Sal the manger is a very professional and solid guy. I have had to buy a total of 12 tires in the last 30 days for 3 vehicles and he has provided such excellent customer service I keep coming back. I even found tires cheaper online but would rather do business locally with Salvador. Discount Tire should be honored to have someone like Sal to represent them.

Great service on a Saturday morning!Slow leak in a friends truck tire.Upon arrival (without even asking if we purchased here before) Jacob assures us that no problem, they can remove the tire, dunk it and check for the leak. If they can find and repair the leak, they will, free of charge. Gave us estimated wait time of 45 minutes. Noted that if they were unable to fix they would refer us to someone else.Later we realize this truck has been serviced by Discount Tire before.30 minutes later, Brandon tells us they found a small screw embedded in one of the tires, reset all the tire sensors and refilled all 4 tires to the recommended PSI.We are SO THANKFUL for the quick, professional, friendly service provided by this Discount Tire location today!

The service was great very caring to us three older women took care of my flat tire.I ended up buying a new tire even had a young Marine who was a customer go to help with changing my tire to get to the shop. He left his car that was being serviced to help us.i only wish I had gotten his full name so he could be recognized for going above and beyond his concern for for another person .

Waited 10 minutes to get air in my tire. There wasn't any others cars there and a worker name Dennis saw me sitting there and never said anything to me!!! It's weird at this shop because 1 half of workers are super nice and the other half is funny acting.

Even though I wasn t able to get my tire patched (as it was patched before) I felt as though the associates I came across were knowledgeable and service was fast. When I was undecided, i was guided through thoughtfully. As a mom of three (with a 5 month old) I only get small windows to take care of business and they were considerate of that. I didn t get a solution to the nail in my tire but that doesn t take away from the experience I had. I recommend hands down

Got a nail in my tire, no big deal right? Just take it in, get. It repaired, be on my way? No. I took it into the shop on Saturday, they said they'd try to repair the tire first. Well they did it, came back, only to get another flat tire notification 1 day later. So I took it back in and requested a whole new tire. They installed it. Got in my car this morning and got a tire pressure notification. How incompetent do you have to be at your job to not only repair a single tire twice, but not fill the new tire up all the way? Incredible.

They did not have the tire I was looking for. I came in asking for a specific tire brand and size. The gentleman was kind and went back to the computer. They called around and could not find one.So I asked if they had a tire or could get one in that day to do the tire. He was hesitant on response and kept burning time. Eventually he said they could order one and have it in 3 days.... I was needing a tire the same day. If you can't provide same day service, just state that, so the person can go to other tire shops instead of standing around as you try to order one.

This place is like THEE best tire spot in Vegas . Customer service is better than most places I ve been to in Vegas . Keep up the great work fellas and a baddie if one works there but yeah . Amazing!!

Stopped by to get air in my tires. It was a wait, but the young man that helped me was very friendly. He talked to me about the warranty and I told him I would come back. Service was excellent! Thanks!

I told Jacob that I would be a few minutes late and I arrived 1 minute before closing. The manager Omar still took my appointment and helped me patch my mom's tire. Luis serviced the tire and even rolled it to my car. These guys are awesome for doing that!

I recently made an appointment to get my Truck Tires balanced on my Ford E-450 Super duty. I was impressed how affordable it was! I was very happy thinking that I was only going to pay under a $100. Upon further inspection once the dually's came off the back that I had some serious issues brewing. Long story short, four new tires and $925.00 later. I will be back to give them more business! They were on it, very sharp and very very polite and the price was great especially considering I was in position to shop around. I was honestly shocked how great the customer service was!

Appointment required. (So that you do not have to wait long)They have air check for free. Every time I stop by, I can ask them about my tires conditions. This morning, I finally got new ones! I was on line at 7:50am outside n done at 8:33am. I got home within an hour before children wake up! Thank you:)

Worked with Kui this morning and he was attentive, authentic and professional. I appreciate candid service without obnoxious upselling of products.This location has always been excellent servicing my Audi A7. I purchased 4 new Continental tires and their pricing was superior to Audi Las Vegas. Bought tire certs (Las Vegas seems to consistently deliver free nails to autos) and the expense was less vs. dealership. Not to mention, it s always a fight to have the dealer rotate and balance my wheels. Never an issue at this location.I ve used this specific Discount Tire since moving to Las Vegas 4 years ago and will consistently return for all my tire needs. Thank you. Kudos to management.

As usual good service, my TPMS system finally died and I brought the car in and everything was taken care of super quick. Sal was very helpful and let me know if anything was amiss I could come back and they would be glad to help**6 mo ago**Fantastic as always! I had to lock my tires up when I was cut off in traffic the other day. Had a weird vibration and came to Discount Tire to check them out. They checked my tread depth, rebalanced the tires, checked for flat spots, verified air pressure, and even checked my TPMS batteries (Unrelated, but I asked). This was all done in minutes and I didn't pay a cent.My car is back to driving smoothly and I will always come back for any tire needs.

This Discount Tire location is awesome on all Levels. I worked with Mike and Dennis and they both went above and beyond on getting me a set of tires. All of the employees are friendly and efficient. They were crazy busy during my visits but were very efficient.One thing I want to point out is how open and honest Mike and Dennis were. They both are amazing employees and people!

Got my tires here in Reno, found a nail with the back tire and it was on the side were it can't be repaired. But because I bought the warranty a brand new tire was only $11 bucks. I'll take that deal. It was quick and easy.

I had a fantastic experience this morning with Dennis. I had called to get a second quote on tire sensors and their price was was lower than the other guys by FIVE HUNDRED dollars. On top of that the man on the phone said to come on in and it d be a quick deal. The service was fast and efficient. I appreciated Dennis taking the time to explain different things to me seeing as I m not a very knowledgeable car owner. Overall I d give six stars if I could thank you guys :-)

Avoid Dennis! He's terribly pushy with sales. You will need to scream "no" at him. If you choose to go here, find Manny. He is really amazing. Unfortunately, Manny needs to spend time putting out fires caused by Dennis' lack of professionalism.Double check the cleanliness of your car on pick up. They will clean any mess the techs make while working.It's unfortunate that the customer needs to be on their A game when going to deal with obnoxious sales tactics and checking cleanliness of cars upon pick up. It would be great if this could be a relaxing experience rather than a fight.

The guys at Discount Tires are professionals. Instead of having to wait a couple hours I was given the option of an appointment for early the next morning. I went back the next day and was in and out in 32 minutes, that's service my friends. Many Thanks Guys.

Asked my wife to call into the center to get an appointment for today. obviously didn't want to wait for hours. The person who answered the phone basically gave her every excuse not to simply set up the appointment. Computer issues and waiting till the later part of the day. We are booked like crazy, you would need to come in and wait. Left her questioning their respect of the customer. I have bought tires for many cars from this center. They have never given me any excuses or issues when I have called. To many automotive places here in Las Vegas do not respect women customer, I don't know what it is. Women are our mothers, daughters, sisters aunts and friends. Also at least 50% of the population.

Jacob is the man! I made an appointment for a tire/wheel consultation last week. Jacob sat with me for a long while as I searched for the perfect wheels for my truck. He found me an awesome deal for 4 new tires and wheels. Made my purchase and scheduled my appointment for the installation the following week (when my items would be in stock at this location). The day before my appointment, I called and asked to move my appointment to an earlier time-frame and they were super accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the new set up! Thanks again Jacob and the entire Discount Tire team at the West Craig location.

Very friendly workers and fast service. Plus they repair your tires for free if you have a nail in it. Can't beat that and plus their tire prices are pretty darn good.Had to change my stars from 5 to 3. Took my truck in to take out a nail. They popped my tires doing that and had to buy three new tires. They did pay for the tire they damaged. But I still had 1-2 years left on those tires. Than when they were taking out the spare tire they scratched my truck really bad. Of course they said they didn't do it. They than forgot to balance my back tires and didn't even fill my new tires with the correct air pressure that was according to specs. If you take it in there make sure you have the older techs work on your car. The younger ones don't care at all about anything. All they do is rush and cause more damage.

On 8/23 I came in for my scheduled appointment. It took about an hour for a balance and rotation. I left and about an hour later my tire was low. So I thought maybe my sensor was wrong, well that was not the case and by 6pm my tire was completely flat. So the next morning I called at 7:50 a.m told them my situation and said I must be to work by 930. I was advised to come in ASAP but I couldn't make an appointment or they would not hold a space for me. Keep in mind None of this is my fault and they couldn't do me the favor of getting my car taken care by 9. I'm not upset that this happened because things happen but Customer Service is everything and I couldn't be accommodated for Discounts Screw up. I will not be coming back to this Location for the fact of them making this Process very inconvenient. I did go back a 3rd time because I was bouncing around but they did what they could and started all over again which was good. Hoping for the best now. Only 4 stars because the morning issues that made me late to work.

I always have great service with them but I have a problem with this.This is Discount tires not the vet office. UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's obvious they're NOT support dogs. I've heard barking and the dogs are antsy. With people having allergies not a good idea to have animals in a place of business. Not to mention if a dog decides to bite someone
