Busy shop but super efficient. No appointment but got in and out with 4 new tires in an hour. Anthony needs to be promoted. Guy didn t try to sell me anything else than what I asked for. Applied my military discount and even located a rebate for the tires and applied that discount, as well. Highly recommend this shop for your tire needs.

Can tell this store is really efficient. The workers were all really nice, except, Josh one of the front workers did put 2 tire certificates that cost extra with no communication. We hadn t even talked about what tire I wanted or any warranty packages he simply told me my total and I paid.It was after I looked at my receipt and noticed they were added charging me $62 extra. I addressed it and Jordan refunded me without acknowledging that Josh had put them on without my knowledge or consent. I think it would be nice to have someone make sure their associates aren t continuing to do this.Either way, they got me the right tires and completed the service. However, as a woman who works in the car industry it s really sad to us get manipulated because maybe we re not as knowledgeable and that s very much what it seems like happened. Ladies and gentlemen, check your receipts to make sure you re not getting charged for added warranty packages you don t need!!

BEST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!!! We visited this location today purchased 4 tires, Jarred and Josh helped us with the most quality customer service I have had in a long time (and we all know the decline in CS these days). While sitting in the waiting room without elaborating we witnessed a kindness they provided to towards another customer that has restored our faith in humanity! Thank you guys for the reminder that kindness goes a long way and paying it forward does not go unnoticed!! #forevercustomer

I have been coming to the Azure location since it opened and I have never been disappointed. I am surprised that I have never left a review. At the end of the day it s all about customer service. Customer Service has so many facets and mine started today with just getting the air checked and then purchasing tires from Jewan. Its all about the confidence of coming in getting a descent price and great customer service. Thank z you Discount Tire for having great employees.

On Friday, 3-22-2024, we arrived in Las Vegas for a brief family visit, only to discover a screw in our tire. It was late afternoon, right at the cutoff time to stop taking walk-in customers, and they were busy; yet they readily stepped up to help us get it fixed asap.A special thanks to the techs in the shop for accepting the extra workload and doing an excellent job of inspecting all tires and repairing the impaled tire. You made our return trip safer and less worrisome. You went above and beyond and made a positive difference for us.Keep up the great work!

Went in for a free tire check on a low tire. The gentleman running the tire checks was professional and courteous. He checked and filled my tires and then did a visual inspection since it was just one tire that was low. It turned out that I had a nail in the tire. There was a short wait, but the hole was patched for free! That young man definitely deserved a tip!

Discount tire services ATV/UTV tires!!!!Stopped in and dropped off some new tires and rims for my ATV. Josh got me worked into the schedule right before the holiday weekend! The tire tech mounted all four tires and didn't scuff any of the rims and they ended up looking great!Team, thanks for taking good care of me!!!Update: We stopped in early without an appointment before they were really busy and the team got us in and out in less than 25 mins for a balance and rotate! Balance was great, took the vibrations out and the team was very courteous. We will continue to purchase tires from here!

The staff was wonderfully helpful, even after I had made the mistake of ordering a set of tires that weren't in-stock; they helped me out and modified my order to a set of tires they had on hand, and saved me a bit of money in the process. It's nice to see a sales manager take care of the customer.

Service was great and super fast with an appointment. Replaced 4 tires and was in and out in 45 minutes. Front desk clerk was super good and had me checked in and car in the bay within 5 minutes.

Good shop. Fixed my flat without charge, and when I needed tires they were in stock, or they showed up in a couple of hours.I like that they price match in case you find the same tires cheaper someplace else.

I drive a 2003 Toyota Sequoia and I needed 4 Bridgestone tires. I had an appointment with another shop that was quoted me $100 more for 4 tires but less quality (Firestone). I could not get there on time due to unusual traffic and as a result, they could not take me. I called Discount Tires on Azure Ave in Las Vegas. They quoted me $100 less for better tires than Firestone was offering. I got there in 15-minutes. I was walking out 28 minutes later. The customer service was second to none (thank you, Anthony).

Great and friendly service. I have been using this location for years and they never try to over sell you anything. You get a life time of rotations and balancing on each tire. They just have a well oiled machine.

I will always go out of my way to go to this particular location. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Brandon. It's amazing how many cars they get through every day, and somehow they are able to please most of the customers. They were able to identify an unusual issue with the wheels on my truck, and help get me set up with the proper wheels and tires I need. Very appreciative of this place and the workers. Thanks so much!

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. knew where to place the floor jack for the lift points on my 99' Vette while the replaced all 4 tires. Had an error message on my display re: LF tire being low 2 hrs later took it back to the store and they had me out in 10 min.

Best tire shop EVERYWHERE. Any city I go to, any state... Discount Tire is always amazing. This one in particular is fantastic, they tell you ways to get faster appointments (online has way more availability), they usually fix your flats for free, and Jordan really helped me out today, getting me two new tires (he warned me last time I was there I would need them I didn't listen) right away! I could not ask for better customer service and the price isn't outrageous. Thanks so much Jordan and Discount Tire!

I came to get all 4 tires replaced on my Subaru..the next day I needed to put air in my brand new tire, then again the following day. I thought it was faulty tire service so I brought my car back in and it turns out I must've ran over a nail and they still replaced it no charge.. forever a customer now! What great customer service! Quick and friendly! Thank you

Kudos to Kyle! Polite and professional in knowing his tires and the conditions for my mom. He gave her the reassurance to know she should be fine for the drive home.Separately, though, whoever designed this place shoud get fired. The work side of this building is West facing with Tall windows and work bays that are open on a hot Vegas summer day of 108 or more! This is clearly dangerous for the employees who also forced to wear black uniforms. Those conditions are amplified for Kyle who is exposed to the conditions with no protection in air check service. Double kudos to you Kyle for having courtesy and customer service under those conditions.

I have worked in customer service for 19 years. This location has some of the best! Daniel (who recognized me from 3 years ago in another state!), Sal and Joe were all incredibly nice and reassuring, they were busy both times I was in this week and handled every customer with professionalism and kindness. 10/10 would recommend! My car looks much better with the new wheels and tires!

Update: 3rd time buying tires here....still a great experience, especially when they can do price matching.Bought two sets of All Terrains in 2 years. Each time was great. The one thing that surprised me though was that they didn't shine the new tires like they did last time after putting them on. You'd think they'd do that since we're paying inflation prices especially now. Also...the tech tightened down my wheel spacers that I didn't even know were loose, thanks guys!

My experience at this location over the past 5 years have been more than awesome. Yes they are always busy . But they will get you taken care of , faster and friendlier than you imagined.They are professional, with exceptional service, even when they are busy they make me feel good about the money I spend. Jewan jarred and manni . They all freaking rock !

Yesterday night, my tire blew out, and Manny and Jovanny were extremely helpful, even when they had already closed for the day. Despite not leaving information to replace the tire, they kept it and even remembered me when I went back today. I truly appreciated their help and for being patient with me. I'd recommend this location or the one on Deer Springs if you want quality service and exceptional staff to help.

This place is a huge ripoff. Would be zero stars except the worker there who I first talked to was super nice and personable and I know he doesn t make the rules/prices so I don t hold anything against him. Great dude for sure.But labor is 80 bucks and then balancing is another 70. And they called that labor just make the labor 160 then . Instead of these dual charges that are literally the same thing. 160 dollars to mount tires is insanity.

Great customer service experience once I arrived for my appointment. Service writer and mechanic were both very friendly. Mechanic had my car in and diagnosed in just a few minutes. He honestly told me what my car needed and didn't try to unnecessarily spend more money than necessary on a new tire that I needed.Thumbs down to whoever (corporate, I assume) came up with the terrible idea that store employees cannot schedule very many appointments but rather have to direct a customer to their website or app to be able to make an appointment. I was thankful that this was explained to me when I called for an appointment so I could still get in that same day but sending a customer away and hoping they will in fact go to the website to make an appointment is retail suicide besides the many people who aren't able to easily go online, as I could, to make an appointment. In the same time the employee explained to me that I would probably find an appointment for today if I go online, he could have just made an appointment for me (if he had the capability) and not take the risk of losing my business to somewhere else.

They usually have the lowest price with great customer service over the last 10 yrs. I've strayed once and paid a lot more for tires, never again. During the winter when my tires deflate, I come here for no fuss air filling that comes with tire inspection. I've had to wait my turn for about 15 mins when 2 cars are ahead of me. Had to stop by a day in March 2024 for tire air. Great service as usual at the Azure location.
