Brought my week driven Range Rover with a minor hard to notice dent from a fender bender only to be told that the vehicle is a total loss, told the insurance company that is impossible I just brought it for a sensor calibration and the small dent. They sent me back to the shop to take my car, when I get there it is torn apart like a scrap yard with no obvious organization or intent to put back together and literally destroyed. I was in shock, their response was well you signed in the fine print that we have permission to tear it apart to diagnose it and I told them put it back together I was driving it and had no problems no could even see the tiny dent. Their response was yeah we don t do that. Unbelievable experience, run with your car to any shop but here. They have no knowledge of high end vehicles and will just play this insurance scheme and destroy your car too. Look at these pictures from the accident and you tell me if this looks like a car that needed to be ripped apart, salvaged and sold as pieces when it was perfectly driving with no errors for over a week that I simply brought in to fix a tiny little dent on the hood

From making my appnt to picking up my car, Crash Champions were awesome! I was well informed on what's happening with my repair and when to expect my car to be done and ready for pick up. Everyone who helped me were nice and professional. I will definitely come back to this location for future repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A+++++++ Customer Service

My vehicle was returned to me looking better than it did before the damages! Francisco kept me in the loop, every step of the process. I'm very pleased with the work that Crash Champions completed. They even cleaned up the inside of the vehicle. Top notch establishment.

I have to say that crash champions were very professional and very well organized. My car was done pretty fast and done very well and I have no complaints whatsoever. If I ever have anybody, Work needs it again in the future, I will not hesitate to be coming back to them.

I walked in for a quote to paint my wife's car and and Frankie at the front desk was rude and dismissive. I asked for someone to look at my car and give me a quote and without even getting up from the desk even bothering to look at my car he was telling me the cost starts at $9000 and goes up from there. I tried to get more information about what was included for $9000 and he said it was like more $12,000 and higher if there were scratches and body work. He was talking fast, not even looking at me. It was like he was trying to get rid of me. I asked if he could at least look at the car before throwing numbers at me and he said that I'd need to make an appointment even though it was an hour before closing and the place was practically deserted. I don't know why they're chasing business away. Maybe they're busy over charging for insurance work or it's a front for another business. I went there because a contact of mine in the CarMax mechanic shop recommended them, (I actually told Frankie that but he didn't seem to care) I warned my CarMax friend about sending anyone else over there. I know I wouldn't go there ever again.

I was a little worried in choosing a place to get some dents repaired on my WV GTI but Service King handled it wonderfully! Francisco was very knowledgeable in explaining all the process and went above and beyond with the repair and in the communication with my insurance company. The vehicle looks and feel brand new!

Please avoid!We came in for a minor fix and they broke a component in our engine compartment. Francisco then refused to take responsibility and went so far as to lie to our insurance company. They claimed they hadn t even opened the hood, but then why did my car s open hood alert go off as I was pulling away? I can even tell what happened. They wanted to hook the battery up to test the speakers, only unscrewed one side, and in their attempt to hook it up, snapped the opposite side.If you are in the military community and/or use USAA insurance, please ask for another shop.

Horrible work and low standards of ethics. They were supposed to repair my vehicle and they ended up calling it complete but lied. They also committed fraud which is now under investigation.

I took my car in for a claim and it went good not great. My service writer was Jesse and he started off fabulous. I was getting updates and he would take my calls. Though I did notice a difference as time passed. I filed a 2nd claim and Jesse was now short and informing me I no linger had the same options he said I had at the beginning. After a few days it went dark and didn't hear back from them. He did say they were waiting on their guy to do an estimate and I had to call them to find out status. I kept checking with my insurance company State Farm and they claimed they were waiting on Service King. I called and talked to Service King and they said they were waiting on my insurance company.After a few days I heard nothing again so I called them only to be told the same story and that they had emailed me the estimate. I explained I had not got anything from them and I asked for the date when they emailed me and the youngster on the line without excusing himself, put me on hold twice, transferred me and the new person who I believe was Jesse said HELLO!, THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I called back 3 times and they didn't answer anymore. These guys are something else. They stated they would fix one more thing on my car and it did not get done. They left my windows open and my car was smelling like chemicals for over a week.Service: Body & Trim

They stole the car speakers out of my uncles car he passed away and my cousin bought the car and it got totaled so while it was at the shop they had the nerve to steal it very unprofessional and they are not really trying to do anything to help it seems as if they don t care .

Extremely pleased with the work and service that was provided. Vehicle came back to me like it just came off the showroom floor. Everyone, from the adjuster to the service representatives kept me up to date on repair. Vehicle delivered on time. Will recommend Crash Champions to everyone. Took my car in after trusting they were decent since they are on Geico's approved list.Not only did they take 3 weeks to fix minimal bumper damage on my car, but they had no communication during the process of the repair. I had to call them to get updates and I had to call Geico to get the pictures of what they were repairing.When I did get the car back there was several issues...My steering wheel was drastically adjusted, and the radio had been on a Hispanic channel (I don't speak spanish) meaning that one of their workers took my car for a joy ride at some point...When I put my manual car in neutral to start the car it started rolling showing that the e-brake was not fully engaged. Which is a huge no-no when it comes to manual cars.Last but not least in my passenger seat there was a key to a Ford belonging to some other owner.... (I drive a Subaru). I put the key next to their front door, but they were closed so hopefully that owner gets their key back.The lack of customer service, inexperience with vehicles, and lack of responsibility within this company is INSANE!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional staff kind hearted . Great communication skills when vehicle is being repaired , part orders and completion is taking place high demand of professionals will make the vehicle look brand new , like it never happened very shocked how detail oriented this establishment is ! I originally tried to get an estimate here months ago but there were absolutely zero appointments. Then a few weeks had passed and I was able to get in and have my vehicle inspected for repair. At drop off they had the wrong deductible , then after already in a rental for 2 days I was called to say parts needed for my vehicle were on "national back order" and they are unable to get them. That i needed to go back and return the rental and then back pick up my vehicle.This business seems to not have common sense. It cost my insurance company 250$ for the rental and my time to drive and wait at both service king and enterprise. I would reccomend to stay away from this shop. They may seem nice but the process they use is not customer friendly nor logical in this day and age. Researching parts in stock isnt rocket science. Don't let them waste your time like they did mine.

Had to bring my car in for some collision repair on my right front fender. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and it was done by Friday afternoon. The damaged area looks new, you can't tell there was any damage at all. Besides that, they cleaned the car inside and out like it was never cleaned before. Seriously, I don't know how they got rid of 9 years of dirt on the floor. Check-in and check-out was easy. My only criticism is that they never did give me an estimate of how long it would take. Suddenly I was just notified that it was done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King body shop on Azure in Las Vegas is one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a shop or any business! There people are very friendly knowledgeable and keep you up-to-date on the service of your vehicle! Everyone I dealt with was great. They had to deal with the insurance company of the person that hit my car which I m sure was frustrating but they helped me navigate through it all. I got my car back today and it looks great. Much appreciation to everyone there.

State Farm recommends this place. I rolled in on a Saturday without an appointment. They saw me nearly immediately. Emailed me a quote about 3 working days later. The seats inside are way comfy. Good feeling in the lounge.

Professional customer service and repair. I needed repairs for my truck using my insurance claim. There were some adjustments that needed to be made to the insurance quote and I was worried this would drag on for a few weeks. Service King worked with my insurance, and provided timely updates on the repairs (via phone and text) which was appreciated. The work was completed in a timely manner and I m completely satisfied. I hope I don t ever need their services again, but if I do, I m glad they are there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From the time I scheduled the appointment for them to see the damages to my car to my picking up my car the customer service was impeccable. They were consistent in their updates, providing me with texts and phone calls. They never let me wonder what was happening. They exceeded my expectations vs meeting them. I am an executive within the casino industry opening casinos all over the world and training customer service. They have amazing customer service and follow through. I am extremely satisfied with my car repairs. The repairs were done beautifully, professionally and timely. I actually needed to leave my car an extra day because I was unable to pick it up and they were happy to accommodate me. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Pretty sure they washed my car too!

I have used service king in the past before they changed owners. Just got off the phone with a customer rep who talked to me in a very condescending tone and when I asked for a supervisor he told me that his supervisor is sitting next to him and that he has not done anything wrong and then placed me on hold where his supervisor never answered. Sad because I was a repeat customer for every scratch or dent that happened on my vehicle. Btw they are not seeing cars until March 20th.

We had outstanding service! We really appreciated that because it was a very stressful time, otherwise. They updated us every few days while our car was in the shop for extensive repairs. Just got it back today and it's beautiful!

Great service, professional! That have taken care of me on two separate occasions. Both times my car was finished before the scheduled completion time.They will take care of you and fix anything that may have been done incorrectly. Give them a shot, guarantee it will be a great experience.

Although I haven't had much experience, I have heard some horror stories about "some" body repair shops. Well, let me tell you, this shop is utterly FANTASTIC!!! The courtesy, professionalism and expertise they showed were phenomenal. If you need repairs, I highly recommend this shop. My car is like new again!

First Class service!! My service advisor, Francisco, was amazingly attentive and highly communicative. Plus, he knew everything about my Tesla! He kept me informed to every step and made it easy for me to come pick up the car since I was coming from out of town. I hope I never need more collision work done, but if I do I will definitely return here.
