I have a 2003 Honda Element. Been taking to DMB&AC for over 7 years. Have never been disappointed. I know I will get the most efficient service, respect, communication and price. WOW in this day and age just WOW.

Replaced a new catalytic converter. Discount Muffler did an excellent job and completed as promised. Brian is very knowledgeable of what to be done, he explains fully and vividly, I m very happy with their excellent service! There s no reason not to recommend this place!

I've done business with these guys only two times now. The first time they did a very good brake job for me for a quite reasonable price compared to what I've paid in the past. They also treated me with courtesy and explained all of the issues that needed fixing, and others that could be delayed or outright avoided. Honesty is a premium with these guys. They do not do emissions here, but when I asked the front desk person suggested a spot for me to go which worked out absolutely perfectly. The only reason I might not want to rate these guys high is so that you will not be able to see their high ratings and crowd me out next time I need my car repaired!

They always deliver a good service. As long as the parts are ready and available it doesn't take long for them to finish the job! Friendly and will always work with the customers requests. They won't tell you but they do extra little things for you like top off necessities.I'd say you get what you paid for.

Discount muffler has been my "go to" shop for all of my car's needs. Lately, my alternator went out and I almost made it to the shop, but still had to get it towed. The guys at DM have always been professional, respectful and above all, get the job done and promptly. I appreciate their honesty and no "beating around the bush," especially living in this city. I don't know what I would do without these guys. They have been taking care of every vehicle my husband and I have had for over 20 years. I have even called them when we had car troubles while on vacation and Clayton helped us get back on the road by talking us through troubleshooting the problem, more than once. Brian is a stand up guy who takes time to explain things in layman's terms and gives a fair price for a proper fix. Called Brian about my AC going out. He got me in same day as I was preparing for a 6 hour, 100 degree roadtrip back to Utah. He is extremely proficient and figured out the issue very fast. Turns out, my warranty will have cover all work completed by dealership where I purchased the car. I did not have Brian replace anything even as he priced out the work over the phone. I picked up the car and expected to be charged for his time and effirts in diagnosising the issue. He did not charge and was upfront and honest. I greatly appreciated this as a tourist who was having one thing after another go wrong on their trip. Brian and this company were a bright spot for my daughter and I on this trip. Very appreciative. Highly recommend this company and Brian's service.

This facility is #1 for me and my family. They do a great job servicing our vehicles. Shop is clean Bryan and his crew are very professional. We trust them to give us a fair price, they never upsell you only do the things necessary to your vehicle.

Thanks for the help! My brakes were super shaky. Bryan inspected my car right away to make sure that its safe to drive home and got me in first thing on the next day morning. It just took a few hours to get it done and WOW... now the brakes are so smooth and feel just like new. Great job!Awesome friendly and excellent quality work. Reasonable price.

I've been taking my car in for service to this place since 2011 after having several bad experiences at the dealership and haven't looked back. Clayton and Brian always explain what service/repair is needed and provide alternatives when possible. The shop is very busy but manages to provide thorough service every time and keeps track of your vehicle's history for future reference. They keep my car running at its best and I always have a great experience when dealing with Clayton, Brian, or the new office manager. These guys are exceptional!

Nobody likes having issues with their car or truck, but it's nice to know you can take your broken vehicle to some real pros that take pride in their work. A couple of my vehicles are WAY past 100,000 miles & thanks to the crew at Discount keeping them running in great shape. A very satisfied customer for over 13 years.7/9/2016If you are looking for something to be FIXED & not just throw parts at a problem, hoping it's resolved then Discount is an easy choice. There prices are always fair & there is no job I've found to big or small for them.Very satisfied customer for years!very happy with ALL THE WORK I've had done at Discount! Their prices are reasonable & you wont find better.I have been taking my 4 vehicles to Discount for nearly 10 years now. They have done everything from routine maintenance to major engine replacement. They do it right the first time & charge a fair price! That doesn't mean they are not the cheapest, but from my experience certainly one of the best. No job to big or small. 8/5/2013

Had a custom exhaust done 5 or 6 times now for my personal vehicles, sent friends, and even work related jobs to Brian and the crew. In my experience, they're always done before the estimated time done. (Mind you, we are talking about automotive here) -Results may varyEven the last time, I bought a vehicle with the exhaust exiting the bed side, and changed the muffler completely up. Guess what, they nailed it with placement. Still fits perfectly, and I've never had a single issue with any one of their jobs. Ever. (No, not sponsored or paid, just a super happy customer that will always recommend them to everyone.)

The most honest mechanic shop you will ever go to!!! Bryan has saved us so much money. He will not make repairs that are not necessary. I had an oil change and a complete check up, my car needed 3 separate repairs, I didn't have the money to do all the repairs at once. Bryan suggested that I do one of the repairs last (in a 3 month time) because I had just gotten an oil change and the repair would need a new oil change. Bryan did not try to get me for another oil change until it was time to have it done. Thank you Bryan for all that you have done for us. Keep up the good work!!!

Bryan and his staff are top notch. Everyone is friendly, professional and they take their time with customers - all the work they ve completed on my Jeep has been thoroughly explained. Also, they re more than fair when it comes to charges. There has been more than one occasion where I was pleasantly surprised with the final bill. I have no doubt they could have charged more than they did.

Brian is the nicest guy ever! He explained what was going on and was able to fix my issue within 15 mins. I went for an issue with my muffler. He gave my husband and I some water and soda while we waited. Car running smooth!! We will definitely be back if we need car work again!

Great service. Went in, they got my car in in 5 mins or less, came out 5 minutes later and gave me a quote for a muffler replacement (welding), $40 for a half hour with the cutting and the welding. Quick, easy, cheap, and quality. They are truly the best, most honest, and nicest shop I've ever been to.

I have been a private car collector 4 over 25 years. Brian and some of the guys up at Discount Muffler and Brake they are incredible.It is so hard to find family business like this with such integrity and incredible service.I would recommend anyone to go if you have a car problem AC breaks exhaust-tune up, these guys do it all & they will give you a very fair deal and you will have top shelf quality work. Customer Service & A/C RepairThis was the first time using Discount Muffler Brake A/C.Looking for a shop close to where I live I found them. After reading plenty of reviews I decided to give them a try to fix my A/C.Upon taking my truck (2000 F150) there in this troubled time. They made me feel comfortable with a area in the shade just out side there front door to wait while they trouble shoot my truck.The customer service is one of the friendliest I ve come across in a while.They diagnosed the A/C problem with my truck gave me a estimate to repair which was a very fair price.When they gave me the estimate to repair my truck I did not feel like they were trying to sell me a bill of goods and extra work not necessary like other shops try and do.They repaired my A/C the bill came out just as estimated plus s the didn t charge me for the time spent diagnosing my truck.So in short if you are looking for a fair priced and honest automotive shop to repair your vehicle you have found the right shop.They met my expectations far and above.

I highly recommend Discount Muffler Brakes and A/C, Inc. I went through the entire process. I emailed them last night --> I had a reply first thing this morning. I called to make an appointment --> Customer service was good and there availability for an appointment was immediate. I took the car in and explained what was going on. The female working took my order and said I will get a call with a quote --> They called with a quote within 2 hours and this place was pretty busy when I dropped my car off. I believe Bryan called me and broke down my estimate. He answered all my questions and provided suggestions for future repairs. I respect that he did not say that I had to get his suggestions done immediately. The expectation for my repairs was up to 4 hours --> I told them no hurry and they were done before 5pm. This place definitely met all the expectations they provided and I was pleased with the total cost for my repairs. Thanks again for your service.

Customer service rep I talked to on phone was rather condescending to me. He did end up helping me. But I will never take my business there. I don t need a place where they treat women as second class citizens. Hello, what year is this again ?

Very good and trustworthy mechanic. I have used his shop a few times. First time thought my ac compressor was going out instead of just telling me yeah you need $1500 to fix ac. He found a fuse that wasn't making proper connection and charged me $100. Next time had a bunch of little things brakes, oil change, light bulbs, and wheel bearings. It was less than $500. A mechanic who knows how to actually diagnosis and not just throw parts at a problem.

Quality workmanship and honestTwo things that are very difficult to find with car repair shops these days and when you find a good one you stick with them. Prices are what they are all over..can't help any of that but at least they're going to tell you what your vehicle needs and doesn't need and get it running correctly. I have been taking our company trucks to Discount Muffler and Brake for about 1 year now. They have always been quick on the turnaround and very fair with their pricing. I have also had them call me and tell me that their is no charge or they are discounting the rate because of what they have found being less that expected. It is great that there is still and Honest shop around. I recommend these guys to anyone needing auto repair.
