I wanted to share my recent experience with your auto shop. I was quoted $250-$450 for a headlight replacement at several different places. After speaking with Tomas, I was impressed by his honesty and commitment to fair pricing.I visited your shop on a Monday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to be out in just 20 minutes. The headlight replacement was completed quickly and efficiently, and the cost was significantly lower than what I had been quoted elsewhere.I am grateful for the excellent service I received and will definitely be returning for future auto repairs. Thank you, Tomas and team, for your honesty and professionalism.

I am thankful and grateful for the guys at Courtesy Auto Repair & Service. This is hands down the best Auto Repair Shop in Las Vegas. As soon as I met Thomas he made me feel like we were family, the whole crew were transparent and friendly.Long story short my wife s car was at the dealership for 4months they stated we needed a new transmission and engine. The only reason we took it to the dealership was for the car warranty but after 4months the warranty was finally approved only for the transmission which the dealership claimed they installed a new one. They said we still needed a new engine which we would have had to pay for out of pocket.Me and my wife had enough so we decided to get a second option with Courtesy Auto Repair & Service and I m glad we did. They saved us time and money by being transparent with what needed to be done to get the car running. They found out that we just needed a tune up and had my wife s car running in top notch shape the very next day.They earned a lifetime customer with their exceptional service they provided. I am extremely grateful for Courtesy Auto Repair & Service for their affordability, honesty, and kindness they provided. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a mechanic shop to check out Courtesy Auto Repair & Service, ask for Thomas he s a great funny dude.

I recently had my car serviced at this body and mechanical shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without question, the finest auto repair shop in Vegas! Avi and Tomas are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They truly take pride in providing excellent service at a reasonable price.I was debating if would be cheaper to fix up my 22 year old Ford SUV rather than buying something newer. Once I found Courtesy, my decision was made - They did several big jobs on it including new front end, motor/electrical work and clutch/transmission repair, all at very reasonable prices. It now drives and performs like new!They pride themselves on not selling something you don't need and that's proven when the final bill is often less than the estimate. Friends that have used them for everything from Honda's and a PT Cruiser to a high-end Porsche all agree - They are by far the best!

They are the best. They really do care about helping you out. We had a little ding and they were able to take care of it for a small price. Thomas didn t give us a run around and is a really nice guy. Highly recommend this place if you need anything done on your car!

I recently visited this mechanic shop and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Could not recommend this place enough. Initially, I went to the dealership to simply service my transmission...after an expensive diagnostic fee, the dealership recommend I replace my transmission (for $9K). Wanting a second opinion, I left and went straight to Courtesy Auto to for another look. After their inspection, Tomas and his guys serviced my transmission (and did not try to sell me on a new transmission), sending me videos of the progress along the way. Affordable and honest. Five star service.

I came across this shop based on a friend recommendation and I m very impressed! Thomas and his team are very professional, they took the time to listen to my ideas for improving my Jeep.I was sure I would have to wait a whole day for the installation and they did it in ten. What in the past another shope have charged me a lot of money. Courtesy auto repair-is very reliable at work and pricing !

I honestly wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else in Las Vegas after the service I just had with these guys! They were honest,friendly,trustworthy,provided great service, was inexpensive compared to other shops I've gone to,and even gave me tips to save money! I just went in for brake pads and rotors, he told me it was going to take an hour or so and finished quicker than expected and was able to add fluids and air to my tires with no extra charge, they took great care of me and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs on their vehicles!

Especially thankful to Thomas and his crew for being very professional and getting me in right after work. My regular mechanic didn't get back to me with a quote after a couple of phone calls. I called Tomas at CAR and he was able to help right away. When I got the work done, I was showed where the issues were that needed to be repaired and everything was repaired that day. I felt very comfortable with my experience at CAR and I am happy that I have found my new mechanic.

I had a fantastic experience with Courtesy! They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I came in with a lot of problems on my car and they diagnosed and fixed all of them quickly, and the price was fair. If I could give Courtesy Auto Repairs and Service 10 stars I would! I Went to amigos tires on a Wednesday got a quote of $866 to fix the left front side of our car it was barley drivable they told us to bring it in Monday to get it fixed we have jobs , a 6 year old to get to school & it s extremely cold we couldn t wait that long Nor could we afford $866 dollars worth of work! we called up Courtesy Auto Repairs & Service Tomas told us to bring it in & they would check it out we got a quote of Half the Price Amigos was trying to charge us & any other mechanic we called up! it got fixed that day! I was extremely pleased with the work done to the car and the customer service was top tier when I tell u I m never going any where else I mean it Tomas and the mechanics are great we came back to fix both front headlights and again amazing job thanks to Tomas and the other works we appreciate you guys ALOT!

Tomas was great from the initial interaction. His customer service was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain to me what the issues were and what exactly needed done. Did not feel slided at all , feel was very fair, honest and reliable. Will be using them for all my vehicles needs. Also will be referring friends and family to him most definitely. Courtesy Auto Repair & Service (CARS) is only mechanic shop I trust to work on my car in Las Vegas. Their prices are reasonable, their work is top-notch, and they are often flexible with my schedule. The owner, Avi, is great and he hires quality employees. I never fill out google reviews, but I am making an exception for CARS because of their transparency and workmanship. I am a very grateful customer.

Great place and service! Being a woman going to the mechanic is always stressful, but this place makes it easy! Tomas has always helped me, showed me what they were doing, and is super nice! Other places treat women badly but this place treats you just like everyone else with amazing service.

Courtesy Auto Repair & Service is one of the best Auto Repair Shops I have ever been in! The Manager/Owner was so professional, kind and fixed my car within 15 minutes. I love the fact that they specialize in Mechanics and Auto body in one shop because it took both skill sets to fix my car. Fast and quick help from these guys. Had drove around for an hour to three other shops and was told a few reasons why they wouldn t see me, good chance it was because I was driving a Tesla. Even though it was just minor work on the bumper.Wasn t a problem here, they re able to work on Teslas. Didn t need an appointment, and were able to see me right away. Top tier service.
