Outstanding service and great people to work with. My ComfortPro APU wouldn t start. Joe in Service quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. He even worked with Carrier to get them to cover the cost of the repair (the factory warranty had just expired). Also want to recognize Stacy, the Office Mgr., who facilitated the whole process making it quick and easy.

Very outstanding service and Joe is the best manager you can working with he is very nice guy he take his time explain me everything I asked he fixed my reefer trailer and get me back on the road Thank you Joe.

Pulled in with dead unit about 7:30am. Ended up being a minor electrical problem. Took my company longer to pay them than it did for the repair. Elogs ain t no joke, very appreciative of skilled tradesmen that don t waste time.

If you need your trailer repaired definitely Joe has his stuff together and will get you running again. Honest dependable workmenship is hard to find do yourself a favor and just go here for your trailer needs

Had an emergency repair done here. Keep an eagle eye on the bill, process, and mechanics. Will run up the price with unnecessary work given the slightest chance.To rub salt in the wound a hundred miles down the road it has a laundry list of additional error codes. Likely from sloppy reassembly of the wiring harness. Will have to make another stop for a shop to repair the repair.

What an amazing experience !!!I never thought I would see the day, there are still repair shops that are honest and have integrity!I highly recommend this shop for reefer, APU etc for repairs.I was only in Vegas for one day and my APU was not cooling, OTR and we need our APU s.I called them and they said come on over, no waiting.The tech s are super knowledgeable and answered all of my dumb questions with patience and the ladies in the office are awesome.Can t say enough about this Shop.

This place is amazing. 110 degrees outside nothing but asphalt parking lot. They let me pull my puppy out as they were putting cold water on the parking lot so he didn t burn his paws so he could use the bathroom. Thank you

So my unit died for some reason, so I checked in to say hey I have frozen product on my trailer and it's thawing out. So while at carrier I saw another driver who had jumper cables and he help me start the unit again .what a nice guy!!! Then here comes carrier employee afterwards , u need some help!? No I'm ok I like getting dirty for no reason!?

Tried to call them to get refer fixed and even took it to them ,they wouldn't answer the phone been here for 8 hours.can't get them out of bed ..there goes the load .thanks carrier
