Drew and Kevin at CubeSmart are fantastic. We were planning a cross country move and Drew helped us figure out the best option for us and made sure our unit was ready the day we pulled up. Kevin took us to our unit and explained everything in detail answering all of our questions. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and easy to get to. It also felt very secure having our own access code to get in and out. I can t recommend this facility enough!

Terrible. Rented a unit on 4/19/24. As I try to move in, there s already stuff in there and it s the owners. As they tried to get me a different unit they didn t even get me the same one that I had tried to rent out. I specifically needed drive up access. Overall bad business. You have one job and that s to maintain and oversee storage units and you can t even do that Go elsewhere.

Drew & Kevin were very laid back and welcoming! I feel very comfortable with the security of my unit and love the location of the storage. Would recommend to anyone who needs that extra space for your belongings.

If you're comparing options, this is the place. Worth going in and seeing for yourself. If you get voicemail when you call, don't let it deter you from reserving online and stopping by in person.Thanks for getting me situated today, Drew. Impressed with the clean property, the security measures, the price, and the ease of signing up and getting in and out. I got my codes working and was moved in within minutes. Appreciate you respecting the customer's time by keeping the process straight-forward. Others will appreciate that it's a fast process and not a big gimmick.

Drew G.M helped me tremendously! Helped me avoid costly fines from the moving company rip off! Drew was extremely helpful and worked with me to make sure I can move all my belongings into my storage unit! Thank God he was there because he saved my life!

The general manager Drew was kind and very helpful in coordinating the move out of my self storage. The duration of my lease was great and the facility has always been maintained nicely with ample lighting. I would recommend.

We researched many storage locations and after visiting this facility and meeting the owner, Drew, we were very impressed. The facility is clean and secure, and Drew took excellent care of us. We reserved a couple of units and needed to make modifications before moving in and Drew made it easy and affordable. I would highly recommend renting at this facility should you have a need.

Of all the places we viewed we felt this location offered easy access from the interstate and is secure! Especially enjoyed working with Drew who is very personable and hard working. Also enjoyed the easy gate access using the app-

Very disappointed with Cube Smart and how you treat your long time customers. I called awhile ago inquiring about getting the advertised online price for my unit. The girl was very helpful and said it should be no problem and she would forward the request to the store manager. I got a message from the store manager that it couldnt be done. I have been searching for a new storage place to save some money since economic times are tough and my disabled husband is no longer able to work. I found one down the street but since Cube Smart still has the same unit advertised for $250 AND half off for 3 months I figured I would call and ask again. I spoke with Drew and was advised I couldn t get that price. I said what if I paid to date what I owed in my name and rent the same unit to my husband or family member at the advertised price.. I was advised they (I am assuming corporate) would audit and cancel the rental so it couldn t be done. I want to know WHY can t current customers get the same advertised rates? Where is the customer appreciation?

Drew helped me out transferring over from another Cube Smart. Staff is always friendly and informative. Drew got me squared away for the new unit reasonable fast, and even swept up the dust out of my unit before moving in. Customer service has been top notch

Drew made my move in process quick and smooth. He is a great example of what good customer service is, friendly, personable, and professional. When everything was completed, I had a question/concern about my lock, so I sent an email at night and Drew responded to me first thing in the morning assuring me and explaining further. I used cubesmart before, this is my first time at this location, and I can tell you customer service wise, Drew is really the best. Keep the great attitude, man!!

Cubesmart has the best prices to rent from. The manager, Drew is the absolute best! Very professional and great customer service. Overall he s a genuine, compassionate & down to earth person, which is needed in management for every company. I would totally recommend this place and rent from this specific location only, if I needed to again. Based off my experience with Drew and Cubesmart. Thanks again Drew !

I have always been weird about storage facilities, but I have to say that Drew (who I had the pleasure of working with), goes above and beyond for the customers here on Russel. I almost felt guilty leaving this storage when I finally bought my house and didn t need it anymore. You can tell Drew is GENUINE, and that s something a lot of storage facilities lack. In fact, a lot of customer service around this area lack a lot of things. It was nice to know that if I ever needed anything, Drew was reliable and answered all my questions. My card on file had fraud once and my payment was late, but I was able to fix all of that with Drew even months later after not realizing I needed to switch payment methods.Thanks for everything you do!Lindsay

I have been using Cubesmart since this specific location was originally Storage West. Overall, I'd give the price & experience for the last 3 years a 3.5. The price has increased every year without actual improvements or changes, and my storage unit, among others were broken into once. While I was notified immediately, I felt that there should have been something offered to those whose units were broken into. Even if I can't recollect if anything was stolen, my unit was a mess.With that being said, the reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is because of Drew & Kevin.Drew was helpful in my vacating process and was just a great, easy person to talk to. It felt comfortable and casual to speak with him whereas some people in the past just didn't have that "open" personality that you can speak freely with.A day after vacating, I realized I left behind something important that I failed to see when I closed out my storage and when I called to ask if they found anything, Kevin was extremely helpful in retrieving it from the unit and holding on to it so that my friend could pick it up for us (We now live in California! So I couldn't just stop by.)Drew & Kevin saved the day for us and made us feel good during our last day. 5/5!

This was the best unit I ve used in Vegas. Clean, spacious, carts are there to help you move. Drew was so helpful during my short stay here. Appreciate you guys!
