Great customer service, very timely work. I came in around 9:00am on a weekday and everyone was in and out in under 30 to 45 minutes all afternoon. I stayed so long because I was dealing with a pesky third party warranty company and Damian stepped up and got it taken care of. Thank you guys so much for simplifying a process that I didn't have the slightest clue about. Really took the stress away!

Hats off to Manager Andres and his wonderfully polite assist Paolo who greeted me several time after my car was finished.I was impressed how Discount Tire treated me as a customer.Looking forward to my next return.Sincerely M MercuryJesus cares say your prayers Amen.!*********************************6/25/2022Cruz and Nick plus staff where very attentive professionals and communicative. I arrived early and once on the rack being number one it took them 15 or 20 minutes to mount five tires. I was amazed how fast I was in and out. Cruz gave me a great veterans discount and great price and a 10 year guarantee on my tires. Of course I paid $20 per tire extra but no one else in the city could come close to that kind of guarantee. Also I noticed how polite Nick was to the incoming customers. They had a great team can t wait to go back.Thank you guys appreciate your excellent service.Jesus cares say your prayers Amen and be blessed***********************************MONTy and his staff were wonderfully efficient and patient. IN and out in a very timely manner. Monty showed me several designs and opened a couple of boxes. Even found me some great accessories and gave me a Veterans discount as well.The prices here beat Costco by 75 dollars.Jesus. cares say your prayers. Amen

I'm so glad I visited this shop! They really understand the value of their customers. The manager and Paulo are A+ if I had to grade them. They were more than willing to break everything down for me and help me achieve exactly what I wanted. These guys have such bright futures ahead of them! We had a low-tire warning and the operator is professional to find the nail immediately, plus checking all other tires and found both front tires are at warning level and suggest us replacing them before long trip. Though we eventually did not change tires, they still fixed our problem tire for free, he said that's the policy, I am totally unprepared for this, awesome

I had to give a star or it would let me post. Second time , after tire rotation , they did not secure the tire rim little cap that displays car logo. Watch theft missing report filed abt a year ago. Customer service to many hands in trying to sell. When not needed. I feel cuz I was female!Now I am done doing business with them after 30 years !

The customer service is excellent , not just with me but I also saw them working hard doing literally everything to help another customer while I was waiting for them to fix my flat tire. They fixed my flat for free and fast I couldn t believe it! I am very thankful for everyone at this discount tire for making my pink car safe again, definitely recommend this place 10/10

I never leave reviews but this place is also quick with their service and they have great prices. I also blew out my tire and had it replaced no questions asked with the tire warranty. Definitely recommend if you need new tires.

On 03/19/2024, I went to this location for my usual tire rotation and rebalance. For information, my Infiniti s 4 rims and 4 tires were bought from Discount Tire. After looking at my tires, which were purchased on 02/2015 and date coded 4514 (manufactured in November 2014), the Salesperson (i cannot remember his name as i was so angry at him) said that he cannot help me as the tires were 10 years old. I told him that the tires were exactly 9 years and 4 months old, but insisted that it was 10 years old as it is 2024 right now, and the tires were manufactured in 2014. We went back and forth inside the store with this argument. He finally said that he was going to have the rebalancing and rotation done. While the car was being worked on, i noticed this Salesperson going back and forth talking to the technician doing the rotation and rebalancing. I did not make anything of it at that time. As I was driving home, the car s steering wheel was shaking very violently above 45 mph in the freeway. I immediately proceeded to the Discount Tire Store in Blue Diamond as it was near my home. The Salesperson checked the tires and noted that were were close to 10 years old, but were okay to be worked on. He also noted that all the old balance weights were in the wheels together with some newer ones. He said this was strange. He had the tires rebalanced. I watched the technician take all the weights off the wheels and rebalanced them. The car is fine again with no more front end vibration and shaking. Just wondering what the Discount Tire Maryland Parkway location do to my wheels/tires??? There should be repercussions for these acts. Thank you Discount Tire Blue Diamond for fixing the terrible wrong that the other location did.

I m really happy about my visit at Discount Tire on Maryland Pkwy, Cris on air check was awesome! Smile on his face greeting customers and explaining to me about my tire life and how often I should get a rotation. Great customer service, Coming back

Wow. My hometown store was so terrible last visit that I bought tires elsewhere. Well, Hayden may have brought me back. He was so amazing today. I had a blowout while on a road trip. The other company has.a warranty and it wasn't easy for Hayden to take care of, but he did it efficiently and with a smile. First class service.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm, arrived 25 minutes early at 3:50pm, spent over $1,000 and left at 5:30pm. I asked the senior salesman how long it would take prior to purchasing and was advised 45min. I don t think it was acceptable to have me wait almost 2hrs. The technician putting air in the tires is the only reason why I m giving 2 stars instead of 1. I grew up in the neighborhood and wanted to give my business to them but I recommend that you go somewhere else.

Yesterday I had a flat tire and had to use my donut. The guy that changed my donut ( with another company) suggested that I take my tire to a tire shop since he didn t find any nails in my tire and informed that I couldn t get on the freeway (I live in north Las Vegas) I called discount tire and informed them I get out at 5 (I saw their hours and it says they close at 6) they said to bring my car by. At this point I figured I would need a new tire. Hayden was super friendly and even got the tire out of my car for me. The tire only needed a patch. Everyone here was super friendly and I was so grateful they could get me in.

This location is awesome! First of all the use of Technology with texting and letting you know your place in line and when your vehicle done is outstanding! My service writer Jeff was absolutely extraordinary and gave me the best possible customer service providing me with knowledgeable information allowing me to make the appropriate choices! Thank you so much for taking care of me today and completing my vehicle quicker than I ever imagined and quicker than estimated!

They were absolutely amazing!! They helped us right away after getting a flat before we started heading back to Chicago. They had all 4 tires replaced at a reasonable price and they replaced our wipers. We couldn t finish eating our food before they finished our car. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!!

Cruz and Aaron at the flamingo and Maryland discount tire I highly recommend! They got me a set of tires ordered and installed the same day efficiently, I always used discount tire for any of my fleet vehicles and this location by far is the best from my experience! Thanks again

Truly amazing service I had a flat tire with a huge screw in my tire but they took the time to educate me and offer me warranty and they also fixed my tire for free and took care of me in such a short period of time while I was on a rush and they charge me nothing thank you so much for your awesome service.

Went out to my 4 Runner on Monday, L rear tire flat as hell...aired up and headed back to where I have had great service before...unbelievable how kind and through the staff is, every detail and "what ifs" all covered. I was treated better here than anytime at the Toyota service department! Can't tell who's in charge at this location, because they are all over the top! I'll be back, just to drop them a "thank you" lunch...

We were coming back from Hoover Dam and had just entered Vegas. The MID showed a loss of pressure on the rear left passenger side tire. Tahoe isn't a light vehicle . And we lacked the jack and rod. Did a quick search on Google and found Discount Tire with the best ratings. Called 'em and they sounded pretty welcoming. Managed to reach the shop and met Eric. Straight, to the point. Reassuring and polite. He did a quick check, and the conclusion was a puncture. Luckily, we found the spot where the infernal nail had managed to puncture the tire. Eric stuck to his promise of FREE tire repair if the puncture was easy to repair. After inspection, he confirmed that the repair would be free. So in went the vehicle to the ramp and within 15 minutes we were all set to go.....Such experience is simply a WOW. That's all I can say. Customer service at its best. More power to this company.

They rescued us when we had a tire emergency with our rental car. There we are with a flat tire on a car from the worst rental company. The rental company was going to charge us $250 because we got a flat tire and don't have the additional insurance. Salvador Hernandez was so friendly on the phone when we called, he expedited our situation and we were back on the road in less than two hours with no extra charges from the rental company. For tire issues in Las Vegas, I will only go to the team at Discount Tire.
