My insurance company sent me here to get my bumper fixed on an insurance claim. Whoever was in my car went through it and stole between $5-$10 worth of change out of my vehicle. They had to go as far as move the arm rest all the way back and open the center console which is under it. Never did I think they would go through my vehicle and steal from me. I m reporting them to my insurance company as well so hopefully no more referrals will be sent to them. THIEVES!!!!!

Excellent communication. I received constant text updates with photos. Work was finished when promised. They did a beautiful job fixing up my car. I'd recommend this business to everyone. 5 Stars!

The 5-star reviews to this place must be paid for or employees. Instead of a long detailed review of why this place is 0-star, I ll put it this way, my car isn t even close to being the same as before accident. I wish Geico would have just totaled out my car. Now I m stuck with a bucket of bolts.

I came to pick up my car and Marylon was amazing with her assistants, she was very nice and professional. She explained everything to me step by step, even after dealing with an unruly customer she still had a smile and helped me perfectly. My air bag light was still on and she took it in the shop to check it, I hope people understand the hard work she's putting in and appreciate having a wonderful customer service representative. I almost forgot to say my car now runs like it's new

I can't recommend this place. Their workload is not progressive. Unnecessary waiting even had an appointment, the receptionist doesn't care about customers, after estimating, they didn't send it to the insurance company.

My car was... well... not in great shape after I got into an accident. They did amazing and communicated every step of the way. Along with communicating well with my insurance and helping me to get into a rental/return it. My car looks like new again and it's all thanks to them and their hard work!

Tried too rent truck from enterprise, didn't have deposit, even when rental was being taken care by Chevy, truck suddenly got a flat tire.

I got my car looked at here and was told it would be 24 hours till an email came through. I left and weeks had passed. When I called, a woman answered the phone each time, telling me Ill have an email to my inbox shortly. Long story longer, the time for me to submit a claim had passed and I still can't get an answer from Service King in spring valley. When I called I was told there would be an email in my inbox shortly. There was not. I called three more times throughout that day and was told that the email just needed to be signed off by Carlos, who was helping other customers and would get right on sending my email. Another day had passed and I didn't hear anything, get an email, or a response to my voicemail, then I called again twice, got hung up on (shocker) until Diana answered the phone. Unapologetic she mumbled something and put me on hold, then told me the exact same thing that i had been hearing. Someone would get back to me within an hour. At this point, if the email comes in the next hour, i don't really care because I've already lost my patience and missed the deadline to submit my claim. I took my car to the shop on 4/28/2023 for a estimate,the service lady said that they will order the parts,and call me when they come in. I called two weeks ago to check on the status, again the desk lady said that she would look into it and call me back, today is 5/31/2023 and I still have not heard from anyone. Instead of changing the name of the business, sometimes you have to change some people to make it a better business.

I was prompted to use them thru my auto insurance for an not at fault accident everything was excellent I had a rental car waiting for me during drop off everything was smooth they kept me informed thru the entire process front desk was a breeze I m most impressed by after I got my car back they repainted and cleaned the entire car inside and out vacuumed my carpet shined my tires almost like getting a brand new car I ve gotten multiple compliments on how new my car looks overall I m very pleased with them*also any work that was done has a lifetime warranty big thumbs up!

This company was referred by AAA. My appointment was for 9:00AM on November 1st. One car was ahead of me. Service King staff were busy recording damage to be repaired. I stood by my vehicle and waited. I received no greeting, not even a we will be with you in a minute. The staff went inside. After standing and waiting I went inside to see what was needed to get an estimate. Someone finally came out, took photos and said an estimate would be sent by Friday. One week went by. No estimate. I called and asked for an estimate. Another week went by. I called and asked for an estimate. It is now November 29th. And you guessed it, NO ESTIMATE!!!I get it. If my repair work was too small, or not profitable enough, then just say so. But to completely ignore the customer from arrival to the end of the month is absolutely unacceptable and future customers should think twice about giving this company their hard earned dollars for repair work.AAA has referred me to another auto body shop. It certainly cannot be worse than my experience from Service(?) King. Maybe they should think of a better name to reflect what a customer is likely to receive. Maybe Nonservice King would be appropriate. Or how about Zero Service, or Joker Service. But Service King they are not.DavidLas Vegas, NVService: Body & Trim

I went for a repair estimate. My appointment was days later but when I asked if they could take me now they asked to have a seat and someone came a few moments later. The estimate was given in a few more minutes.

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. We brought our vehicle in on 4/19/23 for an estimate. I have yet to receive the estimate and today is 5/5/23. I called multiple times and was always told they'd send an email to whoever and would call me back. Not once did anyone call. Lastly, the staff answering phones at this location are rude and sound bothered they have to help you.

I took my car in for collision repair. After picking up the car, my key fob was low on battery, so I tried to use my other key. However, the other key didn't work. I called back the business and that's when the manager said they broke my original key and had to replace it, that's why my other key didn't work. If it wasn't because the key was low on battery, I wouldn't have known about it until later because no one report to me about it. Manager said that they would send lock smith to rekey the car. Lock smith never show up. I called back the business 3 days in a role. It's either manager is not available and will have the manager call back or got sent directly to voicemail. What a nightmare! Upon receiving their scheduled time for inspection, I went. Mary Lou came out, camera in hand, to inspect the vehicle's right front. That was in July. I have never received the estimate, 5 mos. later. Calls to Mary Lou were ignored. I then called and emailed the Manager, to no avail, no response. To date neither my insurance company or myself have received no calls, no estimate, no responses at all. Complete lack of professionalism, complete lack of responsibility, inexplicable to date. My suggestion is to avoid Service King like the plague. The last thing any insured driver needs is to be ignored by both employees and management after you physically show up to a scheduled appointment. 5 months later my insurance suggested them again. I immediately refused and recommend that no insurance company refers their clients to this unacceptable company. An explanation is forthcoming, but I am not holding my breath. They suck. Score: -5

The fellow who took care of my repair was excellent. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. He was polite and congenial. When I went to get my car it hadn t been delivered to the Gibson garage because they had assumed that I was going to pick it up at the garage where the repairs had been done. He arranged to have it delivered within an hour. The car looks great and I am very pleased with the results. Also it was a real convenience to be able to drop off my rental without having to go to Enterprise. Thank you.

My experience with Service King was excellent!! They repaired my Lexus, l was in a rear-end collision and they repaired my vehicle and the work was excellent! I'm Very happy with my Service King and the customer service they provided. They gave me updates of my vehicle as they were repairing my car. Was informed that they didn t have time to assess my vehicle because they don t take walk in appointments when my insurance company clearly told me to go there and get an estimate. When I said I was going to contact my insurance company and let them know, the woman at the counter said Good, you should go somewhere else . Poor attitude. Bad communication. Guess the name change came with a whole new host of problems. Stay clear for your sanity.

Great customer service. I went there as Geico recommended this body shop to get my front bumper replaced. The experienced crew made the process easy and stress-free. There's also a texting option for me to get periodic updates on the repair and communicate with the shop. When I picked up my vehicle, it was even washed and vacuumed!I will recommend their service to my family and friends.

My car got hit at my Job, and was recommended to take it to Service King. The Communication was excellent. Simon kept us in the loop with every detail. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs on my car ( 96 Impala ). I highly recommend them and ask for Simon you won't be disappointed

Trying to take my car there and they couldn t even tow the vehicle to their location to have it fixed. They don t give estimates in person and they don t schedule you an appointment get it fixed in person. Everything is done over the phone. They have people take pictures and based on the pictures they give estimates. Are you kidding me? Come here if you want to waste your time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The front office is awesome especially GABBY.. She tool great care of me and my situation. Made sure I had full knowledge of how much I was due to pay and made sure I had my car rental taken care of before I dropped my car off. The entire process was very easy. The communication via text messages updating the progress of repairs was a great touch. Customer service was excellent and Gabby was very friendly and professional.
