I had an accident 2 weeks ago my insurance send me here and i can say this place is awesome! I had so many doubts of how the outcome was going to look like due past work but wow! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Good as new! Liz was a very helpful and caring, keeping me updated with all that was going on with my car. Everyone did an excellent job.

Just had my truck fixed, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Liz was wonderful. She informed me of what was being done and gave me a time frame. They had my truck looking brand new and was even detailed. Will be referring everyone to them.

This is the second time I've had a car repaired at Cyclop. Given that my car is two decades old, I was worried about whether anyone could effectively restore it. However, Cyclop exceeded my expectations by restoring my car to its original condition. Their effortless and professional matter left me impressed. I recommend this shop to anyone. Had my vehicle at Cyclop Collision Center, and it was the best experience from start to finish. Liz and George are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Made my stressful situation of having a wrecked car into a smooth and easy situation. I highly recommend this collision center to everyone.

I had to get my bumper fixed after my husband backed into another car and dented it to all hell. Cyclop did a fantastic job, I can t even tell there was damage and it only took a week to fix! When I picked up my car the inside was detailed! It was like a brand new car! I was floored with the attention to detail and their efficiency. Very sloppy interaction with the receptionist and Liz, the estimator.Liz was very unprofessional and sloppy. She did not make it clear what my role as a customer was in moving the estimate process forward. Wasted two weeks of my time.Then she acted defensive and rude when I called her out on her lazy mistake.Very unpleasant experience. Luckily I never got the work done there. But it makes me wonder how they treat dissatisfied customers when they actually do get work done there.Instead of fixing their mistakes in a professional manner, they probably argue with the customer.Mistakes happen... But it's how you address the mistake and make it better for the customer that's important.

Someone hit my car while being parked and left. Then the hassle began Cyclop were on the last page of collision centers to choose from my insurance. I just wanna say a big fat Thank you! They worked fast even tho I came before thanksgiving it took them less then 3 weeks to fix my car. I appreciate a good or should say excellent customer service from Liz. I was kept in the loop and updated regularly. My car looks like nothing happen. If i can give them 10 stars I would. Great job from my fellow neighbors the Romanians.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After taking my vehicle in for an estimate on collision repair I knew immediately I trusted this shop. They were honest with me and helped me navigate an experience I have never been through. While my vehicle was there waiting on parts and being repaired, Liz kept regular contact with me, never got frustrated with my calls and questions and provided a level of customer service that is second to none. She worked tirelessly to find the parts needed during a national shortage. Now that I have my vehicle back (much sooner than expected) it looks and drives like brand new. On top of that, they took the time to completely detail my car inside and out before I picked it up. I am so pleased with my experience with Cyclop and will definitely recommend them as well as use them should I ever need any of the services they provide.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cyclop Collision is the best place to take your car for body work. I recently had an accident and they took care of me so well that I highly recommend them to everyone. Liz is the lady that deals with all the customer service. She's professional, helpful, friendly, and makes everything easy for you. She made me feel like family and shows that she really cares for her customers. Her going out of her way to help you go on about your day is really awesome. This is the second time I have come to them and It was better than the first time! If you need to get work done on your car, don't hesitate, they truly are the best.

Everyone was very friendly. Liz kept me up to date as work was being done. The paint job seems very good. The car is running well and no computer issues, since they had to do some calibrating due to damage to the window and door. The only thing I have noticed is the tinting on the window they replaced does not quite match the factory tinting. I would recommend them to others because of the friendly people and good work. They also back their work with a warrenty.

Absolute UNIT of a body shop! Liz was the most helpful person I'd ever had the pleasure of working with. She made sure ALL damages to my car were communicated to the insurance company and ended up DOUBLING their quote. Cyclop made it so easy after my fianc� accident. They were no strings attached and helped me every step of the way. Liz was by far the best interaction I have ever had. She got our car fixed within a week, and it back to us faster than we initial thought. She was polite and very professional. First time being in a car accident and didn't know what to expect. Liz made sure she explained in detail the expectations and how the insurance process works. She was extremely helpful not only with my questions but also reaching out to the insurance company responsible for my repairs and for the car rental needed due to the accident. I felt she went the extra mile for me and greatly appreciated it. My car was returned to me and looked beautiful. Thank you guys!!

****beware*****Horrible customer service. They charged me double for a wheel alignment estimate done thru meineke. Left my truck out front with a dead battery and left me stranded becouse they left when I was returning rental car

I have used Cyclop Collision Center many times over the last 10 years. Not only do they provide great customer service (Liz and George who are the owners) they do the best quality work I have ever seen. They pay attention to detail and they specifically pay attention to their customers needs. As a matter of fact I have lived in the southwest part of town and I will still go all the way up north for their services. I highly recommend that you check them out for any of your auto body needs or even just for a quick repair. They are the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Liz and George were very helpful getting my Jeep restored after I got in a minor accident. They have very skilled workers in the shop that made my vechile look brand new. Great Customer Service. Great Staff. 10/10.

Can not say enough about Liz and Cyclops. I love that it is a female owned body shop. When you deal with Liz there is no follow up needed, She always called to update me and tell me what was happening with my car. Also, Cyclops was the only shop that was able to take my car in after the accident and not give me an appointment two months out. Cyclops did an amazing job on fixing not one but two cars of mine! They are a small business, but a business that knows how to do it right. They will fight to give your vehicle the repair it deserves. Not what the insurance wants to settle for. They are not afraid to tell your insurance NO, it s better to do it this way. They honestly have your back like family. Besides the amazing 5 stare customer service the repairs I v experienced are more than gorgeous. It s like your accident never happened. If you ever feel in doubt which repair company you should go with, it s them for sure. I never have to worry about getting cheated out on. I recently had to get my car fixed due to an accident and glad I chose Cyclop Collision Center. It did take a while but it was due to my insurance being busy to respond to a new estimate that was given. Liz was very helpful explaining to me in detail what was missing during my initial estimate and made it clear to me. She kept me updated with my car as in what process it was in. The team made what I thought was going to be an annoying process into an easy one. I hope I don't have to ask for their services again (don't want to get in another accident) but if I do, then I will definitely go back to this collision center. My bumper was dragging off my car and I needed help asap. Was looking around and found this place nearby my apartment. Staff is very transparent and help you out the best they can! And they have the BEST DEALS!! If you re going anywhere else you missing out. 10/10 service and I will forever be recommending them!

Cyclop collision has been nothing but an amazing business for any of my car needs. I highly recommend them for anyone s car needs! I had 3 cars fixed with them! 3! From my experience they don t take any type of shortcuts and do a careful and tremendous job on your vehicle as if it was one of their own. They take the time to update you daily or weekly on the progress of your car to see how it is doing. Truly a professional business. Liz has helped me all 3 times. Please look for her. Please if you re in Las Vegas and are In need of any car services that include any body or collision or paint work contact them!!!

Great body shop! I definitely recommend them for any car! Not only are they affordable, but they are the best shop. I suggest you talk to Liz; she is very kind and will help answer whatever questions you have. A friend recommended them to me, and I took my Subaru for a fix after someone hit it in the parking lot. Also took my Mercedes to them. Both cars came out looking like brand new. Because of this, I am a repeat customer.

They did a great job repairing our car. They took care to match the paint to the original color and make it look like new. When the Insurance company refused to pay for most of the damage, claiming that it was the result of a previous accident, the managers here went to bat for us. They got the insurance to pay for everything to properly fix the car. We are very happy with the result.

If you are looking for great quality work Cyclop is the way to go! They truly know the definitions of Customer Service! They made me feel right at home! They even helped with a ride home knowing my financial situation! Thanks again Cyclop for this great work! I feel like I have a brand new car again! And if you own a Nissan like me they are a Nissan Certified shop! Win Win !

I had major rear end damage. Liz was awesome. She kept in touch regarding all the additions needed once they got it taken apart. Not that i ever want to need their services again but I would definitely go back here and we live on the complete other end of town. I have and would recommend them. Thanks Liz and gang!!

Sadly, I m a magnet for accidents... Fortunately, I have found the right collision center and have had the opportunity to use cyclops three times. I have referred other family members to their business as well. The team has been extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in their assessment of my vehicles. They work one in one with my insurance carrier and takes that burden and stress away from me. I absolutely recommend them for your future repair needs.
