BIG O TIRES THERD AWESOME AND HAVE A DEDICATED TEAM DONT buy there bull c o hazard stuff unless YIUR willing to spend hours not cool when traviling

While the service was quick and courteous, I was surprised when my tires were installed with white lettering on the inside. If I m going to pay extra $$$ for raised white letters, you can bet your xxx I want it facing out.

I bought two new tires from these guys, and it was a fair price. Out the door for $300. I didn't have an appointment but they got me done in about an hour. They really surprised me by mounting my spare tire back in place under the car when they were finished. That was a pain in the butt I was not looking forward to dealing with. That extra little bit of service really got my attention.

Day started off real sad when someone on the freeway flagged me down and told me my rear tire was flat. I made it to work and got out to check it. It was as flat as it can get without rolling on the rims! So I called discount tire and was greeted by a young man named Aaron. Aaron checked my phone number and told me the tires i had weren t in stock but he could try and get me one if I got there within a reasonable timeframe. So I put on a smile and rolled down to discount tire to meet Aaron out front checking in the cars. He remembered me and my truck, before I was even able to get out he had already started looking around and assessing my low pressure tire!!! There was a little miscommunication between me and a different employee, nothing bad.. just different. None the less, when it came time to pick up the truck Aaron had ordered the tire way earlier in the day and was able to install it on my rig!!! I honestly feel like this experience was worth my writing the review. If it weren t for kids like Aaron who take pride in what they do then this damn country wouldn t be so great!!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY!!! Thank you Discount Tire and thanks again Aaron!!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR AUTOMOBILE TIRE NEEDS!!!

I want to give a shout out to Aaron and his team as they accommodated my friend and I with a wheel swap on his car today. Very professional and courteous, had the answers and solutions to all of our questions and needs. Never made us feel like "just another customer" but actually part of the whole process. Excellent job, happy with the result and prices.

Zachary helped me yesterday remove something from underneath my car that was rubbing and he did it with a Smile and the utmost courtesy and professionalism! Been coming here and doing regular business with DISCOUNT TIRE for over 18 years, and always purchase my tires here. Came in 6/2 scheduled appointment to take screw out of my tire and have it plugged. At first by looking at my tires he said they can plug time tire and I had approximately 65-70% left by the graph he showed me. While waiting I received a call saying the inside of the tire was damaged and it needed to be replaced. Purchased new tire recommended by advisor. Had no issues purchasing and would have gone back next month to purchase the other front tire next month based on what he said inside of tire is falling apart . I left feeling really good about my experience. As I m driving I see the tire pressure is reading 42/43 in the front tires. I have never put this much pressure in my tires. I called them and asked why they put so much pressure in my tires? Dillion told me it wasn t a big deal and I can come by and they ll put it to where I want the pressure to be at? That s not the issue. My issue is I had an appointment I expected it to be right as I trusted them. He hung up on me as I wanted to set up another appointment to get the other tire replaced and the other tire I purchased today to the correct PSI. Customer Service was terrible from Dillion. I m hoping to find another location which can read manufactures recommend PSI and not to be hung up on when spending money the same day and for nearly two decades With this said; I wish I would have seen my tire that was falling apart on the inside on my 17 Lexus. Overall disappointing from a trusted brand which I once considered top notch.

The dealership told me there was a puncture in my tire that wasn't fixable, and quoted me around $800 to replace the tire. Since I bought them at Discount Tire I went back to see if there was anything they could do. It turns out the puncture was TOTALLY fixable and they fixed it for me free and in under an hour. Boo to Lexus of Las Vegas, and yay to Adam at Discount Tire!

I usually go to this place for every tire need for the last 5yrs . But they messed up my car and won't make good on it.i bought tires in 2023 and went in for tire rotation and one lug nut was stripped on and they had to break off the stud. I asked the guy what now he said "sorry.they do sell the studs at auto zone . But you'll have to take it to a mechanic to fix it." The last time my tires came off the car was when I bought new tires from Discount Tire. Going elsewhere now, SUGGEST YOU DO TO !!!!!!!

Guys were really helpful and got us in and out quickly. Went in for a inspection on a few Tire punctures and had to replace all four as punctures were to close to the edge of the tire. They got us a great deal on 4 new tires and we were on the road in an hour and a half. Team was flexible, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We also get free rotation and balancing for the life of the tires. Pretty great set up.

Called to try and get an appt for next week. They said, "bring it in now!". Got in and out, 4 new tires less than an hour! Friendly, informative, found me better tires for less than originals replacement.This will be our go-to place from now on.

Have been using Discount tire for 11 years in Las Vegas. Overall been a great decision. Usually go to a different location. But the Sahara location is close to my job. Carlos helped me buy new wheels and tires. He checked the specs to make sure they fit my vehicle. I went with a little aggressive setup, but he imputed measurements in the system and assured me that it was compatible. Carlos was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and applied no pressure to the sale. I made it easy on him, by knowing what setup I wanted and doing some research. Wheel shipping took awhile. But eventually dropped off my car and went to work and wheels and tires were on and ready for pick up before closing. I love the set up! Should of listened to Carlos and took off my front mud flaps due to rubbing. Owner error on my part. Took me few minutes to take them off and no rubbing. I recommend Sahara location for help with tires and wheels. Big thanks to Carlos and his team.

One of the baddest experiences that I encounter till now. I have a BMW that I purchased in 2020 and immediately I purchased insurance for my tires, paid around $170. The other day due to the weather I hit an open sewage canal and my front tire got damaged. So I went to Discount Tires for a replacement. The gentleman that helped me told me I need to pay $47 to renew my insurance and he will order a new tire for me the next day. I went next day around 8am to drop the car/key for the replacement and my nightmare started with the manager AARON. He stated that the car will be service until I'll return around 4pm. I also asked him if they can rotate the tires that I never rotate yet (55k miles). He stated that they will do that.I came back around 2:30pm and find out that my car was not touched by anyone. I noticed that they were slammed with customers. I have to give them that. The Manager AARON was at the front desk helping customers and I couldn't speak with him at that time instead another coworker helped me. When I asked him what is going on he make me wait because he went to talk to his manager to find out. He came back and told me that they need 30 minutes to start and finish what it supposed to happen but didn't. His excuse was that they didn't receive the tire on time even the tire was ordered one day before. I asked him again to rotate the tires and he agreed. 30 minutes later he came back with the following response. "We changed the new tire and moved on to back but we couldn't rotate the passenger side due to the treats were too low(2" )and is against their policy." What shocked me was that my tires were never rotate and the treats should be equal on front and back, and they were able to rotate the tires on the driver side but not on the passenger side. So I ask him to provide me with the measurements. When he re measured the results came back with plus 3". He stated that "his eyes are not lying." I told him that I don't trust his eyes I trust the tool and request to talk to his manager. He explained to the manager what we find and AARON not only that he didn't apologize forthose two lies, but he was asking me, the customer, what to do?! I reiterate that the other side should be rotate. Another 20 minutes pass and they brought my car back. I tipped the guy and left. I was so frustrated that I forgot to ask if the tire pressure was adjusted correctly! My care require 2 different pressure on the front and back. Find out next day when I went to Costco that the pressure was not recalibrate correctly. I did it by myself.I told AARON that I will report this to the company.I advise you to not let this happen again and hopefully AARON will learn the lesson.

Went in there this morning to get my new tires balanced. I had new tires installed on my truck 4 days ago at walmart and I had never seen so many weights on wheel in my life. The $84 was worth the peace of mind before going across country. Thanks fellas.
