I have taken my Ram 3500 cargo van to many dealerships for oil changes and I have to say that Desert 215 has the BEST service department! From the moment I walk in until I leave I am constantly impressed. Every touch point the staff are awesome. Very helpful and service oriented! The facilities are very nice and comfortable and communication is great. I don t live in Vegas but do my best to travel to there for my service because of their service! Great job to your staff as they seem happy and take good care of their customers!

Went to desert 215 to look at a challenger, Zach was so helpful. He took me right to the car I wanted, he was very professional. We ended up buying 2 new cars from him. If you are looking at buying a car I highly recommend asking for Zach. Thank you Zach we appreciate all you did for us

We had not bought a new car in over 19 years, so we were a little "on guard" when we first contacted Desert 215. They did have the car we wanted so we asked for info over the Internet. Long story short, we ended up dealing with Travis and Zach over a 2 week period until we finalized on 2/29/24. Our experience with them and the dealership overall was excellent. Travis and Zach and Corey at the end were just super helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. There were no strong arm tactics or pressure which is why we felt comfortable with them. They were supportive of us getting the best deal that met our needs. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend and refer them to anyone without reservation.

This store is great! The sales manager, Joe the finance guy and my salesman George Rosal were terrific and no pressure. Refreshing to have a positive vehicle buying experience. I was in and out in no time.

TRAVIS YEARY IS YOUR GUY. We were straight with him and he was straight with us. Want a great relationship with a salesman deal with him. He as a cool manager too. We have purchased here multiple times. I can only speak on my great experience with Travis Joe and Chuck. There is another finance manager in the corner his name slips my mind.

Scheduling service with the service department was quick and efficient. Upon arrival, intake processing was smooth and painless. The wait was not bad either as they have a great variety of cars to look at and they provide beverages and television! The only point loss would be the lack of communication during the service and to let you know your vehicle is ready. It s kind of a step out and see if your car is there and if it is, it s ready for pick up the waiting room is right behind the service desk. Not even a door to impede their ability to walk out and let you know it s ready! At any rate, I ll be back.

Absolutely the best experience I ve ever had buying A car. Denise was my representative and she made things so easy and so seamless I have never bought a car so fast in my life a brand new 2023 dodge Challenger my dream car I felt like she just gave it to me. It was so amazing I would highly recommend coming to 215 desert auto . Chuck the owner I believe go Steelers. He made all my dreams and wishes come true with this car. He looked at me and just knew this is the car for her. I would highly recommend any and everybody to come down to this dealership and get you a car if you have any doubt, still go down there and speak with Denise, let her set you up with your dream car as well.

After a horrible experience at another Jeep dealership, I contacted Desert 215 and worked with Zach. He found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. He had me in and out, keys in hand in less than 2 hours. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience!

I went in to get my oil changed, but due to miscommunication, I was initially advised incorrectly about my warranty. However, the representative who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that I still received the necessary work. They even took the initiative to follow up with my warranty provider on my behalf, eliminating the need for me to take any additional steps or reschedule. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and helpful experience provided.

We have tried to purchase here multiple times years ago and each time left disappointed. I said I m never coming back. We were looking for another vehicle this week and of course my luck they had the perfect one we wanted. We were met by the Sales Manager Clayton. He was outstanding. Come to find out the dealership has a new owner called Lithia Auto Stores and I could immediately notice the difference for the better. Clayton took us to the vehicle we wanted to see and offered a test drive. The vehicle was perfect and we had a great fair deal worked out within minutes. They were very fair on our trade and the purchase cost of the new vehicle. Something we never experienced under the previous ownership. From there we went to Finance and met one of the nicest Finance Managers I ve experienced in Joe G. He took the time to explain everything as this was for my son. Joe was awesome. I can without hesitation recommend Desert 215 for the purchase of your new vehicle because of Clayton and Joe G. They were outstanding!

Love the staff here they made the process so easy and they really left me feeling I was important not just a quick sell. They have even checked me and asked how I liked the vehicle a week after the purchase. I will make sure I send everyone there way... Awesome service. Staff are friendly and polite.I went in for an oil change and they took me right away. I did not spend too much time waiting. The lounge area is nice and clean. There's free coffee, tea, and water too. After the service, they explained what was done to the car. They even offered a complimentary wash. Overall, great service...I am very pleased.

We had the most wonderful experience at 215 Desert! My husband and I came in knowing that we wanted a Jeep Wrangler and left last night with the car we had been wanting for a while and an excellent payment amount. We worked with Al, Chuck, and Joe to make it all happen and we couldn t be happier! Thank you 215 desert for your amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend and they have a kids area and coffee bar which made the experience that much better.

Only giving a star be cause we have to worst dealership bought a truck from this place 4 yrs ago and purchased an extended warranty plan which we thought could be used at any repair facility come to find out they sold the dealership and when they sold the contract put a clause in that we had to take it to their facility for all repairs and failed to notify us until we needed to utilize the warranty and took it to the closest repair facility and assurant refused to cover any repairs unless it was at 215 superstore that's when we were told this. So we had to pay almost $ 300 for diagnostic and no repair just to be told we had to drive almost 30 mins back to 215 for repairs very disappointed with the whole outcome .

Isaiah was very helpful and assisted me with my Jeep Wrangler. Very efficient and made sure everything was taken care of. Only thing he forgot was getting a car wash but not a big deal. The most helpful staff member I ve encountered thus far.

I had the best experience getting my new Dodge Challenger. Andre was my salesperson who explained everything perfectly, no high pressure of sales, and truly worked hard to get me the exact car that I wanted. I met Josh, which is one of the managers there, he went well above and beyond to get me financed and into my new car. I am so appreciative to him for making it happen! Into financing I met Chacko. The process in the financing office was easygoing and he made it fun as I was signing my paperwork and getting everything I needed together.I would highly recommend this AMAZING team for your next car purchase whether new or used. You can't beat the service!

I just purchased an amazing Dodge Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak!! My experience could not have been better. Pedro Hernandez was my sales person, he met me outside and took me around in a golf cart to see the large selection of cars they had. Once I found the one I liked he was immediately onto the paperwork to get me financed so I could buy my new car. He was amazing through the entire process!! Once I was approved I made an appointment to pick up the car, it was washed with a full tank of gas and ready to go. We did the final paperwork which was actually a very pleasant process, then Pedro took me on a tour of the car and showed me how to work everything and asked if I had any questions. I left feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience. I ll definitely be back the next time I need a new car!! Thanks Pedro and his team!!

Unfortunately I am changing this review from a 5-star to a 1-star due to the failure of the dealership to provide good customer services after the purchase. After less than one week of having my new Jeep, the SUV completely died. I could not get in touch with anyone at the dealership to assist. I kept making phone calls and was either hung up on or sent to a voicemail. Service never answered my call. Finally our salesperson got in touch with me and got service but they have not been helpful in the least. While our buying experience was good, it looks like we got a lemon for a car and the dealership doesn't seem to care. I unfortunately now have to recommend avoiding this dealer!

I had purchased a 2012 dodge ram 1500. Brandon was exceptional and his customer service and helping me get reserve and obtain this truck. I do believe this dude needs a raise. He was very easy to talk to as well as very informative and I didn t feel any kind of fear when purchasing a huge Car Note . This dealership has made everything accommodating for myself and I really do appreciate everything they ve done for me as far as Brandon I really believe he deserves a bonus, as well as recognition for his hard work. He was working with me for about a week and was able to achieve my dream. Never owned a ram now I do thanks to Brandon and is exceptional customer service.

I bought a couple vehicles back in 2016 with Desert 215 dodge it was an excellent experience but when I went back in 2021 we had a very bad experience with one of the sales person so we were never going to go back but we decided to go look one more time yesterday, Thursday, March 21 of 2024 and we got hooked up with SHANNYN I would have to say she is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained I had issues in the past to her, and she listen to everything I had to say, and everything that I wanted in the vehicle and things I didn t need and she delivered me a awesome 2023 grand jeep Cherokee L limited She even stayed four hours later than she needed to to help us. I do appreciate everything she has done for us and I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her and desert 215 dodge

Purchased a beautiful RAM Big Horn today !! Brandon was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect truck and walked me through everything all the way until I drove off the lot. The price was unbeatable as well. I will never get another car anywhere else. I usually don't like to leave a bad review, but I have to this time. I used to go to this place for my truck maintanence since I came to Vegas. 2 days ago, my truck was not starting properly, so I made an appointment and left my truck for check-up and possible repair. The service dept and Service guy (Francisco) NEVER answer their phones. Even though they answer after trying more than 5-7 times, they ask you to wait and the phone goes off after waiting for 10 min. I asked Francisco when my truck would be ready everyday for 3 days. When he called and I asked him for an update, he said he would call back in 5-10 min after checking with a tech. Of course, he never called me. He did this 3 times. He gave me his direct line, but he never answers his phone just like where he works for. I asked him when my truck would be ready several times. I asked him just for estimated time, so I can decide whether I would rent a car or not. He never gave me date/time to finish. But, he called me 12 min before closing and asked me if I like to come and pick it up. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I understand some weird things can happen, but they need better communication and need to know better about what they are doing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

The service to my truck was amazing. I got a lift, offset, tires and wheels added to my purchase of our new work truck. On the day of the install, they asked me to bring it in early so they could have it done the same day, so I did. It was done by 1:30 that same day. The technicians we very knowledgeable and straight forward. I was shown everything and explained clearly. The whole process was flawless and I m so grateful for the experience.

I was grateful that Desert 215 was able to get me in under short notice for an oil change. This is my second time coming here for an oil change for my ecodiesel truck. I was disappointed with the pricing for this service. The pricing went up significantly without letting me know. They did not offer a quote for the job, if they did, I would have taken it somewhere else. On top of that, I was notified that my truck had two recalls, which I was told they would take care of that while my truck was there. After the work was completed, I was not told that they could not do the recalls at that time. I only found out, because I went through the paperwork to make sure it was documented. When I asked about why it was not completed, it was like asking 20 questions to get to the reason why it was not done. The service desk was not forthcoming on information without having to ask them. I walked away very frustrated and not feeling I could trust them with the work. Their communications skills was lacking and their customer service was below average.

This was by far the absolute best car dealership experience I had ever had! Staff was kind, understanding, personable and not just about 'making the sale.' They listened to my requests, and my very strict budget and rather than selling me a new car or putting me into a new lease, 'enticing me with driving the vehicle,' or current promotions, etc. they rather asked me how I felt about my current lease (2021 Jeep Compass), which I love my car, and asked if I would ever consider keeping it and buying it out right... I mentioned I hadn't really thought of that option, but they pulled numbers, and with zero down, they could keep my payments within $20 of what my lease payments were and within 5 years, I'd OWN my vehicle outright! Obviously - this was the best option, as getting me into a new lease with interest rates where they currently are (in the high 8's) would put me in way over my head, uncomfortable, and over my budgeted monthly price point. Now, in just 5 years, I will own my vehicle, build equity, AND, once the interest rates drop (hopefully in the coming years), I can turn around and use MY CAR as my down payment on a new vehicle!Thank you so much Desert 215 for exuding care, and honest qualities that make your customers feel heard and appreciated.Special shout outs to Clayton, Shannon, and Joe for making this process so QUICK, seamless, and enjoyable!! I'll definitely be returning once these interest rates dip :)
