I had a great experience here at Service King. They handled everything with my insurance and were able to fix everything on my bmw 328i. I was out of there before the expected pick up date and they also gave amazing customer service. DJ was my service advisor and even though it was a bad thing having to bring my car to Crash Champions aka Service King, he was very nice and helpful the whole way through. He was calm and respectful through the whole process, and kept my mind at ease through the whole estimate process. My car was a total loss but I didn t feel like I had been taken advantage of or I was just another number to DJ. Thanks for the great service!

After a different company took over two weeks to try and give me an estimate, I made a same day appointment over the phone with Crash Champions.Estimator was ready for my appointment, took very detailed pictures and was able to send me back an estimate in a timely manner. Very happy with the customer service. Hopefully not a business I will need to frequent, but when I do have car issues, this is where I will be taking my car.

Here is some context. I was rear ended in the highway I had come to a stop and was hit at approximately 40-50 mph. Before the accident I had the car for less than a year I had no issues. I bought it from a used car dealership. When I got hit the engine check light, brake, and low tire lights turned on. When the Allstate estimator checked my car this was brought to their attention and also to the attention of the person that did the walk through of my car from Service King. I was only given the option to take my car to Service King and I choose this location since it s the closes to my home. They did a good job making my car look nice again, but they didn t do any good mechanical work. After having my car for 2 days all 3 lights turned back on. I checked my tires they were all over on the psi, the breaks were fine as I had recently changed them before the accident, I connect an OBD 2 and it read a small EVAP leak. I brought this to the attention of Allstate and also the receptionist at Service King. I was told to wait for the Managers phone call, which I never got. I ended up calling them, the receptionist was very nice, asked me questions to bring up my account she then transferred my call to the Manager Matthew, who yelled on the phone Stop Fu##** harassing my employee I was shocked so stayed quite, and he disconnected the call immediately. I don t know if he confused me with someone else or what the deal was but it was very unprofessional. About 2 minutes later the receptionist called me back to apologize, she wasn t the rude one why did she have to apologize. To make the long story short after going back forth Service King told Allstate that a small EVAP leak could not be possible where I got hit in the pictures I took before the repair you can see the charcoal canister knocked out of place. The tire and brake sensors still turn on and issues haven t been fixed at this point I don t care about the sensors but I ll just take it elsewhere to fix the EVAP leak, so I can pass my smog check. I don t recommend this place at all, they were fast and the body work was good but what good is a good-looking car if the inside is damaged. Also, the Manager needs some ethics training.

This place by far has excellent customer service and their work is exceptional. I also love that they text message you every couple day and take you step by step to everything that s happening to your car. I also love how my car was done 4 days earlier than expected. They did body and paint work on my 2017 dodge challenger and for the most part the work was done fairly well, although it took them almost a month. However when I went to get my vehicle there was damage to the dash that was Not there prior to me turning the car over to there shop. When I showed it to them they said they would get in touch with me once there upholstery guy was in and have me come back to have them fix it. This is where things get shady... I waited 3 days and heard nothing from Them so I called back at which time they told me that it was not there fault and I should call dodge up and see if there where recalls on the dashboard ripping. I waited a another day and called them back telling them it was there fault the damage happened while my car was in there shop and there for there shop should be held responsible..... if I watch your child and you come to get your child at the end of the day and your child has a brusie or a scratch you wouldn't blame anyone else except those you left your child with. But thats exactly what I was told, they claimed it was not there problem and I was told I had to eat the repairs myself. I strongly hope people reading this take notice and not use this dishonest shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

Highly recommend run ho someplace else this company covers up damage they do to your vehicle claims it is rock chips and it s actually damaged they did when repairing damage to the hood and quarter panel! Tyler is not a good manager! He took it upon himself to contact USAA when the corporate office knew what happened! He did not bother to looks at the pictures when we dropped off the vehicle to the damage they did to my grill and front bumper! They did a cover up job a very horrible paint job and made my bumper worse! All I can say this company better fix my car correctly and fix the damage they did I have pictures time stamped on the damage and have the release date after picking up my vehicle! Warning it s your choice to do whatever you want but this experience has been a nightmare!

Service king in North Las Vegas were very friendly, nice, helpful and welcoming. They kept in contact in regards to my car. Gave me up dates daily in regards to the progress of my car. I think service king crew in shop and office people are amazingly Awesome. What I really liked was the receptionist accommodated my payment. Which was so cool of her.I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to any and all who needs auto body repair. I give them a two thumbs up and a 10 star ratting. This shop is rude, I'm calling to make a complaint on Victor and saying other employeeswhen i clearly only talked to Victor, they are liers here. I wouldn't waste my time here. They also a scam, try to charge me 885 just to replace a window. I paid 280 for replacement 1 year ago. SCAM

Gave me the runaround on doing any repairs to my car because of some hairline scratches/cracks stating They might have to replace the entire quarter panel because work may have been done previously to vehicle and they need to contact the insurance to approve additional work up to 2k+ more on top of the original estimate. Took two weeks before getting any word back from the shop. Ended up taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision who took the car in without any issues for the repairs.

Service king was amazing they walked us through everything. Kept us updated through what they was doing to our vehicle. Also got our vehicle done 2 days earlier than the original date they gave us. Definitely would recommend service king to everyone I know. I will be going to them for all my service needs for my vehicle. We requested Service King because we had a previous experience that WAS excellent! This time was NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! They rushed our repairs, missing a clip , causing the bumper to be off center. During the week wait for that part to come in, we noticed a light was out, on the other side of the bumper (which was not damaged by the accident at all). So, they had to fix the clip and the light. A week later, the light goes out again. They said we needed to come in for inspection (is this not done before I get my car back?!) Now working with Matthew, the manager, he says there s a part that needs to be ordered and they need to contact my insurance for payment. When I asked why my insurance would have to pay for something that was not caused by the accident, that it was not included in the original estimate, AND was on the opposite side of my car; he pretty much argued with me saying these new cars are all plastic and anything could have happened. So of course we had to wait for them to contact my ins. 2 weeks went by, we got not call. When we called, Marco (our original service advisor) told us our ins. denied the payment and that Matthew was getting a decision if they were going to pay for it. (so much for guaranteeing their work!) We waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. We had to call them yet again. Then leave the car with them again for this repair. The accident happened in August and we JUST got that light fixed today! Just to find the rubber around the light is not placed correctly and my light has some kind of adhesive stuck to it! They ve had our car 3 separate times. I will NEVER GO BACK even if their work falls to pieces.

I brought my vehicle here because it has a partnership with my insurance company. It is a difficult business with many demands. It s even harder to find dedicated employees that care. There were a few problems throughout the process . However, they were identified and corrected to my satisfaction. In the end , the repair looked great! They are very friendly and professional. They also stepped up and paid for the additional charges when my rental car went over the limit without a big hassle . Thanks for that. I wish everyone the best with good luck to boot.

I recently had a vehicle repaired here following a car accident and it was a great experience overall. I was updated constantly on the progress. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They finished my car earlier than expected so I can get back to my life and did an awesome job. They went over and beyond in cleaning my car too! Hopefully nothing happens to my car again but if it does I would bring my business here again.

They stay in contact with me The whole time about my car was in there for a car accident that i was in. Very professional especially Joe When we did an examination of my car there was a white on my car had no idea what it was I was going to plan removing Myself but I left it alone for a while. Anyways when I drop my car off I told Joe about it If they said they would see what would they can do I just received my car today they even cleaned out my car and gave it a good shine inside and out I was very happy with the experience I am very happy that the White stain was off my car That was super happy be about that Definitely going there next time well hopefully it doesn't happen again but definitely be going there next time if I need mechanical issues

my insurance choose Service kings because it was close to us, it has been the worst experience in my life with a service center, do not trust them with your car. when i went to pick up my truck after it had been at service kings for 14 days, after a theft. the air conditioning was not working i stopped at Walmart and i called service kings and they said that they would contact my insurance. when i went to leave walmart the truck would not start. a gentleman checked my battery wire and it started. i drove right back to service kings and called my insurance. my insurance said to get back in the rental and they would deal with service kings. Skylor from service kings was extremely rude like it was my fault the truck was not completed right, and refused to give me back my rental and said that yes the posts on my battery were stripped from them removing the battery on and off every day for the last 14 days. so they let me drive away in an unsafe condition and just didn't care. i contacted my insurance and they are towing my truck to a different garage to have it refixed. Service kings does not care about your safety, do not take your vehicle to them.Service: Electrical

Service King , Craig Road Las Vegas did an excellent job repairing our car. Our service advisor was Marylou. She kept us informed every step of the way. The final product was a like new looking vehicle. A very professional outfit that worked with us , the insurance companies and also the nearby car rental to get us back on the road. I brought my custom chevy Silverado to them to fix left rear end damage from an accident that was a hit and run . they told me that they couldn't find my fender flares . that I had originally ,but, they found something similar. i seen them and i was not happy and explained that to the person handling my truck. This was same design but smaller than what i had he tried to play me saying these were better than what i had. the next day he called And said if i don't pick up my truck they will charge me storage. so i picked up my truck. i took my truck looking like Popeye , and picked up olive, the new fender had a scratch the fender flare had bubbles. oh no that's not all the bed of truck has a liner. on the side where they fixed the liner has a 1 and 1/2 gap. i have special rims and tires on the truck . my tire caps were missing on all 4 tires. i would never recommend this place to anyone. very unhappy customer. oh guess what i found the fender flares on the internet, that i originally had.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Removed my old review as I sorta jumped the gun on the blame. My insurance company was a major pain to work with and the guys at service king did the best they could in that regard. But my old review still holds true in the fact that if you have any aftermarket lights(hid) don't come here as they won't be able to fix. I had four hid lights that worked prior to bringing my truck in and when I got it back one headlight doesn't turn on at all,one they made back to stock configuration, and both fog lights are back to stock. Now I have to go spend more money to have them wired for hids again elsewhere. I was under the impression that whatever my truck came in with its atleast it would leave with . That was not the case . But they did warn me ahead of getting my truck back that they didn't know how. So just a heads up. Also there was white stuff sprayed all over my windshield wipers that was never cleaned off so know extremely difficult to remove since it's sat in the sun so long. Some type of compound from when they fixed my hood. All in all. Your vehicle will eventually be repaired but it could be done cleaner and with more communication. They do send you text updates but I feel those aren't very accurate. If you have a completely stock vehicle and your insurance is gonna pay the very high prices. This isn't bad.

I was in a car accident and they took my car in that same day. Based on the order of the parts and working with the insurance they werr professional and quick to get things going. They keep me updated through the whole process via text messages and phone calls. They made the process of being in a car accident and the repair less stressful.Service: Body & Trim

Worked with Rachel to get an estimate. She was absolutely amazing. We were in and out in twenty minutes. We had another company do an estimate about a year back and they took like 2 weeks just to tell us the amount of damage. Service King was amazing, and Rachel had great service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an estimate.

Work was done quickly. Their app kept me updated on the progress. Had a problem with the color match...they immediately took my car back into the paint shop and fixed it. Service is their first name for a reason.
